决策行为中的后悔情绪

后悔与我们的日常决策、认知方式、情绪体验等都密切相关。当个体意识到或者想象出,先前采取其他的行为将产生更好的结果时,个体就会体验到后悔。许多研究证据表明后悔,将会影响人们的行为决策。具体介绍了后悔的影响因素以及对决策行为的作用。     

理性、情感与社会规范——村民投票行为的三维解释

村民的投票行为是理性、情感与社会规范共同支配和控制的结果。村民是否参与投票,最终是根据成本收益的比较分析做出的决策;没有情感的推动,村民不会去参与投票;基于农村宗族、社会关系、道德等因素形成的社会规范也影响着村民的投票行为。因此,从理性、情感和社会规范三方面客观分析村民的投票行为并做出相应的制度规范,将有利于农村基层民主政治建设的有效运行。     

Emotional Experiences and Motivating Factors Associated with Fingerprint Analysis

Abstract: In this study, we investigated the emotional and motivational factors involved in fingerprint analysis in day‐to‐day routine case work and in significant and harrowing criminal investigations. Thematic analysis was performed on interviews with 13 experienced fingerprint examiners from a variety of law enforcement agencies. The data revealed factors relating to job satisfaction and the use of skill. Individual satisfaction related to catching criminals was observed; this was most notable in solving high profile, serious, or long‐running cases. There were positive emotional effects associated with matching fingerprints and apparent fear of making errors. Finally, we found evidence for a need of cognitive closure in fingerprint examiner decision‐making.

通过对我国警察职业倦怠的成因进行解构与分析可以看出,我国警察职业倦怠主要是由警察执法认知水平和管理水平与当今社会发展不协调造成的,应针对我国警察的工作实际采取相应的措施缓解警察职业倦怠的状况。     

侦查讯问中的情绪调节

在侦查讯问的激烈对抗中,侦查人员和犯罪嫌疑人都会出现剧烈的情绪变化。因此,有必要从心理学和侦查学相结合的角度去探讨侦查人员和犯罪嫌疑人的情绪反应,并在此基础上分析这些情绪产生的原因,提出有针对性的情绪调节策略。此举对于查明犯罪事实,达到预期目标具有重要的意义和价值。

情绪是犯罪嫌疑人心理活动的重要组成部分。本文回顾了以往文献中关于讯问中犯罪嫌疑人情绪的研究,包括分析情绪在讯问犯罪嫌疑人时的作用,讯问中犯罪嫌疑人的情绪特点,犯罪嫌疑人情绪的外显——非言语行为,以及影响犯罪嫌疑人情绪的方法,以帮助侦查人员有效获取犯罪嫌疑人的真实供述,进而推进侦查讯问活动的顺利进行。     

Executive functioning and bullying participant roles: Differences for boys and girls

Bullying is a process of direct (i.e., youth who bully and are victimized) and indirect (i.e., bystanders) social exchanges. Though researchers often examine social and emotional correlates of bullying role behaviors, it is important to also consider the underlying cognitive processes associated with different bullying roles such as socially oriented cognitive processes associated with executive functions. The goal of the current study was to examine executive functions associated with types of bullying role behavior (aggression, victimization, defending, assisting, and outsider behavior) and differences between boys and girls within a sample of 689 third- to eighth-grade students (51% male, 49% female). Victimization was significantly and negatively associated with each executive function. Defending was positively associated with emotion regulation for upper elementary school students, but not for middle school students. Outsider behavior was significantly and negatively associated with self-monitoring, flexibility, and initiation.

The Contribution of Emotion Regulation to Body Dissatisfaction and Disordered Eating in Early Adolescent Girls

To understand whether difficulties in emotional functioning distinguish between body dissatisfaction and disordered eating, a set of emotion regulation (i.e., negative emotion, emotional awareness, coping), demographic (i.e., age), and physical (i.e., BMI (Body Mass Index)) factors were assessed in 234 early adolescent girls, grades six to eight. Compared to younger girls, older girls had higher BMI and reported increased body dissatisfaction. Age, BMI, and negative affect predicted body dissatisfaction, whereas BMI, body dissatisfaction, and lack of emotional awareness predicted disordered eating. Further, girls who reported high levels of disordered eating reported experiencing increased levels of negative affect, greater difficulties with emotional awareness, and more difficulty coping constructively with negative emotion than girls who reported low levels of disordered eating. Results support the contention that body dissatisfaction, combined with difficulties in emotional awareness are related to disordered eating.Leslie Sim is an assistant professor at the Mayo Medical School, a Senior Associate at the Mayo Clinic, and Clinical Director of the Mayo Inpatient Eating Disorders Program. Her research interests include eating disorders, self-injurious behavior, and emotion regulation skills in children and adolescents.Janice Zeman is an associate professor at the College of William and Mary. She received her Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University in Developmental and Clinical Psychology. Her research interests include children's and adolescents' emotion regulation skills particularly as they relate to maladaptive functioning with other research interests in parental and peer socialization of emotion.
