商的正当性与儒的新出路：余英时对韦伯论题的回应

揭示现代理性资本主义精神的宗教起源和追索现代理性资本主义所承载的伦理精神,乃韦伯论题的一体两面,而重塑现代资本主义的伦理精神则是潜藏在韦伯竭力避免“价值判断和信仰判断”的科学话语之下的一个意图。余英时对“韦伯论题”的承接,一方面纠正了韦伯在一定程度上对于中国宗教特别是对于近世儒家工作伦理的误读;另一方面他试图得出“恰好与韦伯相反”的结论,即中国近世的宗教伦理,尤其是儒家伦理,能够“为中国资本主义的出现提供精神的基础”的努力,则并不完全成功。而余英时对“韦伯论题”论述方向的转换,则通过对明清儒学、儒士之“转向”的考察分析,表达了一个与韦伯不一样的关怀,那就是,在新的政治社会生态下,何处是儒学、儒士,特别是作为儒士后代传人的现代知识人新的出路、新的安身立命之所。     

大学伦理精神与大学自治

在传承知识、寻求真理、学术自由、思想自由等基本伦理规定性基础之上,大学所具有的人本、宽容、开放、批判性等伦理精神,为大学自治提供了一般价值合理性依据.源于西方的大学自治经验,只有完成与中国既有社会文化等制度环境的接榫,才能推动中国大学自治实现从理念到制度的转变.     

公民生态知行转化困境归因及克服路径

公民生态意识难以有效转化为自觉自发的生态行为,是当前我国生态文明建设及生态文明教育进程中的显著困境之一。克服公民生态知行转化困境是减轻生态危机、推进生态文明建设、塑造生态公民的必然要求。通过分析生态意识与生态行为之间的辩证关系,以及生态知行合一在伦理价值层面的本质要求可知,完成生态意识内化、形成生态行为自觉是实现生态知行合一的关键。而社会经济发展水平的制约、功利化社会价值观的冲击和公民生态伦理教育自身的缺陷则是造成公民生态意识不能有效内化、生态行为驱动力不足的根本原因。推动经济高质量发展、完善公民生态伦理教育体系、充分发挥大众媒体的传播动员作用则是解决困境的可能路径。

道德建设,重在教育.搞好道德建设,首先领导重视,亲自动手;其次提高水平,注重效果;其三加强考核,促进落实.同时还要营造浓厚氛围.当前,要增强四种意识:家庭启蒙教育意识,社会教育的创新意识,舆论宣传的阵地意识,道德教育的表率意识.     

The Rule of Law and EU Expansion

The article seeks to further discussion about the European Union's identification of the rule of law as a fundamental principle and pre-requisite for EU membership by prospective member states, despite the lack of a uniform Community-wide understanding of this concept. In this article, three points will be explored. Firstly, it will briefly examine the rule of law principle within the EU, as a contested concept, despite its pre-eminence as a fundamental principle upon which EU membership is based. Because of its contested nature, there exists across the EU, conceptual variations, leading to the problem of an apparent absence of a uniform conception of the rule of law. Secondly, the article will identify some of the main conflicts between the EU making this rule of law a pre-requisite for membership and the lack of a uniform conception for this fundamental principle. Thirdly, the article explores how these conflicts affect the development of legal cultures of prospective member states and what potential problems these conflicts imply. The article focuses on the European Union's lack of a uniform understanding of the rule of law and how this affects prospective member states from Central and Eastern Europe. The Modern Meaning of Ancient Heroes：On the Emotion and Teaching in William Butler Yeats‘ On Baile’s Strand

Yeats’On Baile’s Strand is an important work in the Irish Literary Revival. On Baile’s Strand is a thought-provoking ethical tragedy, and also a play that reflects the ideology of cultural nationalism of Yeats. In this play there is staged development from natural emotion, free emotion to ethical emotion and moral emotion. Cuchulain is motivated by his natural emotion and free emotion in most cases. He fails to take the ethical responsibility as a husband, father and little king, which aroused the jealousy, revenge and incrimination from Aoife and Conchubar. After killing his own son who he has never seen, Cuchulain regains his ration. His ethical emotion and moral emotion makes it impossible for him to withstand his guilt, even though he fights bravely in hundreds of wars and has killed numerous people. Finally, he goes to madness, and throws himself into the sea to fight against the waves. With Cuchulain’s tragedy of filicide and madness in On Baile’s Strand, Yeats warns Irish people of improving their morality and education, so as to promote the Irish national independence and national liberation.

当代大学生思想道德修养主流是积极向上的,由于他们在生理上、心理上尚不完全成熟,再加上社会不良思想、不良行为的冲击,致使部分大学生思想道德素养方面产生一些问题。对此分析了产生这些偏颇的根源,并有针对性的提出了设想和建议。

有效反腐必须善于发现、解决反腐中出现的新问题。权力影响非分所得是反腐中遇到的新问题,目前,权力影响非分所得的存在具有较大的社会危害性。造成这种现象的原因主要包括社会原因、体制原因、心理原因等。对此,需要在反腐斗争中针对新问题提出新对策。而有效防范权力影响非分所得需要综合运用市场运作手段、法律调整手段、从政伦理手段。
