我国当代现实主义对文学创作的兼容与吸收

我国当代现实主义文学审时度势,在自我发展创新的同时,合理而大胆地兼容和吸收了象征主义、黑色幽默、心理现实主义、魔幻现实主义等流派的创作方法和表现特点,极大地丰富和壮大了自己,获得了前所未有的发展.     

The Modern Meaning of Ancient Heroes：On the Emotion and Teaching in William Butler Yeats‘ On Baile’s Strand

Yeats’On Baile’s Strand is an important work in the Irish Literary Revival. On Baile’s Strand is a thought-provoking ethical tragedy, and also a play that reflects the ideology of cultural nationalism of Yeats. In this play there is staged development from natural emotion, free emotion to ethical emotion and moral emotion. Cuchulain is motivated by his natural emotion and free emotion in most cases. He fails to take the ethical responsibility as a husband, father and little king, which aroused the jealousy, revenge and incrimination from Aoife and Conchubar. After killing his own son who he has never seen, Cuchulain regains his ration. His ethical emotion and moral emotion makes it impossible for him to withstand his guilt, even though he fights bravely in hundreds of wars and has killed numerous people. Finally, he goes to madness, and throws himself into the sea to fight against the waves. With Cuchulain’s tragedy of filicide and madness in On Baile’s Strand, Yeats warns Irish people of improving their morality and education, so as to promote the Irish national independence and national liberation.     

被消费的"文革"历史与当代现实——消费文化语境下《兄弟》的生产与传播

余华的<兄弟>在2005、2006年的分期出版是当代文学的一次重要事件,它的生产与传播过程典型地显示了消费市场和商品文化主导与影响下的文学生产机制对文学的宰制作用.从文学叙事的角度看,消费文化及其文学生产机制影响了<兄弟>的审美品格和叙事特征,"文革"历史与改革时代的现实在小说中呈现出夸饰化、漫画化、荒诞化的倾向.这种文学症候标识出余华由先锋作家到畅销写手的某种隐形蜕变,同时,对于当代文学的发展来说,文学与市场、消费文化保持适度联姻时,要规避其对文学自主性和文学审美品质的潜在伤害,要对消费文化保持适当的警觉.     

不当得利之“利”的界定

研究不当得利制度需要考虑当事人的主观愿望,从民法"利益"的概念入手,不当得利应是财产利益,而且要求受益人保有"利益"时不具有正当性。在存在给付关系的不当得利返还中,应当依据给付目的不能实现和善意保护为判断不当得利返还关系当事人的依据,不能直接依据得失之间的因果关系。适用《涉外民事法律关系适用法》第47条时,需要从不当得利之"利"的主观性考虑,对"共同经常居所地"和"不当得利发生地"做适当解释。

Abstract

In Selbstgefühl, Manfred Frank provides a detailed study of the eighteenth century origins and contemporary philosophical implications of a unique kind of direct self-awareness. The growing significance of this phenomenon is closely related to three interconnected developments in modern philosophy, which I describe as the ‘subjective turn’, the ‘aesthetic turn’, and the ‘historical turn’. While following Frank in emphasising key concepts in the first of these two turns, I add a stress on the historical turn in post-Kantian philosophical writing.

Abstract

Simon Critchley's Infinitely Demanding makes a timely contribution to contemporary debates in ethics and political philosophy. For all its originality, however, one can raise critical questions concerning Critchley's account of the forms of resistance possible within liberal democratic polities. In this article I question the adequacy of Critchley's ethically based neo-anarchism as a response to neo-liberalism, critically analysing the role of ideology in his account of the motivational deficit afflicting capitalist liberal democracies.     

“偏”和“偏偏”的情态类型及主观性差异

虽然"偏"和"偏偏"在用法上有交叉和重合,但二者仍有彼此对立的语义内涵."偏"指向句子主语,说明主语的意志与潜在行为与语境中的预期相反."偏偏"指向说话人,说明客观事实与说话人预期相反,从而表达说话人的不满或意外."偏"和"偏偏"核心语义的不同决定了二者情态类型的差异,"偏"属于动力情态,"偏偏"属于评价情态.从主观性上看,"偏偏"的主观性比"偏"更强.情态和主观性的视角使得对"偏"和"偏偏"差异的认识进一步深化.

经济全球化带来的文化交流,使民族文艺受到了严峻挑战,同时获得了创新发展的机遇.在开放性文化视野中,根植于有中国特色社会主义实践的文艺创新必须具有世界性、开放性、继承性,并保持鲜明的民族性.同时,应营造良好的创新环境,不断出新作、出精品来满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需要,向世界展示中国文艺建设的成果.只有创作主体具备爱国主义、求实、拼搏的精神和创新意识、超越意识,文艺的创新才能实现.
