作为特殊意识形态的自然科学技术,无论从社会演进的宏观动力机制看,还是从其微观动力机制看,都对社会发展具有决定性作用。社会意识形态虽然在宏观动力机制上处于从属的地位,但从微观动力机制上考察,对历史进程发展的迟速则具有决定性意义。

WHERE IS THE VILLAGE GOING? MAINTAINING AND INCLUDING CULTURAL STRENGTHS TO PROTECT CHILDREN ORPHANED IN KENYA

This article is the result of a master's thesis about children and their universal right to be included in a family environment. This is not only protected under international law, but also intuitive to human beings. HIV‐AIDS continues to threaten lives of children, particularly in sub‐Saharan Africa in the form of orphaning. Looking at a case study from Kenya, it is revealed that, while legal protection is yet to be fully realized in the state, strong cultural norms of value are alive. Currently, the extended family system is the greatest protection to children orphaned or at risk of being orphaned. However, this system was made invisible in the domestic laws of Kenya under the Children Act 2001. This neglect calls for questions not only regarding the protection cultural norms may offer, according to the best interests of children, but also as to the cultural environment being created with the new law.     

仔猪睾丸组织体外培养方法的建立

以30日龄仔猪睾丸组织块为培养对象,应用飞利普TECNAI10电子显微镜对培养前后的生精细胞类别进行了观察,对培养后的组织块进行生精细胞分化程度鉴定,建立了仔猪睾丸组织生精细胞爬片体外培养模型。培养前后电镜观察及HE染色结果显示,培养前细胞种类主要有2种:支持细胞和精原细胞,有少数几个初级精母细胞;培养第20 d的睾丸组织块HE染色观察到3个精子细胞,电镜观察到2个精子细胞。证实,在没有添加睾酮的情况下,此培养体系能够提供睾丸组织块生精细胞分化所需要的条件,使非精子细胞类生精细胞减数分裂为精子细胞。

Miscarriage of Justice? Postcolonial Reflections on the ‘Trial’ of the Maharajah of Baroda, 1875

This article revisits the Baroda Incident 1875, providing a detailed examination of the Enquiry or ‹trial’ for the first time, and locating that examination in the wider socio-cultural context of the nineteenth century British Empire (especially the Raj) and the exporting of the ‹British’/English legal culture to the Empire. The implications of the establishing of British principles of justice, including the value placed upon Indian-generated evidence and testimony by the courts, are explored, in order to establish the Baroda Incident as a significant miscarriage of justice. Using historical methodologies as well as postcolonial insights, it demonstrates that the concepts of justice on which the British prided themselves were intrinsincally racialised as well as gendered, with profound modern resonances. 新制度经济学认为,造成区域经济发展差异的主要因素是制度,制度创新决定技术创新。东北的落后表现在经济上,反映在制度上。在振兴东北的思路上应当具有系统性与逻辑性。振兴东北的最大障碍是人与制度的关系,从社会层面来看是文化上的落后,缺乏创新精神;从社会管理层面来看是政府示范引导不力,自身改革滞后。更新社会观念,加快政府改革是摆脱制度束缚,振兴东北的逻辑起点。

当代人类化发展的重要特征是化发展呈现融合性趋势，具体表现为物质化与精神化融合的趋势，大众化与小众化融合的趋势，市场化与精英化融合的趋势，外在化与内在化融合的趋势。     

黄芪三仙汤通过海马神经肽Y调节细胞免疫功能的实验研究

目的:探讨黄芪三仙汤调节细胞免疫功能作用机制。方法:将24只雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和治疗组。将1μlβ-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)1-40(10μg/μl)在立体定向仪下注入模型组和治疗组大鼠右侧Meynert核复制阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型,治疗组用黄芪三仙汤灌胃,于4周末观察各组海马区神经肽Y(NPY)、血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、血清中皮质酮(CORT)含量,胸腺指数,脾脏巨噬细胞数目的变化。结果:模型组大鼠海马组织中NPY的释放减少,血浆中ACTH和血清中CORT含量显著降低,脾脏巨噬细胞数目显著增加(P<0.01)。治疗组NPY的释放增加,血浆中ACTH和血清中CORT含量显著升高,脾脏巨噬细胞数目明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪三仙汤可以通过海马-NPY-垂体-肾上腺轴调节细胞免疫功能。     

法制现代化的文化选择

我国正处于从传统的“人治”型社会向现代的“法治”型社会转变的历史时期,如何处理和看待现代法制与传统法律文化之间的关系是我国法制现代化模式选择面临的重要课题。对于传统法律文化资源,要有所扬弃,弘扬优势,趋利避害,乃是我国法制现代化建设的必由之路。
