公安应用写作实训基地是学生进行写作素质教育和技能实训重要的、必不可少的实践性教学基地,是学生创新实践、制作各种文书和参与警务活动的实践基地.建设写作实训基地要充分认识实训基地对学生发展的重要性,要有指导思想、建设理念.规划实训基地建设要整合资源和目标,基地模式应从师资队伍、硬件、软件、环境等方面建设,只有逐步完善教学手段,充实教学内容,实现可持续发展,才能构建具有公安特色的应用写作实训基地.

伪装签名是一种签名造假手段,其目的是通过否认签名是自己所写,非法占有他人财物或逃避责任。伪装签名笔迹貌似正常,但受不同伪装手段的影响,笔迹会发生各种变化,因而检验难度较大。检验伪装签名时,鉴定人要解放思想,客观看待笔迹发生的变化,选用正确的检验方法,客观全面地选择笔迹特征,适时补充笔迹样本,条件具备时还应充分利用案情。     

‘Colonizin’ in reverse

Abstract

This is a revised version of a paper presented on 22 June 2006 by Kenneth Parker at The English Academy of Southern Africa, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, on the occasion of the presentation of a Gold Medal to Professor Colin Gardner for distinguished service to English. The paper takes a tongue-in-cheek look at ‘Britishness’ and conforming to British standards – including what the British saw as the ‘way forward for the English language’. It shows how the erstwhile ‘colonized’, and more particularly their British-born descendants, have been doing some ‘colonizin’ of their own.     

From the Subject of Evil to the Evil Subject: “Cultural Difference” in Postapartheid South African Crime Fiction

This article takes up the question of “crime writing” and rejoins the debate around whether such literature stands in for the “political novel” in postapartheid South Africa. What social function might crime writing be serving? Research by political economists and cultural anthropologists suggests that acts of writing in “social detection” mode (rather than “crime writing”) serve as an allegory for occulted sociopolitical conditions. Cultural difference is seen, once again, to play a pivotal role in the legitimation of power, and writers in the detection mode are correspondingly seen to be probing the possibility of a resurgence of “bad” difference. This notion, it is argued, is a key differentiator in an otherwise murky scene in which the borderline between licit and illicit, and right and wrong, has become obscure. While many South African writers are brought into the discussion, including but not restricted to crime authors, a key novel by leading crime writer Deon Meyer is read as a case study to illustrate the more general points made in the article.

20世纪 6 0年代以来兴起的后现代主义掀起了一股质疑权威和结构的思潮。在人类学领域 ,后现代主义的批评精神得到极大的扩展和延伸 ,与人类学内部业已存在的理论趋势一拍即合 ,推动形成了 2 0世纪 80年代一场声势浩大的“写文化”大论争。探讨人类学在“写文化”论争后所能扮演的理论和实践角色。其理论基调都带有明显的后现代的阐释和质疑 ,对整体论的质疑甚至抛弃的影响更是致命的。这种怀疑和批评体现了后现代主义对宏大叙事的批判 ,是后殖民主义对西方文化霸权的批判在人类学领域中的一种呼应     

英语过程写作法与评估原则的结合

英语写作教学中,可以将写作评估原则与写作过程相结合,将传统的成果评价法转移分配到写作的各个步骤中,使学生在写作过程中参照这些评价原则,并针对写作目标在不同的环节里采取相应的方式,积极地适应要求,接近或实现写作目标。

本文通过现代女作家陈学昭创作风格的形成,探讨女性写作在现代文学史上成长的可能性空间,事实证明,女性写作是在一种被男性文学叙事规约和询唤的美学潮流的引领下进行的,适应并不断复制主流话语,是在文学场域得以生存的条件,除此之外,似乎别无他路。陈学昭的创作只有适应主流叙事的那种被界定为清丽温婉的美学情调得到了认可,而作品里独特的、鲜活的、可以触摸的生命意志被遮蔽掉了。对于一个并不自主的制度化场域来说,文学与新民主主义革命的独特关系,使得陈学昭一类的作家缺少必要的写作空间。
