加强高校科研管理信息化建设简

实现科研管理信息化是促进高校教学科研工作的的重要途径。近年来,虽然不少高校在人力、物力、财力等方面加大了投入,科研管理信息化水平较以往有了很大的提高,但与高校教研人员对科研管理工作高效率的要求相比,仍然存在着不少问题,如科研管理难以摆脱传统的管理模式、管理系统软硬件发展不协调、科研管理信息化建设标准不统一等。因此,要想推动高校科研管理信息化水平上新台阶,必须在明确建设思路、创新管理模式、加快软件建设步伐、统一科研管理标准等方面加以努力。

发达国家的公司治理体制一直以来都是各国竞相效仿的模板,其普适性与有效性已经成为学术界研究的重点.本文选取美国、德国、日本和中国作为样本国家,基于SAMO框架分析其现行信息披露机制的特点.为提高我国上市公司信息披露机制的有效性,应切实做到对上市公司信息披露严格的事前监管,对主板与创业板企业实行区别性信息披露机制,按照国际通行标准建立和完善信息披露机制.     

Sustainability through an integrated approach to decision making? A law and regulation case study

Many legal fields are relevant to all kinds of problems; however, decision makers often take a narrow approach, looking only at the base of the claim or the issue they are established to consider. This can led to imbalanced outcomes. There is a particular risk of this in respect of decisions regarding key societal challenges, which might be the subject of law and policymaking from several different perspectives. This paper explores the need and bases for a more integrated approach to decision making. It does so using a case study, and explores a range of laws that could be relevant to a business seeking to use technology and resources that could address climate change, the different decisions that courts can make (with a focus on the nature of the action, outcome and forum), and the resulting conflicts, synergies and areas of enquiry.     

对我国现阶段收入分配制度的评析与思考

收入分配制度改革是我国经济体制改革中引人注目的焦点之一。随着我国从计划经济体制向市经济体制的变迁，我国收入分配制度经历了平均主义的分配制度，按劳分配制度。按劳分配为主体、其他分配式为补充的分配制度，按生产要素分配的分配制度等几个阶段。胡锦涛主席关于建立和谐社会重要思想的出，收入分配制度改革的问题再次成为大家关注的热点话题。在此背景下，本文研究了当前我国收入分配制中存在的问题，这些问题产生的原因，提出了关于解决我国收入分配问题的建议。

Social explanations for job insecurity: Group influences on causal attributions

Job insecurity—a concern about the future existence of the job—is one of those unexpected events which lead to a search for causal explanations. This paper pays attention to the social nature of these attributions. The social character of the causal attribution process investigated here appears from the kind of attributions that employees make and the degree in which causal attributions are influenced by social ideas shared by colleagues and other groups. We research these social explanations for job insecurity on the basis of the results of a survey of job insecurity and causal attributions among 311 employees in the Netherlands.     

Crisis Management Europe: An Integrated Regional Research and Training Program

This article describes the Crisis Management (CM) Europe program that seeks to produce scientific knowledge that can be used also in order to train practitioners to cope more effectively with national and regional crises. Initiated in 1997 with a focus on the Baltic Sea area, the program has recently been broadened to cover all of Europe. The program documents and analyzes specific cases of national and regional crises. It relies upon a contextually grounded process tracing strategy for case reconstruction and dissection derived from relevant literatures in political science, psychology, and organizational sociology. To facilitate comparison and cumulation of case findings, a systematic four-step research procedure has been developed. Ten analytical themes of potential interest to both scholars and practitioners are identified as targets for structured focused comparison. More than a hundred cases have been studied by researchers working in research teams based in many European countries. Training tools have been successfully deployed in training practitioners from more than a dozen countries. An ongoing dialogue between academics and practitioners from across the Continent promises to make a contribution toward bridging the gap between these two different communities.
