主体性思想的形成与发展

主体性思想是传统西方哲学的一个基本思想,它萌发于古希腊哲学,主要探讨世界及其本质;它在近代得以确立,进入认知主体性阶段;它在现代得以发展,以人的生存为基础,又被称为生命主体性思想。     

和谐社会中大学生的角色建构

大学生的优势在和谐社会中能得到最佳的展示机会,成为和谐社会建设的重要成员和主力军。他们能够优化中国人的教育结构和就业结构,促使大学生群体自身社会层次的提升,形成对主流文化思想和主体价值体系的认同力量,成为和谐社会建构的重要基础。要建构大学生的社会角色首要的任务是教育和引导他们进行角色学习,解决他们面临的角色转换与角色定位等问题。大学生社会角色建构的最终实现要依靠大学生对自我的认同和建构,依赖于其积极作用和潜在功能的有效发挥。     

现代政治认同与和谐社会

现代政治认同作为公民对于政治共同体、政府及其基本制度的认可与支持,是一种积极的、理性的、多层次的政治认同。它是维系现代国家中民族团结、社会稳定与和谐的政治心理基础,因而对于建设社会主义和谐社会具有十分重要的意义。解决此问题对于和谐社会的建构极为重要。     

论全球化背景下和谐社会的特征

在全球化背景下建构的和谐社会不同于传统的社会,它的特征至少体现在以下三个方面:以正义为目标宗旨的社会特征;差异、否定、过程结合的哲学特征;传统伦理与现代伦理并存的伦理特征。

1885年英国著名宪法学家戴雪在他发表的<英宪精义>中,第一次明确界定了"法治"的含义.强调了法治原则.认为法治有三种含义.其强调的法治为法律至上、司法独立、司法救济和人人平等守法,并主张贬抑日益扩张的行政权.他的法律哲学理念基本上是洛克式的.他的法治主张受制于当时的时代,至50年代英国宪法学家对戴雪的法治提出质询和批判,但20世纪英国法治理论是对戴雪法治观批判的基础上建构的,后人只能是批判、修补或发展.     

The Short-Lived Influence of the Napoleonic Civil Code in 19th Century Greece

During the Greek War of Independence (1821–1827) from the Ottomans—which had a nationalistic and liberal character—and for the first decades after the liberation, a number of liberal French-educated politicians and scholars attempted unsuccessfully to introduce the Napoleonic Civil Code (or some clone of it) as the Greek Civil Code. Despite the fertile political and intellectual ground for such an introduction, they failed to achieve their goal due to the temporary introduction of Justinian's Roman law as the Greek civil law. This led the Greek academic community to Pandektenrecht and the predominance of the 19th century German legal theory (boosted by its organized propagation on the part of a number of German-educated legal scholars).

自治是大学的固有传统,章程是大学自治的“宪章”。大学在制定章程时,必须对大学的独特使命、大学内部治理体制、师生员工的主体地位、大学的对外开放办学、大学的自我监督机制及外部管理体制等内容做出科学的认知和把握。当前我国大学以制定章程为契机,全面启动内部治理结构改革,并把教授治学摆在突出的位置,有利于新时期大学的转型与发展。但大学办学自主权的真正落实以及现代大学制度的确立,需要一个长期的过程。     

The Liberal Left Opts for Terror

For a century, intellectual debate on political violence has been dominated by efforts to romanticize the extremist and to invest him with the aura of the altruistic “freedom fighter.” It is astonishing that in the post-9/11 era, the terrorist's image continues to remain habitually mystified and ennobled, while terror attacks are justified as self-defense. “Terrorist discourse” is indicative of the universality of the intellectual position of the Left with regard to terror, national discrepancies notwithstanding. The present article evaluates leftist liberals' attitudes towards terrorism in the 20th-century Russian Empire, Europe, the U.S., and especially Israel—one of the epicenters of terrorism today. The article proposes to examine psychological responses to terrorism in conjunction with a range of contemporary reactions to threats, acknowledged or displaced with an assortment of mental constructs and rationalizations.
