邓小平对提高党员质量的探索——以中共八大《关于修改党的章程的报告》为文本依据

党员质量问题,是关乎党执政地位巩固和加强执政能力建设的重大问题,是党应对复杂局面和抵御各种风险能力的基础。在党的八大上,邓小平就党员质量问题从提高党员质量必要性、党员质量的标准、党员质量提高的办法等多方面进行了全面深入思考。《关于修改党的章程的报告》凝结了建国以来邓小平提高党员质量的主要思想。     

论公安机关侦查人员法律素养的差异化培养*--以教育培训为侧重

十八届四中全会以来，依法治国成为整个社会发展的主题。刑事侦查领域也提出了侦查法治化的思想，其中加强刑侦队伍正规化建设，提升刑侦队伍执法素养成为一个重要的环节。应该剖析侦查人员法律素养的内涵，立足于侦查人员不同的学习背景，提出差异化培养的思想，并通过有针对性的教育培训等途径提高侦查人员的法律素养，推动侦查工作的法治化进程。     

书法与公务员素质培养

法作为中国人文素质的基础和精髓，历来为政府官员所重视，并已成为官员必备素质之一，该文通过梳理分析和归纳总结后得出，书法对当今公务员的素质培养具有重要意义，分别为：通过“以字正心”，端正思想行为；丰富文化知识，提升综合修养；提高书写水平，便于日常应用；广交各界朋友，抵制不良爱好；凝神静气挥毫，有益健康长寿。     

发达国家质量监管体系及对我国的启示

我国产品质量法的实施已近二十年了,但我国产品质量状况仍然存在诸多问题。究其原因,与我国目前没有建立起一套完善的质量监管体系不无关系。本文分析了美国、德国和日本等发达国家产品质量监管体制、政策及措施,并以此为启示,提出了构建行政执法、行业自律、舆论监督、群众参与相结合"四位一体"的质量监管体系的立法建议。     

Quality of democracy in unrecognized states: lessons from Northern Cyprus

Scholars have recently debated whether non-recognition is a blessing or a curse for democracy. Some suggest that lack of recognition forces political elites to democratize and acquire internal legitimacy to compensate for the lack of external legitimacy. Others suggest that democratization is used as a strategy by which to acquire international recognition. Still others claim that non-recognition obliges unrecognized states to rely on a patron state which, in turn, hinders the quality of democracy. To contribute to this discussion, we have conducted an in-depth case study. Focusing on democratic quality in Northern Cyprus from 2010 to 2016, it is observed that reliance on a patron state leads to dynamics of tutelage, in turn hindering the quality of democracy.     

和谐社会视域下的国企工人道德素质现状及对策研究

依据中国公民人文素质调查数据库对我国国企工人道德素质从道德意识、道德常识、道德行为三个维度进行综合分析,结果表明:(1)国企工人道德素质整体水平较高,但在道德意识上存在倒置和不平衡等差异现象。(2)国企工人道德素质结构性差异不均衡,学历和工龄对其作用以直接作用为主。     

推进网络辅助教学提高高校教学质量

网络辅助教学的特点和优势,决定了它在教育领域将发挥越来越大的作用,成为高校教育教学改革的重要方面。采用网络辅助教学对教师在提供资源、引导学生学习方面提出了更高要求。教师要努力钻研现代教育技术,提高教育信息化应用水平。学校要制定相应的措施,为信息技术与课程整合创造条件,还应调整相关机构的职能,促成网络辅助教学这一新模式的健康发展,不断提高教学质量。     

贵州少数民族贫困女大学生科学素质现状及培养途径研究

文章在对贵州少数民族贫困女大学生的科学素质状况进行调查分析的基础上,提出对这一特殊群体进行科学素质的培养目标、教育、培养的途径与对策。     

Parental involvement in adolescent romantic relationships: patterns and correlates

This study examined dimensions of mothers’ and fathers’ involvement in adolescents’ romantic relationships when offspring were age 17. Using cluster analysis, parents from 105 White, working and middle class families were classified as positively involved, negatively involved, or autonomy-oriented with respect to their adolescents’ romantic relationships. Patterns of parental involvement were generally not associated with parent–offspring relationship quality at about adolescent age 13, but earlier parent–offspring relationship quality moderated the associations between parental involvement and adolescent romantic experiences at about age 18. Positive parent–offspring relationship quality buffered the effects of negative parental involvement, whereas poorer parent–offspring relationship quality was a more adaptive context for adolescents of autonomy-oriented parents. Discussion focuses on the importance of parenting practices in adolescent romantic relationships and the emotional climate of parent–offspring relationships as a developmental context for those practices.
