公安群众工作中群众不良情绪的调控方法

针对公安群众工作中群众经常出现的不良情绪,如何运用科学的方法和技巧,有效地调控当事人的不良情绪,求得群众的谅解、认同,从而赢得群众的理解和支持,是新形势下公安群众工作的一个重要课题。文章主要从引导重建认知、培养共情能力、掌握倾听技巧、暂时转移注意等四个方面就上述问题进行研究和探讨,旨在为构建和谐警民关系提供一些方法和思路。     

论魏晋文学中情感的自觉

文章针对审美情感因素研究了魏晋文学的特点。比较说明了魏晋文学理论与儒家诗教说的不同点是对文学创作活动中审美情感因素的重视，并分析了魏晋诗歌作品中对超乎儒家政教色彩的爱情和生命意识的表现，指出魏晋文人对情感的重视使得魏晋文学更进一步表现出文学的本质特点。

警察是一种高应激的职业,警察是典型的"情绪劳务工作者"。在警察队伍中开展情绪管理,使警察在职业活动过程中运用科学的情绪管理方法调节自己的情绪,警察情绪管理方式有:一是警察个体自身情绪管理;二是警队管理者对警察情绪的管理;三是警察组织情绪管理。情绪管理,不仅有助于警察的身心健康,也将会对警队工作起到促进作用。

Exploring the social and emotional context of childhood animal cruelty and its potential link to adult human violence

ABSTRACT

Those who commit acts of animal cruelty may do so differently based upon how they individually experience such acts. These experiences may impact the link that exists between childhood animal abuse and later interpersonal violence. Limited research exists that examines how social and emotional factors such as being upset after committing animal cruelty may impact the progression from early acts of animal cruelty to later acts of adult violence against humans. Based on responses from 180 prison inmates in a Southern state, the current study examined the effects of onset and frequency of animal cruelty, covertness of animal cruelty, the commission of animal cruelty alone or in a group, and being upset after committing animal cruelty. Inmates who committed recurrent acts of childhood animal cruelty were more likely to commit recurrent acts of adult interpersonal violence.

当前一些青少年犯罪案件折射出一个值得关注的问题 ,就是青少年的道德素养不容乐观 ,尤其是道德情感的淡漠、麻木甚至是冷酷。道德情感教育对青少年道德成长具有重要作用。在道德情感的养成和培养机制方面 ,移情是道德情感养成的重要机制 ,“双主体模式”是培养青少年道德情感的重要德育模式 ,美育是一种行之有效的情感教育方式。     

Gruesome Evidence and Emotion: Anger, Blame, and Jury Decision-Making

Judges assume that gruesome evidence can influence juror verdicts, but little is known about the manner in which the influence is manifested. In a 2 × 3 study that varied the gruesome content of photographic and verbal evidence, gruesome verbal evidence did not influence mock juror emotional states, and had no impact on the conviction rate. Mock jurors who saw gruesome photographs, compared with those who saw no photographs, reported experiencing significantly more intense emotional responses, including greater anger at the defendant. The conviction rate when visual evidence in the form of gruesome or neutral photographs was included was significantly higher than the conviction rate without photographic evidence. Mean ratings of the inculpatory weight of prosecution evidence by mock jurors presented with gruesome photographs were significantly higher than those by mock jurors who did not view any photographs. Further analyses revealed that mock juror anger toward the defendant mediated the influence of the gruesome photographs in enhancing the weight of inculpatory evidence.

月是唐诗中出现次数最多的意象之一,特别是其中的“水月”意象——由于其中“水”、“月”相得彰益的视觉特点迎合了我国古代文学推崇的阴柔、含蓄的审美观,形成了“水月”意象的基础原因。因此,在唐诗中诗人常常借助“水月”这一复合意象抒发复杂的情感。     

Embodying the nation: football,emotions and the construction of collective identity

View all notesThe article intends to combine contemporary debates about nations and nationalism with a sociological perspective on collective emotions in its attempt to gain a better understanding of the process of constructing national identity. It will further present interdisciplinary evidence that collective emotions evoked in rituals instigate a number of group-related sociocognitive processes that reinforce enduring feelings of belonging and an emotional priming of collective representations. I will suggest that states of “collective effervescence” (Durkheim) do not only tie individuals to a community, but also provide a strong frame for the creation of symbols and the embodiment of shared meanings defining a community. The second part of the article analyzes examples taken from the football media coverage of the FIFA World Cups 2006 and 1974 (both were held in Germany) in order to provide a comparative case study exemplifying the proposed theoretical approach. The sample illuminates some interesting changes that invite further hypotheses about corresponding changes of national identity in a larger context.
