以共同育儿为业:跨越儿童抚育的家庭边界——以一个城市社区的“抱团养娃”实践为例

本文聚焦于城市化背景下的"抱团养娃"实践,深入探讨在抚育职责被"家庭化"的当下,抚育实践如何在一定程度上重新跨越"家庭"的边界。以社区共育为基点,妈妈们的努力既从私人层面上为在陌生城市中资源不足的小家庭找到更多社会支持,又在公共层面上带动孩子们以温度和情感重塑社区认同、黏合社会转型带来的制度缝隙,体现出独特的现实意义与支持力量。"以共同育儿为业"背后,是女性试图在既有的结构约束下找到被私人化的抚育照料重担与公共生活之间的连接点,在本研究中体现为共育支持网络的形成、共育友好空间的营造、亲子活动内容的生产和共育文化的建构四个方面。这为思考如何将"社会"重新带回抚育实践中提供了想象,也拓宽了对女性主体性的理解。     

论法律的思想实践及其实践理性原则

法律的思想实践即主体以法律工程设计模型为对象而在自己的思想和观念中进行的以思想操作与思想实验为核心的思维实践活动。法律的思想实践是全部法律实践活动在逻辑上和事实上的真正起点。思想性、实践性、现实性、创造性、感性与理性的有机结合,是法律的思想实践的基本特点。合法性、正当性、合理性、客观性和逻辑一致性,则是法律的思想实践必须遵循的实践理性原则的核心原则。     

Irony Practice: Reconstructing Structural Social Work: Enlightenment from Neoclassical Sociology

Structural social work has been expanding its influence while experiencing marginalized crises since 1970s: with the expansion of neo-conservatism, the structural perspective is incompatible with the liberal-based system at the political level. In recent years, the “critical reflection practice” established through the reunification of the socialist tradition of social work has become increasingly prosperous, but it has not been possible to answer the question of legitimacy in its own theory. The purpose of this paper is to reflect the crisis of the traditional sociology by analyzing the crisis of western sociology, and to try to reconstruct the critical social science by talking with Iván Szelényi and others to sort out the concept of “irony” as a methodology and the mission of contemporary intellectuals. Under the inspiration of relevance of classical sociology and social work, this paper provides insights to the reconstruction of social work.     

高职财经专业实训教学立体化模式之构建

高职财经专业目前已经成为高职院校中招生规模最大的专业,为了更好地满足社会需求,财经专业课程改革已经提上日程。由于财经类专业工作过程没有十分清晰的操作步骤和固定的运营模式,比较难以标准化和模式化,所以财经专业改革的重点和难点问题之一即是实训教学改革,围绕高职财经专业人才培养目标的要求,实训教学应着力于建立科学、创新的立体化模式。模式基本框架包括:实训教学目标体系、教学内容、教学方法手段体系、必要的实训条件、完善的考核方式体系。     

论公职人员的角色紧张

公职人员不仅仅是一般的社会个人,而且还是公共权力的代理执行者,这两种角色的不同内在需求使其承受两个向度上的价值张力,由此而可能导致的消极后果就是公共权力及公职人员角色的扭曲,最终使公共权力的运行轨迹背离公共意志。为了避免这种消极后果的产生,必须以行政伦理中的"法治"理念来实现和强化公职人员个体行为的道德自觉。     

Europe under occupation: the European diplomatic community of practice in the Jerusalem area

ABSTRACT

This article shows how the existence of a community of European practitioners in the Jerusalem area gives substance to the European stance on the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. The often-stated European Union (EU) support for a two-state solution could appear meaningless in the absence of peace negotiations. However, European diplomats (i.e. diplomats of EU member states and EU officials) in the East Jerusalem–Ramallah area are committed to specific practices of political resistance to Israeli occupation and recognition of Palestinian institutions. These practices have led not only to a specific political geography of diplomacy, but also to a community of practice, composed of European diplomats and based on their daily experience of resisting occupation and bestowing recognition. It is this group of officials who represent and actively “do” Europe’s position and under occupation.     

Making sense of the EU’s response to the Arab uprisings: foreign policy practice at times of crisis

ABSTRACT

The Arab uprisings of 2011 put into question previously held understandings about the stability of authoritarian regimes in North Africa as well as the European Union’s (EU’s) relations with countries in its southern neighbourhood. Despite early calls on behalf of the EU to change its policies, the Union’s responses in the early stages seemed mostly characterised by continuity. This article claims that certain dispositions and background knowledge developed over several decades vis-à-vis EU’s Mediterranean policies served as a baseline from which EU officials and diplomats acted. Drawing on insights from practice approaches, the article argues that the practical understandings on what the EU can (and cannot) do vis-à-vis partner countries in North Africa create a kind of power politics of practical dispositions. The article focuses on the European Neighbourhood Policy - the EU’s flagship initiative - and builds on a unique set of data that combine policy documents and interviews with about 30 EU officials and national diplomats from before and after the Arab uprisings. In this way, it illustrates how practice relates to change in that even though the EU’s responses drew on an established repertoire of practice, enacting it in a new context opened up new possibilities for action.     

An Appraisal of Decomposition Cases Received at the Johannesburg Forensic Pathology Service Medico‐legal Mortuary During 2010–2011

Decomposed bodies pose many questions for researchers regarding environmental effects, cause of death, and patterns. This study aimed to observe the factors associated with decomposed bodies autopsied at the Johannesburg Forensic Pathology Service Medico‐legal Mortuary. A total of 4876 autopsies were conducted from 2010 to 2011, of which 109 were decomposed. Black individuals made up the largest proportion (67%) followed by White (26%). Males comprised 86.2%, while 12.8% were female. The mean age was 42.78 years. Most cases were in the early stages of decomposition (49.5%), with 32.1% bloated, 11.9% in active decay, 2.8% in advanced decay, and 3.7% were skeletal. Insect activity was identified in 25.7% of decomposition cases. Cause of death was determined in 48.6% of cases. Of all the cases, 64% were found indoors and 23% outdoors, while 23% had insufficient information regarding the location. Of considerable interest was the number of cases from hospitals and clinics.     

公安院校法学实践教学途径探究

实践教学是培养学生创新能力和实践能力的有效教学方法。公安教育在人才的培养目标上带有明显的职业教育属性,因此其法学实践教学方法应该因地制宜地、积极探寻适合自己和对自己能够产生实际影响的教学路径,使学生了解办案实际,增强感性认识,增加实践业务知识,从而提高理论和实践相结合的能力。本文主要论述了公安院校法学实践教学的几种途径。     

论高等院校计算机基础课的教学改革

针对高校计算机基础课程教育的特点,在教学改革中应进行开放性教学及开放性思维训练,采用多媒体教学应示系统,开发网络化教学环境,改革上机操作教学,创新计算机考试方法,探索学生创新能力的培养途径。
