东南亚国家经济发展理论与实践管窥

东南亚国家在不同的经济发展时期受到多种经济理论的影响。东南亚国家经济发展的多样性与不平衡性的客观现实,决定了政府对经济理论的抉择采取现实和务实的做法。实践表明,东南亚国家政府在制定各个时期的经济发展战略、计划与经济政策的过程中,基本上是多种理论的混合运用。     

Putting a price on drugs: An economic sociological study of price formation in illegal drug markets

Prices in illegal drug markets are difficult to predict. Based on qualitative interviews with 68 incarcerated drug dealers in Norway, we explore dealers’ perspectives on fair prices and the processes that influence their pricing decisions. Synthesized through economic sociology, we draw on perspectives from traditions as different as behavioral economics and cultural analysis to demonstrate how participants in illicit drug distribution base their pricing decisions on institutional context, social networks, and drug market cultures. We find that dealers take institutional constraints into consideration and search for niches with high earnings and low risks. The use of transactions embedded in social networks promotes a trusting form of governance, which enables strategic network management and expedient distribution but also uncompetitive pricing. Finally, dealers’ pricing decisions are embedded in three different cultures narratives: business, friendship, and street cultural stories, with widely varying implications for prices. Our findings demonstrate how an economic sociology of illicit drug distribution can extend insights from behavioral economics and cultural studies into a coherent criminology of illegal drug markets.     

Body Transportation after Homicides: Offender and Offense Characteristics

Body transportation is defined as moving the body of the victim from the scene of a homicide to another location. We analyzed data on 513 South Korean homicide cases with convictions to compare 104 homicides involving the transportation of victims’ bodies with 409 homicides that did not. Offenders who transported their victims’ bodies were significantly younger and more likely to be related to the victims and were less likely to use sharp instruments and more likely to use blunt instruments or strangle the victims than offenders who did not. Victims of homicide involving body transportation were more likely to suffer injuries to the neck and head and less likely to suffer injuries to the torso. Finally, offenders who transported victims’ bodies were more likely to have planned the offense and destroyed evidence. The present findings have practical implications for police investigations.     

挪用资金犯罪案件的难点及对策探究

随着经济社会高速发展,挪用资金案件逐渐在人们的视野中显露。近年来,挪用资金案件逐渐呈现成员复杂化、手段智能化等趋势,严重危害了社会秩序。挪用资金犯罪案件的主体难以认定,犯罪的强隐蔽性给该类案件的侦查工作带来了不小的困难。为解决当前打击挪用资金犯罪中存在的问题,必须对该类案件现状和特点进行分析,找出其侦查难点,从而为公安机关打击和防范挪用资金案件提供有力的思路和方法。     

双创背景下基于技能型人才培养需求的计算机信息管理专业教学有效性研究

在“双创”背景下,社会对技能型人才需求增加,高职院校应以此为契机对专业进行调整以适应社会变化。实践性和创新性较强的计算机信息管理专业的教学改革迫在眉睫。通过对专业定位、实践环节设计、课程体系调整等对计算机信息管理专业教学提出改革建议,提高教学的有效性。     

Tricyclic Antidepressants Found in Pilots Fatally Injured in Civil Aviation Accidents

Prevalence of tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) has not been explored in pilots. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) aviation accident and the Federal Aviation Administration's Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) toxicology and medical certification databases were searched for pilots fatally injured in aviation accidents. During 1990–2012, CAMI received bio‐samples of pilots from 7037 aviation accidents. Of these, 2644 cases were positive for drugs. TCAs were present in 31. TCA blood concentrations ranged from therapeutic to toxic levels. The NTSB determined that the use of drugs and ethanol as the probable cause or contributing factor in 35% (11 of 31) of the accidents. None of the 31 pilots reported the use of TCAs during their aviation medical examination. The prevalence of TCAs in aviators was less than 0.5% (31 of 7037 cases). There is a need for aviators to fully disclose the use of medications at the time of their medical examination.     

Study on the tracking revision history of MS Word files for forensic investigation

Document forensics remains an important field of digital forensics. To date, previously existing methods focused on the last saved version of the document file stored on the PC; however, the drawback of this approach is that this provides no indication as to how the contents have been modified. This paper provides a novel method for document forensics based on tracking the revision history of a Microsoft Word file. The proposed method concentrates on the TMP file created when the author saves the file and the ASD file created periodically by Microsoft Word during editing. A process whereby the revision history lists are generated based on metadata of the Word, TMP, and ASD files is presented. Furthermore, we describe a technique developed to link the revision history lists based on similarity. These outcomes can provide considerable assistance to a forensic investigator trying to establish the extent to which document file contents have been changed and when the file was created, modified, deleted, and copied.     

中国宪法司法化路径探索

宪法实施中的违宪审查机制与宪法诉讼方式是两种不同机制的区别。在分析西方国家宪法实施的路径,以及中国实行宪法监督走违宪审查之路面临的困难后,根据违宪审查与宪法诉讼相别的理论,提出中国的宪法司法化方案,即违宪审查权仍由全国人大常委会行使,而由最高法院承担宪法诉讼的任务。

经济法是20世纪法律体系适应社会本位思潮的一大创新.然而,经济法从其诞生之日起便颇受争议,不仅受到相邻法律部门的猛烈攻击,其学科内部也是学说纷纭.其中,发端于前苏联,以B·B·拉普捷夫为代表的"纵横统一论"经济法理论影响最大,所受争议也最多,甚至被全盘否定.本文从介绍"纵横统一论"入手,力图揭示"纵横统一论"之科学内涵,并对其理论和实践价值予以重新定位,以期推动我国经济法学科建设,促进我国经济发展.
