多媒体教学手段在警务实战训练中的运用

目前,多媒体教学手段因其独特的优势在警务实战教学与训练中得到了广泛应用。然而其运用方法、技巧以及应用过程中存在的问题,理论界尚未做深入探讨。在警务战术教学与训练中,不能强求针对所有的教学内容和教学环节都要运用多媒体技术。同时,也不能要求多媒体教学以一个固定的模式展开。我们应该根据教学内容的性质和需要灵活地运用多媒体技术。不过,从多媒体教学实际情况来看,仍有系列问题需引起我们的重视。     

论公民平等受教育权的立法保障

随着2004年宪法修正案将国家尊重和保障人权的规定入宪和社会主义科学发展观的建立,平等受教育权的法律保障问题逐渐引起人们的关注。我国对平等受教育权的研究起步较晚,在实践中公民平等受教育权保障存在着诸多问题,尤其是法律保障中立法的不完善,严重影响了公民平等受教育权的实现。为了充分保障公民的这项基本人权,分析这种现状存在的原因并加以研究解决,不仅具有理论意义,也具有现实意义。     

Associations Between Shyness and Internalizing Behaviors,Externalizing Behaviors,and Relationships during Emerging Adulthood

Many studies have documented the ways in which shyness can be a barrier to personal well-being and social adjustment throughout childhood and adolescence; however, less is known regarding shyness in emerging adulthood. Shyness as experienced during emerging adulthood may continue to be a risk factor for successful development. The purpose of this study was to compare shy emerging adults with their non-shy peers in (a) internalizing behaviors, (b) externalizing behaviors, and (c) close relationships. Participants included 813 undergraduate students (500 women, 313 men) from a number of locations across the United States. Results showed that relatively shy emerging adults, both men and women, had more internalizing problems (e.g., anxious, depressed, low self-perceptions in multiple domains), engaged in fewer externalizing behaviors (e.g., less frequent drinking), and experienced poorer relationship quality with parents, best friends, and romantic partners than did their non-shy peers.

通过具体实例，对图书在版编目数据、图书分类存在的归类不恰当，分类不到位，多卷书、丛书标引不一致，类号错标、漏标等问题进行了分析指正。     

Clinically Significant Trauma Symptoms and Behavioral Problems in a Community-based Sample of Children Exposed to Domestic Violence

This study assessed the associations of characteristics of domestic violence incidents with clinically significant levels of traumatic symptoms and behavioral problems in a socio-economically and ethnically mixed sample of 687 children participating in a community-service program for children witnessing violence. Study predictors included child/family demographic characteristics, type and chronicity of exposure, and child’s perceptions of control over the event and threat to personal safety. Outcomes consisted of traumatic symptoms and behavior problems. Results showed that perceived threat and control were associated with greater odds of clinically significant levels of several trauma symptoms (and behavior problems in the case of perceived threat) after adjusting for effects of demographic factors and violence characteristics. Child co-victimization increased odds of reaching clinically significant levels of traumatic symptoms compared to children who witnessed the event but were not victimized. Female sex and White ethnicity increased odds of specific trauma symptoms and behavior problems. Increasing age reduced odds of some trauma symptoms. Associations between predictors and one outcome measure did not generalize across the other outcome measure. Implications of study findings, and directions for future research are discussed.     

当前我国信访制度面临的问题及对策思考

高校贫困生问题已经成为带有普遍性的社会问题，其管理工作也成为高校教育工作的重要内容。寻找贫困学生教育管理的途径和方法，有效解决贫困生问题，资助贫困生顺利完成学业，是体现教育公平性和现代化人才培养的需要，能够保证教育体制改革顺利进行，促进高等教育事业的稳步发展。     

审理公司法人格否认诉讼案件应当注意的问题

《公司法》第二十条第三款将公司法人格否认确立为一项制度，最高法院印发的《民事案件案由规定》第252条将这类案件定名为“股东滥用公司法人独立地位和股东有限责任赔偿纠纷”，这为人民法院审理公司法人格否认诉讼案件提供了法律依据。笔者认为，公司法人格否认诉讼制度是对公司制度的基石——法人格独立制度的有益补充，必须从严适用。在审判实践中，既要严格遵循《公司法》和司法解释的规定，也需要在个案中行使自由裁量权以寻求个案中的公平正义。文章从五个方面阐述了审判实践中应注意的问题。     

论缔造资源节约型环境友好型社会的立法趋势

资源节约型环境友好型社会是解决环境问题的根本途径和实现人类共同福祉的必然选择。是人类在探索解决环境问题过程中逐渐形成的一种社会发展形态及其系统理念和战略思想。它通过强调人与自然的和谐促追人与人、人与社会的和谐。本文通过对其涵义、要求、伦理基础等的分析，提出将缔造资源节约型环境友好型社会作为贯穿整个立法的指导思想和目标，以其基本理念指导制定、修改、补充和完善相关法律，明确缔造资源节约型环境友好型社会必须遵循“在不断完善国内国际立法的同时追一步加强国内立法与国际立法相协调”这一必然趋势以适应人类社会发展之客观要求。
