社区警务及其内容和特点

社区一般是指聚集在一定地域范围内的社会群体和社会组织,以共同文化为背景而组成的具有实体意义的社会生活共同体.社区警务是警察机关依托社区,即依赖社区的人力、物力与财力,实现警察与社区组织、社区公众的有机结合,共同发现和解决社区的治安问题.我国社区警务有多方面的内容和自身的特点与优势.     

Location and Assessment of an Historic (150–160 Years Old) Mass Grave Using Geographic and Ground Penetrating Radar Investigation,NW Ireland*

Abstract: Reburial of human remains and concerns regarding pathogens and pollution prompted the search for, and assessment of, a 156-year-old graveyard. To locate this graveyard, historic and anecdotal information was compared to landscape interpretation from aerial photography. To assess and map the contents, surface collapses, metal detector indications, and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) were used. Some 170 anomalies compatible with burials were identified on 200 MHz GPR data, 84 of which coincided with surface collapses, suggesting both noncollapsed ground, subsequent infill, and multiple inhumations. The graveyard was possibly split into Roman Catholic plots with multiple inhumations; Protestant plots; and a kileen, or graveyard for the unbaptized (often children). The work serves as one approach to the location and mapping of recent and historic unmarked graves.     

Evaluation of the Photodegradation of Crystal Violet upon Light Exposure by Mass Spectrometric and Spectroscopic Methods

Abstract: Crystal violet is a very common dye in ballpoint ink. Recent research suggests that the degradation of triarylmethane dyes gives an indication of the age of a ballpoint pen entry on a document. The main problem for the quantitative evaluation of the degradation is that it is highly dependent on the exposure to light. Moreover additional factors, such as additives and substrate play an important role in this process. The aim of this work is to compare the degradation pathways of the pure dye in water and ethanol upon exposure to xenon light by UV/VIS spectrophotometry and laser desorption ionization. Significant differences have been observed in the products and the kinetics of the degradation. N-demethylation, an expected decomposition process, was found to take place only in aqueous solution and kinetics calculations showed that the degradation occurred 2.5 times faster in ethanol compared to water. The degradation of crystal violet in inks from four ballpoint pens on paper was also studied for entries made over 2–3 years. It was observed that degradation reactions were quenched by the presence of another dye due to competitive absorption. It was also observed that the thickness of a stroke (concentration of ink) influenced the degradation process. In the absence of light only one ballpoint pen showed slight degradation. A better understanding of the influence of the paper, ink composition, and storage conditions is necessary to interpret correctly the age of an ink based on the degradation of dyes.

GC/MS/Xcalibur技术自动分析疑似固体中管制药物

目的建立疑似含毒检材中国家管制药品的自动筛选方法。方法以我国2007年公布的精神药品和麻醉药品的品种目录为检测目标物,建立质谱用户库;以此为基础,设置气质联用仪自动分析方法对疑拟检材进行常见管制药品的快速筛选。结果建立了库名含多种实用信息、包括230种管制药品的质谱用户库;建立管制药品的质谱自动分析方法,实现＂一针分析出结果＂。结论方法简单、快速、准确可靠,省时省力,能有效提高可疑检材中管制药品筛选分析的速度。     

从群众路线谈马克思主义大众化

马克思主义大众化的目的在于实现中国特色社会主义理论体系与中国特色社会主义建设者广大民众的有机结合。它的提出不仅是实现理论创新的客观需要,更是对大众新的各种利益需求的现实回应。马克思主义大众化的实现必须坚持群众路线,以实现大众的利益需求为出发点,相信大众的力量,集中大众的智慧,激发大众对马克思主义大众化的内心需求,在宣传普及工作中遵循从群众中来、到群众中去的正确领导方法。     

隐性的权力，现实的回归——从网络群体性事件的视角论我国网络政治参与的发展

现代网络政治参与已经成为与现实社会紧密联系的一种隐性的权力。本文从网络群体性事件切入，采用模型方法，借鉴亨廷顿的社会挫折导致政治不稳定假设分析网络政治参与的产生和运行规律，并提出了应对策略。     

国内外关于网络群体性事件的研究综述

最近几年,随着网络社会的快速发展,网络群体性事件也日益增多,发展越来越复杂。国内外学者对网络性群体性事件的特点、运行规律、防范策略等做了比较深入的研究。     

论共同危险行为的构成要件——以《侵权责任法》第10条为中心

《侵权责任法》第10条规定的是共同危险行为。该条的规范目的在于减轻受害人因果关系证明上的困难。在解释共同危险的构成要件与免责事由时不能偏离该规范目的。除基本的构成要件外,共同危险行为有两项重要的构成要件,一为共同危险人参与实施了对受害人权益有损害之危险的行为;二为因果关系不明,即无法确定具体的侵权人。此外,共同危险行为人之间不存在意思联络也是共同危险行为的消极构成要件,它能有效地将共同危险与其他共同侵权区分开来。     

群体性诉讼请求权范围的研究

群体性诉讼是一种有别于传统诉讼的诉讼制度,其不但可以解决多数人纠纷,还能够起到预防和威慑的作用。群体性诉讼之所以有这种预防和威慑的作用,主要是由于在这种制度中可以提出损害赔偿以外的请求。对国外群体性诉讼的请求权范围加以研究,可以更好的了解该制度的功能,并能够为我国群体性诉讼制度的构建和完善提供借鉴,可谓意义重大。
