充分发挥历史教学在德育教育中的作用

发挥历史教学的特点进行德育教育,应成为各类学校和每一位历史老师严肃思考的问题。挖掘教材资源,充分利用教材自身的特点,有机、有意、有序地渗透德育内容;调动学生主动参与的积极性,开发利用周围可供进行德育教育的各种资源,改进教学方法,形成道德情感;等等。充分发挥历史学科对现实的指导作用,力求做到学以致用。     

在新的历史起点上推动人民政协制度更加成熟定型

国家政治制度成熟定型必须具备系统完备、相对稳定、科学有效和广泛认同四个基本要件,人民政协制度更加成熟定型既要遵从上述要件,又要考虑政协性质特点,做到理论和政治上成熟,有鲜明的政治定性;职责和功能上成熟,有稳定的职能定位;制度机制成熟,有完备的工作定规。70年来人民政协制度化建设稳步推进,各项制度体系正在加速形成,新时代人民政协要更好地发挥在国家治理中专门协商机构作用,必须加快协商制度创新和完善,在新的历史起点上推动人民政协制度更加成熟定型。     

智能汽车致损的法律责任研究

智能汽车的核心特质是技术自主性,其飞速发展和快速应用给现有法律责任体系带来了严峻的挑战。智能汽车作为初级的弱人工智能产物,不宜赋予其法律人格,类比特殊侵权亦不足取。应迈向保有人责任即产品责任的二元责任体系:将机动车一方解释为“保有”人,构建智能汽车保有人责任体系。同时对产品责任进行相应的调整,由制造商和设计者共同担责,确立“熟练驾驶人”标准,适用因果关系推定,限缩发展风险抗辩的适用。     

中国古代文史与毛泽东军事思想的话语构建

毛泽东一生酷爱读中国古代文史,并形成了一种读书治国、治军的理念。毛泽东在诠释新民主主义革命和社会主义现代化军事建设的过程中,点评和使用了大量的中国古代文学与史学。他在遨游于中国古代文史时,不仅探索到了夺取革命胜利的妙道真经,而且借鉴了古代文史中经验教训的合理内核为社会主义军事建设提供了有益指导,更是承继了古代文史中的军事建设辩证法思想,为理顺治军大业提供了理论支撑。探讨中国古代文史与毛泽东军事思想的话语体系构建有助于学好历史,用好历史,构建中国气派、中国特色的话语体系。     

Film noir’s ‘gal producers’ and the female market

ABSTRACT

This article surveys publicity surrounding the work of three female producers active in Hollywood in the 1940s and early 1950s: Joan Harrison, Virginia Van Upp, and Harriet Parsons. All three produced key titles in the cycle of film noir that emerged during this period. Publicity that emphasized their work behind the scenes on these productions was part of broader attempts to cultivate a female audience for film noir. Marketing campaigns suggested that ‘gal producers’ catered to unconventional feminine appetites for criminality and violence, all the while celebrating their ascendance in the traditionally male-dominated profession of producer. Such profiles would have been particularly appealing to female moviegoers during the Second World War, when many women held jobs previously dominated by men, and in the immediate postwar period when they sought to retain those lucrative positions.     

The historical understanding of female premodern possessions. Problematizing some gender assumptions in the historiography on Teresa de Ávila and Jeanne des Anges

ABSTRACT

This paper discusses how to approach the history of female possessions today. By analyzing some recent contributions applied to two well-known historical figures: Teresa de Ávila (1515–1582) and Jeanne des Anges (1602–1665), I will problematize some of the ongoing history of female possessions. I intend a reflection on two of the current conceptual frameworks that feature the way history explains the subjective experience of these premodern possessed individuals. I focus on two kinds of interpretation: one I call the ‘neurotic’ interpretation, and the other the ‘subversive’ interpretation. Both constructions underpin explanations of women’s divine and demonic possessions, involving historiographical gender prejudices and ahistorical assumptions.     

Local governments and their arm’s length bodies

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we discuss the state of the art on the creation of arm’s length bodies (ALBs) by local governments. We make three main contributions. First, there are many different types of ALBs and each country has its own categories; an expert survey was held identifying three common types of body, to enable future comparative research. Second, we point out that the creation of ALBs has led to a number of new challenges for local governments, particularly regarding governing bodies at arm’s length to ensure ALBs’ good performance. A lack of capacity and information have to be countered, for example, by increased monitoring – also for democratic accountability purposes. Special attention is needed for the multiple principal problem that arises when local governments jointly create ALBs. Third, research into local ALBs is still in its early stages. We present a research agenda to develop knowledge on the topic.     

香港修例风波背后的深层次问题

香港2019年爆发的修例风波是香港回归祖国后遇到的最严峻的政治局面,也是“一国两制”在香港实践以来遇到的最大挑战。这场风波清晰地暴露了一系列严重妨碍“一国两制”在香港全面和准确贯彻的因素和情况。这些因素和情况包括:国家安全漏洞明显、政治体制内“自由”和“威权”失衡、“一国两制”的“另类诠释”存在、香港“核心价值”并不牢固、部分香港人“亲西方、抗中国”固有心态、国家宪法和基本法教育不到位、香港自由放任资本主义体制的缺失。中央对此已有察觉,并针对部分因素和情况制定了应对之策,从而为在香港全面和准确贯彻“一国两制”营造有利条件。     

The Social Life of Things and the Methodology of Material Culture Studies

Commodity is the key subject of material culture studies. In the1980s, scholars in the field of cultural anthropology started discussing the social life of things and the cultural biography of things, and tracing the path of things in society and culture: “commoditization/de-commoditization/re-commoditization”. Different values of things have been produced in the process of commoditization. Unceasing change of value means things as agencies are deeply involved in the cultural orders and people’s social life, thereby developing the politics of value. Studies on the social life of things, led by Arjun Appadurai and Igor Kopytoff,embody not merely the positivity and activity of things, but also a kind of symbiosis between people and things. What is more, they offer a new approach to material culture studies.     

浅析成都新创医患纠纷调解机制--华西坝“调解天团”

近年来,医患纠纷数量多、调解难度大的问题依然显著存在。调解作为传统的医患纠纷处理方式之一,仍存在各部门缺少协同治理、调解员缺少专业医学知识等问题。华西坝派出所"调解天团"在调解医患纠纷中,借鉴其他地区先进的调解模式和经验,新创由患方、医方、医学专家组和调解员组成的调解模式,弥补传统调解方式的不足,兼具公平性、专业性与及时性,有利于从根本上解决医患纠纷。但在实践中仍然存在部分问题,可通过建立"互联网+调解"模式,加强宣传与推广、培养专业性与复合型的调解人才来不断发展与完善。
