师范类高校中非师范专业女大学生就业的思考

近年来,师范类高校中的非师范专业女大学生由于专业优势的不明显及本身性别上的弱势影响等原因,使她们在就业方面承受了一定的压力.就师范类高校来说,应该加强对非师范专业的重视力度,努力提升此类专业女大学生的专业技术水平.用人单位也应从女大学生自身的素质考虑来选拔人才而不应存在学校专业、性别等偏见.此类专业的女大学生也应结合自身的特点,在校期间重点培养自己的综合专业素质,以便更好地适应今后的发展.     

关于女研究生参与社会活动扩大化和多样性的思考

目前,高校女研究生参与社会活动呈现扩大化和多样性,甚至出现短时的喷发状态。文章从外部宏观环境及女研究生自身的内在因素出发,结合心理学、经济学原理进行分析,探讨女研究生参与社会活动方面存在的问题,提出了相应的改进方法。     

女性体验与男权意识--云南当代文学文本中少数民族妇女形象的文化分析

乡村生活中的少数民族妇女是被双重边缘化的弱势群体,新时期云南文学关注这一群体,并塑造了林林总总的少数民族妇女形象.对于这些风格迥异的妇女形象,如果用通常的阶级分析法很难对其中的女性体验进行开启,也不易对其中的男权意识加以批判.因此,借鉴西方文艺理论中的阿尼玛原型理论,可以得出这样的结论文学作品中的女性体验来源于阿尼玛原型的聚合,而男权意识则是对阿尼玛原型的离析,两者都具有文化分析的意义.     

构建多元文化理念下的女子体育课程

文化的核心是价值观的问题.吸纳文化多元的理念,对传统与现代女子体育课程价值取向的重新审视,从文化层面剖析女子体育课程发展的路径,形成女子体育课程文化建设的基本思路,尝试对课程深层结构的理性思考均具有重要的现实意义.     

La mujer en México: inequidad,pobreza y violencia

This article explores the main problems that Mexican women endure, especially those which arise from the inequality that they face in numerous social milieus. Despite the undeniable progress that has been made with respect to women's rights and equal opportunities, full gender equality still seems like a distant ideal for Mexico. There have even been important setbacks, such as access to healthcare, legislation that has been enacted that does not respect women's decisions over their bodies, or in the persistence of various forms of violence that they bear. This article will begin by exploring the advancement in rights which women have achieved, in order to later describe the problems that Mexican women still face in terms of work, health, social security, education, poverty, politics, and the violence which they still encounter.     

Piecing Together the ‘Turkish Puzzle’ on Female Labour Force Participation: Comparative Insights from Southern Europe

Southern Europe has seen remarkable turnarounds in female labour force participation (FLFP) over the past four decades. In Turkey, however, scores of women have yet to join the labour force. To address this ‘Turkish puzzle’, we present comparative data on women’s work in Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece (SE-4) and Turkey. Through Qualitative Comparative Analysis, we identify the factors behind rising FLFP in Southern Europe to explore the prospects for a steeper rise of FLFP in Turkey. We reveal two causal pathways to rising FLFP: (i) left party rule, or (ii) combinations of higher levels of take-up of early education and care, higher levels of tertiary education among women and larger size of service sector employment.     

Ethiopian female labor migration to the Gulf states: the case of Kuwait

ABSTRACT

International labor migration is one of the most salient features of the modern globalized world. However, the phenomenon has its roots in some earlier periods in human history. Africa is traditionally a sending continent of all types of migrations, voluntary or forced. This study examines the above-mentioned issues through the mounting phenomenon of migration of single independent women in search for better economic, social, or political conditions across the boundaries of their home countries. In the past, African women migrants were only spouses or dependent family members. But as modernity swept most African societies, with rising unemployment rates, there is evidence everywhere in Africa that women labor migration is a growing phenomenon that deserves to be understood in the context of current gender-related research. This work explores these issues further, focusing on the experience of Ethiopian women labor migrants to Kuwait, within Gulf Cooperation Council, an area with a shared socio-economic background. In addition to numerous difficulties already facing labor migrants, Ethiopian women suffered greater degrees of gender-based violence, underpayment, and trafficking, to mention only few aspects of human rights violations. This situation could be attributed to the fact that most of these women fall under the category of unskilled and/or illiterate migrants, as irregular migrants who are employed within the private sector, outside the purview any legal or labor regulatory authorities.

Jack Smith is an artist on the margins of official narratives of art of the 1960s. This essay attempts to read his works as a means of questioning the challenges posed to normative readings of the work of culture, by presenting ideas about queer performance. Smith's almost hysterical identification with Maria Montez, a 1940s film siren, is privileged in my reading. Her key film, Cobra woman, turns on the image of a wound that will not heal. In this essay, I read the wound as signaling the breaches in our attempts at full communication, and compare this state of being to the idiosyncratic form of the camp effect, which functions as a kind of hieroglyph, or broken sign. Read through Maria Montez, the ‘failures’ of Smith's practice are explored in order to invogorate the seemingly exhausted discourse on camp, as well as to pose a critique of the ways in which certain bodies are failed by dominant culture.     

Women In the Cut of Danger: Female Subjectivity,Unregimented Masculinity and the Pleasure/Danger Symbiosis from the Gothic Romance to the Erotic Thriller

Abstract: Through a comparison between Daphne du Maurier's 1938 novel Rebecca and Susanna Moore's 1995 novel In the Cut, this article considers the extent to which Franco Moretti's theory of the inevitable dissolution of literary genres is true, with specific regard to the genre of the gothic romance. In evaluating both novels' treatment of female subjectivity, unregimented masculinity and the symbiotic relationship between sexual pleasure and mortal danger, this article investigates the degree to which a contemporary novel such as In the Cut, which is generally acknowledged to be an ‘erotic thriller’, is heavily indebted to the gothic romance and may therefore be interpreted as a continuation of this more traditional genre, and, conversely, the means through which Moore's novel exhibits an overt and defiant resistance to the gothic romance, thereby signifying the dissolution of this particular genre within twentieth-century women's writing.     

近10年国内婚外恋研究的回顾与思考

本文主要就近10年国内有关婚外恋问题的研究进行了梳理、分析和评价。现有研究主要涉及婚外恋的概念、引发因素和对策探讨,农民工、女性、同性恋者、研究生等不同人群婚外恋和网络婚外恋的具体分析和实证研究,婚外恋观念的代际比较,婚外恋中的"第三者"研究等方面。通过对现有相关研究的梳理,本文分析和评价了国内相关研究现状及存在的主要问题,提出了自己的思考和建议。
