析学生伤害事故归责原则的适用

在我国民法理论上,通说认为侵权责任归责原则包括如下三项：过错责任原则、无过错责任原则、公平责任原则。这三项归责原则是处理侵权纠纷的核心依据,但由于侵权纠纷纷繁复杂,如何适用归责原则成为实践中的难题。在学生伤害事故的处理上,这一难题也困扰着审判人员、律师等法律工作者。对此,笔者以两个案例为线索,提出适用归责原则的不同情境。     

高职院校教师思想政治教育探析

在和谐社会背景下,高职院校教师的思想活动表现出竞争性、趋利性、多变性、非理性等特点。这些特点使得高职院校教师思想政治教育工作存在着一系列问题,文章尝试从加强思想政治教育工作的针对性、建立完整的思想政治教育体系、健全师德建设考核和评价机制、培养教师道德人格等方面来改进高职院校教师思想政治教育工作,促进社会和谐发展。     

论中国传统文化与大学生思想政治教育

对于大学生思想政治教育来说,中国传统文化是用之不竭的重要资源。优秀传统文化对大学生思想政治教育的积极影响：有利于提升大学生的思想道德境界、激发大学生的爱国主义情感、增强大学生的民族自尊心和自信心、提高大学生的人文素质等。中国传统文化中消极、腐朽的思想观念对当代大学生的民主法制观念、权利意识、竞争意识及心理健康等都会产生不同程度的负面影响。中国传统文化影响下的大学生思想政治教育的对策：发挥大众传媒作用,弘扬优秀传统文化;建构校园思想政治教育网站,弘扬优秀传统文化与时代精神结合起来;弘扬优秀传统文化与社会主义先进文化结合起来。     

汉代女性好儒风尚述评

儒学在汉代取得一尊地位,深刻影响着汉代社会,引发了明经入仕的学术风尚。汉代儒学主流化过程中,随之而起的游学、明经入仕,以及"明经行修"等社会风尚同样对女性产生了显著影响。汉代女性通过多种方式,参与到明经入仕的潮流中,表现出对儒学的特别偏好和积极参与。从文化层面看,汉代女性对儒学的刻意追求,反映了汉代儒家文化的普及化、学术文化的功利化,是女性对儒家文化入世情怀的认同和实践。     

Awareness of Sexual Violence Services Among LGBQ-Identified College Students

ABSTRACT

The sexual victimization of sexual minorities enrolled in college is not a topic that has been well researched. The present study examines the awareness that college minority students have of services they can access in the event they experience sexual violence. The results indicate that many students are unaware of specific services that they can access if they are sexually victimized. Disclosing an incident of sexual violence, or being the recipient of a disclosure of sexual violence, is related to knowledge of aftercare services. Non-White students demonstrate less awareness of services than White students, indicating that these students may not receive aftercare in the event of sexual victimization because they do not have the knowledge of which services are available. Several policy recommendations and directions for future research stem from these findings.     

当代大学生自信问题及其对策研究

大学生自信心的培养关系着其世界观、人生观和价值观的形成,甚至影响着社会的稳定与发展。学会正确评价自我,构建和谐人际关系,强化家庭教育功能,培育社会主义核心价值观,转变就业观念,是增强大学生自信的有效策略。     

我国女性服刑人员MMPI测试结果分析

本研究采用明尼苏达多相人格量表(MMPI)对我国女性服刑人员进行测试,结果发现在押女性服刑人员人格与正常人人格没有显著差异;采用美国常模和中国常模的总体趋势是一致的,从现有的数据来看,美国常模对于区分高低分特征更具有现实意义;典型案例中的犯罪人员人格特征缺少普遍性,不能代表犯罪人群的总体。

Collaborative Teaching: School Implementation and Connections With Outcomes Among Students With Disabilities

Collaborative teaching is a widely used method of including and supporting students with disabilities to provide all students equal access to education. Yet, there is a dearth of research on its implementation and outcomes, and the few existing studies are limited to academic and testing outcomes. This study assesses the degree to which schools are implementing co-teaching practices and the relation between co-teaching and student psychosocial outcomes using a mixed method design. Data from 12 schools, which included 16 school leaders and staff, 13 teachers, and 56 students with disabilities, were examined. Schools achieved 0–75% of the co-teaching best-practices criteria, with the majority achieving 25%–50% of the criteria. Higher levels of teacher-reported co-teaching were related to higher levels of student-reported school belonging, school satisfaction, and self-efficacy for new experiences. The benefits and challenges of co-teaching, as well as implications for intervention and research are addressed.     

大学生隐性思想政治教育创新研究

创新大学生隐性思想政治教育,是当前思想政治教育环境变化的客观需要,是提高思想政治教育时效性的必然选择,也是解决大学生隐性思想政治教育实际应用中出现的问题的现实诉求。为实现隐性思想政治教育的创新,必须将其与新媒体的使用、显性教育及专业教育相结合。大学生隐性思想政治教育的创新需要在发展理论、挖掘资源及拓展空间三个方面做出努力。
