后现代精神病学对现代精神病学的法哲学反思

中世纪的异教徒"疯子"们被监禁,施以酷刑,流放可谓不堪回首,我们可以说那是因为精神病学的概念还未真正产生。但是,伴随着精神病学的设立,现代精神病学的发展已经由惩罚性收容转变成治疗性措施。精神病人的行为举止让大家感觉到不一样,无法理解。我们对于自己无法理解的事,要么报以莫名的敬畏之心,要么想方设法将它们变得不可见,来获得自己生活的平静,这是对的吗?从法哲学的视角是否应该给予反思和拷问,以探寻精神病学之正义性。本文希望从现代精神病学发展的历史,以法哲学的批判思维分析了现代精神病学的缺陷,并展望后现代精神病学的特质及其替代现代精神病学之发展趋势。     

Ben L. Reitman,MD: colorful critical criminologist

Ben Reitman, a medical doctor, fought throughout his life for greater sympathetic understanding of and assistance to American’s underdogs. He spent his early years living among social outcasts and riding the rails with hobos. He then teamed up with Emma Goldman to advance her political agenda of anarchist ideas and in support of free speech. After an amiable split with Goldman, he worked in Chicago, treating prostitutes, performing illegal abortions, combating venereal disease, and battling to make birth control information freely available. Reitman also associated with several of the prominent members of the University of Chicago’s stellar sociology faculty and contributed importantly to their studies of urban life.     

基于心音信号的生物识别技术研究

文章提出了一种新的基于心音信号的生物识别技术。首先对心音信号进行预处理,并提取其Mel频率倒谱系数MFCC,通过高斯混合模型（GMM）对提取到的特征值进行训练,选择合适的GMM阶数,实现了利用心音信号对身份的识别认证,并取得了满意的实验结果。     

Admitting a Bad Influence: Contracting the Public Service

Abstract

Emulation of the private sector is a longstanding controversy in public administration, but could it constitute a bad influence, of the kind that parents seek to guard against by scrutinizing their children's peers? Effectiveness provides a perspective on how helpful or harmful private sector influence has been for the public service. The practice of contracting-out under the A-76 process receives particular scrutiny relative to maintaining the effectiveness of public agencies. A second perspective on private sector influence examines, through the theoretical perspective of transaction-cost economics, the promise of cost savings that justified recent acceleration of contracting-out. The author, himself a government contractor, also bases his analysis on personal experience.     

我国工伤保险程序存在的问题及完善

工伤保险自诞生以来就具有强大的影响力,原因之一在于其程序简便易行。然而在我国,劳动者申请工伤保险待遇却要历经多重程序,耗时之长、过程之艰难已经成为工伤保险制度优越性发挥的障碍,为此,应以法律人本主义理念改革我国的工伤保险程序。     

Cardiac death 25 years after successful treatment for Hodgkin's disease—Case report

In the following case, the authors are discussing a connection between treating Hodgkin's disease in childhood and later sudden cardiac death of the patient at the age of 37. Examined expert literature describes injuries of the myocardium because of therapeutic irradiation in the childhood.     

芪丹通脉片对健康犬冠状动脉血流量及阻力影响

目的：观察复方中药制剂芪丹通脉片对健康犬心脏冠状动脉血流量及阻力的影响,方法：分离犬的冠状动物左旋支及主动脉根部,放置电磁流量计探头,测定不同药物在给药前后不同时刻碱诉冠状动脉血流量,计算冠状动脉阻力。结果：芪丹通脉片高剂量（生药2g/kg)能明显增加冠状动脉血流量,减少冠状动脉阻力,结论：芪丹通脉片能够增加冠状动脉血流量,调整和改善心肌供血,为缺血性心脏病的治疗提供了实验论据。

金龙蛤蚧平喘胶囊治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床观察

目的 观察金龙蛤蚧平喘胶囊治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）的疗效。方法 将58例COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。在常规治疗基础上,分别给予金龙蛤蚧平喘胶囊与安慰剂。治疗前、治疗6个月后和治疗12个月后,分别观察两组患者的肺功能、骨密度（bone mineral density,BMD）、BODE指数、COPD评估测试（COPD assessment test,CAT）问卷评分及1年内急性加重次数。结果 治疗6个月后及治疗12个月后,两组肺功能各项参数比较,差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 治疗12个月后,治疗组股骨颈BMD较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.05）,而对照组股骨颈BMD较治疗前显著下降（P＜0.05）。治疗6个月后和治疗12个月后,两组BODE指数及其因子6 min步行距离积分比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组1年内急性加重次数相比,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 金龙蛤蚧平喘胶囊可有效改善稳定期COPD患者的肺功能、BODE指数及生活质量,减少患者1年内急性加重次数。
