试析大学生网络交往行为的约束体系

伴随着大学生上网的普及,形成了一种新型的交往行为——网络交往行为,它具有明显戏剧行为的特点。同时,网络交往行为并不是完全自由的,要受到传统文化、道德观念及舆论、法律意识、技术等多种因素的约束。我们要积极利用这些因素,构建网络交往行为的约束体系,使之向网络规范行为转化。

网络反腐的形式分析与对策

近年来,网络反腐显示了强大的生命力,由新生力量发展成反腐手段的重要一员,成为我国政府和民众联手打击腐败的实效武器。作为反腐利器,网络反腐也同时滋生诸多问题和矛盾。完善网络反腐的制度和环境成为亟需解决的问题。目前理论界对网络反腐问题的研究主要集中在对网络反腐的概念界定、必要性研究、网络反腐制度化探讨上。本文试图通过对网络反腐的具体形式进行探索,剖析网络反腐中的传播途径及受众心理特点,为网络反腐的制度化和法律化提供新的视角。     

The Study of Traditional Commercial Circulation Platform’ s Upgrade in Network Economy

It's an inevitable problem that how do traditional commercial circulation platforms achieve upgrade in network economy, when Chinese economy is in new normal. In this paper, we used grounded theory to explore the drivers and contents of traditional commercial circulation platforms' upgrade in network economy. We selected Haining Leather City as the example of case study, forming a system model that consists of 156 concepts, 36 sub-categories, 8 main categories (innovation abilities, organizational learning abilities, social networking abilities, policy environment, market environment, technical environment, function upgrades and status upgrades) and 3 core categories (enterprise core abilities, enterprise external environment and platform upgrade). The results shew that enterprise core abilities and external environment are the important factors driving the upgrade of Haining Leather City platform; Haining Leather City platforms' upgrade includes function upgrade and status upgrade. Finally, this paper pointed out the conclusions, recommendations and limitations of this research.     

Daughters and Displacement: Migration Dynamics in an Indonesian Transmigration Area

This study considers the ways 'indigenous' people have responded to the constraints and opportunities posed by the Indonesian government's transmigration programme in North Lampung, Sumatra. Migration is of increasing importance to the livelihoods of this group; particularly that involving the employment-related movement of young, unmarried women to the export-oriented factory zones of West Java. Female migration is notable in the context of customs confining unmarried women to the house, and negating their working in agriculture. The paper explores how factory migration has developed, drawing on field work conducted in 1994 and during the economic crisis in 1998, and focusing on the shifting terrain of intrahousehold power relations and decision-making in the community. Key to understanding migration dynamics in this area is the emergence of a culturally-conditioned social network linking village and city. This network has altered the terms upon which migration decisions and remittance practices are made, and may have cushioned.     

Social Responsibility in the Concept of the Social Enterprise as a Cognitive System

Abstract

The new concept of social responsibility is strongly linked to the idea of the social enterprise as a living system, that is, a system capable of regenerating itself by producing “knowledge” and “trust” resources. Nevertheless, these resources can only spring from a tight relationship with the reference environment in which the enterprise operates. This paper aims at making some first considerations on the relationship between social responsibility and the environment, and upon how the environment may develop in symbiosis with the “living company.”

人人贷经营中易引发经济犯罪的防控研究

人人贷于2005年诞生于英国伦敦,作为一种新兴的民间借贷形式和一种信贷方法的创新,因其高效便利、覆盖面广等优点而得以蓬勃发展。人人贷的发展对于满足个人生产需求、促进资金流动、提高闲散资金的利用率、完善信贷体系等都具有重要作用。但是也因其门槛儿较低、监管缺位、信用体系不健全等而存在诸多风险,尤其是经济犯罪风险,使得相关法律的制定和监管的跟进都非常必要。因此,要增强风险意识,明确监管职责,建立一个完善的监管监督体系,以保障人人贷行业的健康、有序发展。
