毛圆科线虫对苯并咪唑类药物的抗药性

采用虫卵孵化试验对乌鲁木齐地区四个羊场饲养的羊感染的毛圆科线虫对苯并咪唑类药物的抗药性进行了检测.结果显示,两个南山羊场的虫卵孵化半数抑制度(ED50)分别为0.002和0.050μg/mL,两个屠宰场育肥羊场的ED50分别为0.270和0.293μg/mL,屠宰场育肥羊场的ED50远大于世界兽医寄生虫学促进协会推荐的0.100μg/mL.结果表明,该地区羊场存在抗苯并咪唑类药物的毛圆科线虫,而且抗药性程度较为严重.

This paper intends to analyze the similarities and differences between two female characters-Jig and Emily in Hemingway's "Hills like White Elephants" and Faulkner's A Rose for Emily, through the character's feature.     

R2P: “State of Play”

Abstract

Is R2P the most effective tool the international community has to prevent genocide, or the newest neo-imperial norm perpetuated by the most powerful states? In a dramatic performance of the key debates within R2P, each of these views is presented before Aristotlean and Tocquevillean insights are drawn upon to find a middle ground rooted in citizen resistance against mass atrocity crimes. R2P can both become a more effective tool of prevention and gain needed political legitimacy by drawing on the rich historical tradition of citizen resistance to empower local actors defying regimes engaged in mass atrocity crimes.     

Counter-conduct and its Intra-modern Limits

ABSTRACT

This article critically explores the Foucauldian concept of “counter-conduct”, which has recently been applied to the study of resistance in international relations (IR). Whilst a counter-conduct analytic can destabilise a power/resistance binary, I argue in this article that it does not fully overcome onto-political assumption. Drawing on postcolonial and decolonial perspectives, alongside discussions with protesters during the 2014 “Umbrella Movement” protests in Hong Kong, this article traces how a counter-conduct analytic can fix and flatten the politics and ethics of struggle in other ways. Specifically, I draw out three limiting assumptions about power/resistance articulated by Foucault, which are then implicated in a counter-conduct analytic: (1) his intra-modern critique of power; (2) his undivided reading of the subject; and (3) his valorisation of the politics of struggle. Offering a constructive critique, this article considers the stakes of unsettling these intra-modern limits and the consequences for an emerging counter-conduct research agenda.     

Culture and Symbols as Tools of Resistance

In 1918, when Estonia was proclaimed an independent republic, nearly one-sixth of all Estonians were living beyond its eastern border. The possibility of returning to Estonia was offered to these tens of thousands of people with the conclusion of the Peace Treaty of Tartu between Estonia and Soviet Russia in February 1920. The Republic of Estonia, which had just emerged from a war and was only beginning to rebuild its public sector, had to arrange this vast re-emigration. This article illustrates the problems that arose for Estonian state authorities in connection with offering citizenship to Estonians living in Soviet Russia and arranging their re-emigration in 1920–1923.     

Genetically modified soybeans,agrochemical exposure,and everyday forms of peasant collaboration in Argentina

Since the 2000s, both the production of genetically modified (GM) soybeans and the cases of agrochemical exposure have grown exponentially in Argentina. Drawing on ethnographic research, I analyze how peasant social movements understand the socio-environmental problems caused by the expansion of GM soybeans. I argue that at national, provincial, and local scales, the institutional recognition of peasant social movements and the performative actions of authorities discourage contentious collective action through subtle yet powerful mechanisms. The article contributes to social movement research and to the literature on peasant resistance by analyzing the cultural dynamics that constrain contention and shape processes of peasant collaboration, which are arguably as important as peasant resistance, although much less studied.     

Parallel narratives: resistance strategies of low-wage female hospitality workers and nineteenth-century black enslaved females

This research explores control and gendered resistance strategies of female low-level hospitality workers and nineteenth-century black enslaved females by linking resistance patterns in historically documented slave narratives with oral narratives of current female hospitality workers. Emerging narratives document parallel stories of oppression, abuse, devaluation, and exploitation and focus awareness on the subordinate position of low-level workers in an oppressor/oppressed relationship. Functioning under two different economic systems, slavery and capitalism, these low-level workers’ narratives allow similar patterns of resistance to surface and help us expand our understanding of worker exploitation, female resistance, and narrative as possessing liberatory potential.     

Executive action to combat the rise of drug-resistant bacteria: is agricultural antibiotic use sufficiently addressed?

On September 18, 2014, President Barack Obama issued an Executive Order titled Combating Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria. The order demands a ‘strategic, coordinated, and sustained effort’ to detect, prevent, and control antibiotic resistance. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), antibiotic-resistant infections are a rising health concern that result in at least two million illnesses and 23,000 deaths each year in the United States. The Executive Order and accompanying documents have been criticized for taking a weak stance against the use of antibiotics in agriculture; however, they include goals to promote antibiotic stewardship on farms, better surveillance of antibiotic use, and the development of alternatives to antibiotics. The criticisms are also unwarranted based on the current state of scientific evidence; nevertheless, there remain compelling reasons to limit the use of antibiotics in agriculture, and if fully implemented, the executive action is set to achieve this goal. This paper will explore why the criticisms are unwarranted, present the conflicting evidence on whether antibiotic use in farm animals poses a significant health threat to humans, offer other reasons to limit the use of antibiotics in livestock, and suggest ways that the government can maximize the efficacy of the proposed actions.     

嗜水气单胞菌gyrA氟喹诺酮抗性决定区的克隆与分析

研究了从病鱼体内分离的嗜水气单胞菌对氟喹诺酮类药物耐药性的分子机理。以 4株对诺氟沙星等氟喹诺酮类药物耐药菌株及 2株敏感菌株为模板 ,参照杀鲑气单胞菌gyrA基因序列 ,设计了 1对引物 ,进行 gyrA基因氟喹诺酮抗性决定区PCR扩增 ,将扩增产物克隆入pMD1 8 T载体 ,转化入大肠埃希氏菌DH5α中 ,小提质粒 ,酶切鉴定 ,测序并分析比较耐药菌和敏感菌的氨基酸残基序列 ,发现耐药菌有 5个氨基酸突变位点 ,分别是 83位点的Ser→Ile,92位点的Leu→Met,1 74位点的Ile→Phe,2 0 2位点的Asn→Asp ,2 0 3位点的Leu→Arg ,耐药菌突变后的氨基酸残基均比敏感菌正常的相对应氨基酸残基分子量大。 83位点的突变与大肠埃希氏菌的耐药性突变一致 ,1 2 2位点具有保守的Try。     

论行政相对人的抵抗权利

行政相对人的抵抗权利,即行政抵抗权,是行政相对人个体对行政行为所设置的义务进行抵制和不服从的权利。本文首先对行政抵抗权进行了界定,其次又对我国行政抵抗权的立法现状进行了评论,并在此基础上提出了自己的完善建议。
