钟理和日记为我们留下了宝贵的财富,当他在1946年从北京坐难民船返乡的时候,这些沉重的稿纸大部分被带回台湾。鲁迅的社会批判性对钟理和的影响至深。鲁迅文学传统始终是钟理和剪不断的文化情结。对于鲁迅为人生的写实文学观钟理和很认同,并且执著一生秉承之。     

How Should Governments Make Risky Policy Decisions?

Public policy-making does not follow the long-established and well-recognised principles of rational decision analysis under risk. Public views of risk are often inconsistent and seemingly irrational, and a gulf exists between risk perceptions and attitudes of the public and those of 'experts'. On the other hand, experts often claim unjustifiably high levels of confidence in their predictions of policy choice outcomes, creating a lack of public faith in their recommendations. While risky policy choices deserve more systematic decision analysis, many challenges remain to effective implementation of such analyses. Among the suggestions for improvement that we offer is the need for more effective interaction between policy-makers, decision analysts and the public.     

从“家庭”走向“社群”——“都市中产全职妈妈”社会参与的路径与价值探析

两百年来的妇女解放道路一直强调妇女要走出家庭、参与生产,但却并未真正回应现代社会养育责任私人化所带来的双重负担问题。本文通过对四川省成都市一个以全职妈妈为主体的志愿者服务队的成立背景、发展路径、积极影响与限制因素的考察,剖析了现代社会城市女性面临的孕产和育儿困境,以及她们如何借助外部环境和资源优势走出私人家庭内部空间,在社区层面上进行支持与互助。这类群体的社会参与和自我成长也为我们反思"家庭—市场"二元悖论下的女性困境及其突破提供了新的可能与方向。     

“现实的人”与“惟一者”：马克思与施蒂纳的主体论之别

马克思与施蒂纳的争论关涉到如何理解形而上学、本质主义在马克思哲学中的地位问题。马克思受施蒂纳影响而提出的“现实的人”,与施蒂纳主张的“惟一者”虽然都具有主体自持性的特点,但在是否追求本质（精神）世界,是否承担对虚无的充实,是否追求永恒、普遍、整体,“现实”或“感性”中是否还拥有超出离散性原子事实的整体性维度及与此相关的超验性维度,对人、现实、历史的理解还是否需要保持辩证法的框架等方面,存在根本性的差异：马克思的回答是肯定的,施蒂纳是否定的。马克思的“现实的人”仍然具有以“现实”、“感性”为根基的“本质性”、“普遍性”、“神圣性”和某种意义上的“抽象性”。所谓马克思反现代性、反本质主义和反传统形而上学,也只能在这样有限的限度内理解,否则就等于把马克思施蒂纳化了。     

Border formations: security and subjectivity at the border

This paper offers a normative argument for reconfiguring borders that rests on a critique of intersecting logics bearing on security, incorporation, agency, subjectivity, encounter, and citizenship. Especially important to my critique is the mutually reinforcing relationship between border security and prevalent assimilationist and integrationist forms of incorporation associated with the dominant single-citizenship model. I offer instead an alternative framing of incorporation I call enfoldment, which is anchored in the contingent and negotiated agency and subjectivity of mobile persons and a multiversal understanding of societies. As I argue, one avenue for opening the possibilities of migrant agency and subjectivity is via what I term ‘mediated passage’. It entails shielding migrants and travellers from the direct control of movement by states at borders, allowing for passage across borders mediated by civil society organizations possessing independent power and authority.     

价值主体性——《资本论》中蕴涵的学术伦理

马克思在《资本论》研究过程中充分体现了其崇高的学术精神品质——科学性与价值主体性的统一。在当代中国,新时期时代精神召唤着马克思主义中国化在理论上的进一步发展,这是每个马克思主义学者都应该自觉面对和肩负的历史使命。作为马克思主义学者,就必须自觉地认识到自己本身是劳动人民意识的代表,是马克思主义灵魂的人格化,并自觉地塑造这种人格。     

Haunted by the Lady Novelist: Metafictional Anxieties about Women's Writing from Northanger Abbey to The Carrie Diaries

This paper argues that the development of the identity of the professional woman writer as a ‘lady novelist’ in the mid-eighteenth century has had a lasting and detrimental impact on the status of women's writing that lingers through to the present, particularly in the critical discourse surrounding chick lit. The first part of this paper discusses the figure of the lady novelist and traces her centrality to criticisms of women's writing from the eighteenth century through to the twenty-first. The second part of this paper then examines the haunting presence of the lady novelist in the metafictional works of seven representative women writers: Jane Austen's Northanger Abbey (1818), Elizabeth Barrett Browning's Aurora Leigh (1856), Louisa May Alcott's Little Women (1868), L. M. Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables (1908), Betty Smith's A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (1943), Fay Weldon's The Life and Loves of a She-Devil (1983), and Candace Bushnell's The Carrie Diaries (2010). By drawing a through-line that connects these texts, I argue for a renewed understanding of the ways in which Western women writers from the eighteenth century to the present are unified by a pervasive anxiety about being a ‘lady novelist’.     

‘A sort of Rathmines version of a Dior design’: Maeve Brennan,Self-Fashioning and the Uses of Style

This article explores the politics of style in the writing of Maeve Brennan. Brennan's concern with style, subjectivity and power is strikingly visible in her short stories and ‘Talk of the Town’ essays for the New Yorker. While in some of her short stories published in the New Yorker in the 1950s, Brennan seems to offer an extended critique of dandyism, elsewhere in her writing self-fashioning takes on an altogether more positive value and is steeped in the political as well as literary commitments of her work. The article argues that Brennan's interest in the politics of style, both personally and in her writing, is informed by the different strategies she deployed as an Irish woman writer establishing her place amongst a New York literary elite in the mid twentieth century.     

女性主义文学批评的走向——谈性别诗学的建构前提

对于女性主义文学批评的理论未来而言,性别诗学的建构具有十分重要的意义。本文围绕女性主义文学批评逐步走向理性与成熟、逐步实现诗学的转换、强化个性的文学写作方式与批评理念、逐渐改善女性的生存状况与文学现状、跨学科研究等方面,阐述了建构开放多元的性别诗学体系的必要前提,从而对女性主义文学批评的发展走向进行一些前瞻性思考。     

主客观相统一原则：价值论与方法论的双重清理

主客观相统一原则是苏俄犯罪构成理论的特色之一,亦为我国刑法学所承继。该原则具有价值论与方法论的双重属性。从价值论上说,主客观相统一原则是在所谓犯罪构成的客观结构与主观结构的基础上形成的,主张犯罪的客观要素与主观要素的统一。从方法论上说,主客观相统一原则超越了刑法客观主义与主观主义,具有两者折中的意蕴。但目前大陆法系犯罪论体系的发展早已超越了存在论,进入到规范论与价值论的知识领域,主客观相统一原则仍然局囿于存在论的知识范围内,并且其本身具有抽象性与含糊性,应以法益原则和责任原则予以取代。
