“蓝、黄”经济区发展低碳经济的对策研究

该文从目前的经济增长方式、能源消费结构和环境污染状况分析了“蓝、黄”经济区（山东半岛蓝色经济区和黄河三角洲高效生态经济区）走低碳发展之路的必要性。在对国内外低碳经济理论和实践综述的基础上,提出了“蓝、黄”经济区实施低碳经济发展模式的政策措施,即加强政策引导和建立低碳经济发展的长效机制、增加碳汇、转变经济增长方式和调整经济结构、优化能源结构、增强技术研发与创新。     

Campaigning in an unprecedented election: issue competition in the French 2017 presidential election

Abstract

The 2017 French presidential elections featured an eventful campaign, produced astonishing results, and presented important signs of party system change. This paper analyses the main lines of divide of the demand and the supply side of electoral competition. It analyses the structure of citizens’ preferences, as well as the candidates’ strategic issue opportunities, relying on issue yield theory. To that end, it combines data from an original individual-level survey with information about the candidates’ Twitter messages. It is found that the traditional model of two-dimensional political space, characterised by an economic (left–right) and socio-cultural (integration–demarcation) dimension is largely challenged. On the supply-side, the analysis offers additional evidence for the central role played by the integration–demarcation divide, while showing that the traditional left–right conflict has not fully disappeared.     

汉代儒学的述行策略及其流变面向——兼论“罢黜百家”与百家“曲胜”

There are two paradox voices about the revival of Confucianism constructed by typical phenomena, the victory and the corruption, which display the two directions of Confucianism’s transformation in Han dynasty. Behind the paradox, it’s the academic trend of skills overweighing truth and inter-ccommodation between Zhuzi(诸子); tracing the history, the performative thinking of Confucianism accommodating Zhuzi and carrying out its kingcrafts by submitting to monarch can be clearly sketched. The Confucianism doesn’t win separately by banning Zhuzi , whereas it makes the others succeed indirectly.     

What can a party say? How parties' communication can influence voters' issue ownership perceptions

Research has documented that issue ownership is an important aspect of voter behaviour. Therefore, issue ownership is an important asset for parties and one that they might try to improve on in order to enhance their electoral chances. Using survey experiments on a representative sample of Danish voters, the paper investigates what messages a party can convey to voters in order to improve its issue ownership – communicating its emphasis on the issue, its position on the issue, its links to the issue constituency, or its performance on the issue – across both valence and position issues. The results show the effectiveness of the latter two communication strategies thereby documenting that parties through their communication may affect voters' perceptions of their issue handling competencies.

关于东北亚国际航运中心竞争策略

研究国际航运中心的发展历史,从中发现它的发展变化规律,对于我们正确认识现代国际航运中心的本质特征有着十分重要的意义。目前青岛、天津、大连在认定国际航运中心竞争对手问题上就需要调整思路,从长期考虑,在竞争中如何处理这三个大港,以及各自临近较小港口的发展关系问题。根据国际经验,港口联盟是一个很好的合作途径。为应对船舶大型化及航运公司的全球联盟,并避免港口之间对同一腹地的过度竞争而导致设施过剩,世界上许多港口都实行了战略联盟、兼并等多种合作。     

Influence of acculturation strategies on the judgement and punishment of an offender of North African descent

Very few studies have examined the influence of the acculturation strategies of an offender of foreign descent on the way a third party judges the personality and action of that offender. The aim of our study was thus to measure the effect of three variables (Seriousness of the harm suffered by the victim; Type of acculturation strategy of the offender; Level of Social Dominance Orientation [SDO]) of the person making the judgement) on the judgements and decisions made by a sample of students faced with a situation of physical aggression committed by a man of North African descent living in France. After reading a scenario describing a criminal act committed by a man of North African descent, who had or had not adopted French culture, 168 French students completed a judgement scale concerning the criminal act and the offender and an SDO scale. The results show that the crime was perceived as less serious when the perpetrator had adopted French culture than when he had not. The perpetrator was also judged less severely. Participants with higher levels of SDO advocated harsher punishment and attributed the crime to the offender’s personality. We discuss these results and identify new avenues for research.
