提高政府社会建设效能与社会体制的法律构建

在以往的社会建设中,政府效能并没有达到预期的目标,其根本原因在于政府社会建设权力过于集中,没有很好地发挥广大人民群众的主动性和创造性,因此,需要通过法律构建由社会群体构成的社会体制,集中全社会力量来构建社会主义和谐社会。

在环境法领域,放宽环境公益诉讼原告资格的限制,已成为世界各国环境立法的一个普遍趋势.为有效保护民众的环境权益,美国不断扩张环境诉讼原告资格,其经验值得研究和借鉴.根据我国的国情,在环境法领域,应当尽快建立检察机关提起公益诉讼制度和团体诉讼制度.     

Romanians’ current perception of threat from immigrants in a context of co-ethnic migration: assessing the role of intergroup conflict and active/passive contact

This paper investigates the predictors of natives’ perception of the immigrant threat in Romania, an interesting site given immigrants’ marginal presence in the total population and the sizeable proportion of co-ethnic immigrants. Yet the interplay between nationalism and religion shapes an ideological frame that favours unwelcoming attitudes towards immigrants that challenge the Romanian identity forged along ethnic and religious ties. The authors used regression to analyse immigrant threat according to several dimensions: cosmopolitanism, group conflict and intergroup contact. In order to reflect specificities of this particular context, the latter dimension is conceptualized so as to include active and passive contact with immigrants. This distinction is relevant because of immigrants’ low presence in Romania. Findings suggest that variables from conflict theory explain more of the variation in the perceived threat, while indirect contact through mass-media exposure to immigrant content has the potential to reduce the perception of immigrant threat.

Europe's Role in the United Nations

Two years after the popular mobilisations in Egypt and Tunisia of early 2011, post-uprising authorities, including the Islamist parties that came to power, have failed to deliver on the demands for social justice that triggered those protests. They have responded to past and present socio-economic challenges by adopting measures that are in clear continuity with previous regimes and lacking any coherent long-term vision of economic reform. Indeed, albeit with differences between the two countries, post-uprising authorities, lacking experience and competence, have not fully broken with the old system in reconfiguring power relations within and outside state institutions and have continued to adopt a top-down approach to economic decision-making.     

聚众淫乱罪不宜废除的解释性论证

从刑法哲学角度分析,在性质上决定了其在保护个人权利和自由的同时更要维护社会存在和发展的一般秩序;从刑法地位的界定层面看,刑法不仅仅是法规范体系中的最后一道防线,同时也是参与社会治理的重要力量;从刑法解释角度,可以认为成年人与未成年人之入罪资质前者更为苛刻,后者较为宽松,而不是相反。"秘密性"淫乱的行为不具有惩罚依据的观点在刑法解释的立场上同样也不能立足;从实证的角度考察归纳,民众在面临"机遇诱惑"时表现出的"机遇倾向心理"往往比较明显,在此背景下"理性人"假设的理论往往就会大打折扣。这些分析性结论决定了现阶段我国不宜废除聚众淫乱罪。     

社会工作专业实验课程分组教学的研究与评估

社会工作专业实验课程为《个案工作》《小组工作》《社区工作》《青少年社会工作》《社会学概论》《心理咨询与测量》。针对不同课程的自身特点，通过分组教学的方式进行实验研究，分组教学与不分组教学的适用范围不同，分组教学对学生专业知识的掌握与能力的提高明显优于不分组教学。     

Politics of Trade in Post‐neoliberal Latin America: The Case of Bolivia

Deploying a two‐level perspective, this article analyses the regional and domestic space that the Morales administration has in which to implement the vision of trade articulated in its Plan Nacional de Desarrollo (PND; National Development Plan). Regionally the Morales administration has attempted to combine the solidarity principles of the Alianza Bolivariana para los Pueblos de Nuestra América (ALBA; Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America) with the market‐oriented growth possibilities provided by more orthodox integration projects such as the Comunidad Andina de Naciones (CAN; Andean Community of Nations) and the Mercado Común del Sur (Mercosur; Southern Common Market). Domestically the Movimiento al socialismo (MAS; Movement Toward Socialism) government must negotiate the destabilising effects of its trade strategy in a polarised national context where business and civil society actors are critiquing from their respective positions both the solidarity principles and market‐oriented elements of the PND trade strategy.     

蚁族：一个需要关注的青年群体

＂蚁族＂是当前在城市聚居生活的刚从大学毕业的低收入青年群体的代名词,具有高智商、群体居住和力量弱小的特点。关于＂蚁族＂现象的探讨不只停留在新闻报道层面,更应从学理层面对其进行仔细分析。因此从社会认同理论、参照群体理论和社区研究三个视角对＂蚁族＂现象做了初步的探索,并就此提出一些可行性的研究方案。
