图们江区域经济合作中存在的问题及应采取的对策

图们江区域经济合作虽取得了一定的成绩,但在开发模式、基础设施、协调机制等方面还存在着诸多问题,因此必须加快基础设施建设,推进珲春的通道建设,解决融资瓶颈,开拓对俄经贸合作,从而促进该区域的加速发展。     

“龙熊”共舞与经济转型——论影响中俄和平发展和互惠合作中的经济转型不彻底性

中俄的转型和发展需要中俄在世界经济舞台上实现”龙熊”共舞。深化经贸合作是两国实现崛起过程中的双赢选择。一个迅速工业化的中国需要稳定可靠的俄罗斯市场,一个日益强大的俄罗斯同样也需要参与中国这个世界上最庞大的潜在市场。在中俄两国几乎具备所有条件的情况下,经贸合作进展不尽人意的根本原因在于经济转型不彻底。然而,为实现共舞,当前两国应利用良好的政治关系,扩大深化经贸合作,完善经济转型。推动经济转型,完善市场建设,这不仅能消除影响双方经贸合作的基础性障碍,也是两国成功实现共同发展的必要步骤。     

俄滨海边疆区旅游业发展前景广阔

近年来，滨海边疆区政府致力于旅游产品的开发和基础设施的建设，并将旅游作为优先发展的经济部门之一，使其成为边疆区一个极具发展前景的产业和对外经贸合作的重要组成部分。     

转型后俄乌两国经济联系探析

苏联时期俄罗斯与乌克兰两个加盟共和国间的经济联系是一个有机的整体，苏联解体后，俄乌转变为两个相互间有着内在紧密联系的独立国家。由于乌克兰特殊的地缘经济政治地位，与欧洲经济一体化也同样是乌克兰优先发展的对外政策，在政治因素的影响下两国在能源、农产品和军工领域的合作进程发展缓慢。从长远来看，发展两国间的内在经济联系，促进两国间多领域合作是符合两国经济发展共同利益的方向。     

The Interplay Between Greed,Efficiency, and Fairness in Public-Goods Dilemmas

The Greed–Efficiency–Fairness hypothesis (H. A. M. Wilke, In European Review of Social Psychology, Wiley, New York, Vol. 2, pp. 165–187, 1991) states that people in resource dilemmas are greedy and wish to defect, but that greed is constrained by preferences for efficient resource use and fair distributions. This paper reviews research where the GEF hypothesis was generalized to public-goods dilemmas. Results from both surveys and experiments on people's willingness to contribute to resources for social services were interpreted in light of the GEF hypothesis. Whereas earlier research on social dilemmas and fairness considerations have focused on the correlation between estimated fair and actual cooperation rates, the present results provide an extension where cooperation rates are influenced by perceived fairness of how a resource is distributed. Two experiments contribute further insights into the interplay, in terms of effects on cooperation, between greed, efficiency, and fairness. The collective consequences of individual choices were either highlighted or not (Experiment 1) and the outcome structure in prior social dilemma tasks was either collectively or individually framed (Experiment 2). These manipulations influenced (a) cooperation rates and (b) the extent to which decisions were based on greed, efficiency, or fairness.     

俄罗斯远东与后贝加尔：国际经济合作纲要

远东与后贝加尔在经济发展上落后于全俄水平,需要国家给予政策支持。俄联邦政府通过实施联邦纲要的途径促进远东与后贝加尔经济与社会发展。在纲要中,进一步加强国际经济合作被列为今后远东优先发展方向,实施一系列国际经济合作方案,扩大对外贸易,将是远东与后贝加尔今后重点开展的工作。     

Bank security dye packs: synthesis, isolation, and characterization of chlorinated products of bleached 1-(methylamino)anthraquinone

Banknote evidence is often submitted after a suspect has attempted to disguise or remove red dye stain that has been released because of an anti-theft device that activates after banknotes have been unlawfully removed from bank premises. Three chlorinated compounds have been synthesized as forensic chemical standards to indicate bank security dye bleaching as a suspect's intentional method for masking a robbery involving dye pack release on banknotes. A novel, facile synthetic method to provide three chlorinated derivatives of 1-(methylamino)anthraquinone (MAAQ) is presented. The synthetic route involved Ultra Clorox bleach as the chlorine source, iron chloride as the catalyst, and MAAQ as the starting material and resulted in a three-component product mixture. Two mono-chlorinated isomers (2-chloro-1-(methylamino)anthraquinone and 4-chloro-1-(methylamino)anthraquinone) and one di-chlorinated compound (2,4-dichloro-1-(methylamino)anthraquinone) of the MAAQ parent molecule were detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and subsequently isolated by liquid chromatography (LC) with postcolumn fraction collection. Although GC-MS is sensitive enough to detect all of the chlorinated products, it is not definitive enough to identify the structural isomers. Liquid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy was utilized to elucidate structurally the ortho- and para-mono-chlorinated isomers once enough material was properly isolated. A reaction mechanism involving iron is proposed to explain the presence of chlorinated MAAQ species on stolen banknotes after attempted bleaching.
