运用新媒体做好党的群众工作

中国共产党历来重视运用大众传媒开展群众工作,以互联网、手机为代表的新媒体形式的不断涌现,不仅改变了信息的传播方式,也改变了人们的思维方式、生活方式和工作方式,使党的群众工作面临严峻挑战。因此,为了顺应新媒体的发展趋势,运用新媒体做好党的群众工作,应该学会善待新媒体、善用新媒体、善管新媒体。     

论群众路线与马克思主义中国化的契合

群众路线与马克思主义中国化是相互契合的,马克思主义中国化的过程就是群众路线的形成和发展历程.在社会主义建设新时期,为推进马克思主义中国化的健康发展,我们必须继续坚持和发展党的群众路线.     

Direct Analyte‐Probed Nanoextraction Coupled to Nanospray Ionization–Mass Spectrometry of Drug Residues from Latent Fingerprints

Here, we present a method of extracting drug residues from fingerprints via Direct Analyte‐Probed Nanoextraction coupled to nanospray ionization–mass spectrometry (DAPNe‐NSI‐MS). This instrumental technique provides higher selectivity and lower detection limits over current methods, greatly reducing sample preparation, and does not compromise the integrity of latent fingerprints. This coupled to Raman microscopy is an advantageous supplement for location and identification of trace particles. DAPNe uses a nanomanipulator for extraction and differing microscopies for localization of chemicals of interest. A capillary tip with solvent of choice is placed in a nanopositioner. The surface to be analyzed is placed under a microscope, and a particle of interest is located. Using a pressure injector, the solvent is injected onto the surface where it dissolves the analyte, and then extracted back into the capillary tip. The solution is then directly analyzed via NSI‐MS. Analyses of caffeine, cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and ecstasy have been performed successfully.     

大众文化与高校思想政治教育关系的再认识

作为我国高等教育界研究的重要内容之一,大众文化一词并不新,但学界似乎更熟稔这一文化形态对大学生的负面影响,却选择性遗忘了大众文化的正面社会价值。其实不然,大众文化不但有令学者醉心的学术价值,而且对我国高校思政教育同样有着不凡的借鉴意义,将从大众文化对高校思政教育的社会价值、创新需要和创新条件等方面展开论述。     

公安机关在群体性事件处置中的职能定位

群体性事件是社会转型时期各种消极因素的综合反映,具有复杂性、多样性、综合性。公安机关来在群体性事件的处置工作中,必须做到指导思想明确、职能定位准确、处置方法正确。在职能单位上,公安机关是党委、政府的参谋和助手,现场秩序的维护者,查处违法犯罪的执法者,宣传法律的疏导教育者。     

新形势下检察机关加强群众工作问题探析

检察机关做好新形势下群众工作与宪法法律赋予的执法办案职能具有内在的本质联系．但是不少地方检察机关的群众工作还存在诸多问题。需要通过狠抓职务犯罪查处工作，着力维护公平正义。着力化解社会矛盾，高度重视民生民利工作等途径，探索总结一些行之有效的载体和抓手，提升检察机关执法办案和群众工作的融合度。     

干部作风对群体性事件的作用机理探析——以十八大报告的人民观为视角

加强党性修养,深入调查研究,密切联系群众,是践行全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,预防和化解群体性事件的关键。     

北京应对群体性事件日趋组织化的思考与建议

近年来在北京市发生的群体性事件的组织化特点日趋明显。有必要畅通体制性渠道,通过吸纳"草根精英"进入信访代理员队伍、大力发展"网格内"基层自治组织、着重培育"维权型"社会组织等方式,将自发的社会维权运动引向以可控的组织形式表达诉求,破解群体性事件日趋组织化的难题。     

Separation and Detection of Smokeless Powder Additives by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography with Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UPLC/MS/MS),

A reversed phase gradient ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC/MS/MS) method has been developed for the analysis of smokeless powders. A total of 20 different components were separated by UPLC and detected by MS/MS in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. These compounds included diphenylamines, centralites, nitrotoluenes, nitroglycerin, and various phthalates. Simultaneous positive and negative electrospray ionization (ESI) was used along with negative atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) to detect all compounds in a single analysis. Analysis times were under 8 min with a gradient of 10–73% organic at a flow rate of 0.500 mL/min. With this method, ultraviolet and MRM limits of detection ranging from 0.08 to 2.6 ng and 0.4–64 ng injected were achieved. Commercially available smokeless powders were also extracted with methylene chloride and characterized using the developed UPLC/MS/MS method. The procedure permits the determination of compositional differences between different brands as well as lot‐to‐lot variations.

日本第22届参议院选举后，由于民主党与国民新党组成的执政联盟丧失了在参议院的多数席位，“扭曲国会”再次出现，致使日本政党政治的局面曼趋复杂。综合运用计量分析和实证描述方法，通过权力、制度、选民3个层面，以政权运营的状况、选举的非代表性缺陷、选民偏好和舆论影响为视角对参议院选举后的日本政党政治进行全面分析，将有助于深刻理解当前日本政党政治的生态环境及其发展路径。
