警务攀登、越障训练中心理训练探析

警务攀登、越障训练是根据警察职业的性质和需要而开展起来的一项特殊的警察体育活动,是警察体育的基础.通过攀登、越障的训练能提高警察的警务实战技能、磨练警察的意志品质,直接为提高警察战斗力服务.在誊务攀登、越障训练过程中,警察的心理素质和其他身体素质相比更显重要.所以在训练中,要有意识地加强警察的心理素质的训练.

对海洛因成瘾者的戒毒需要药物治疗,更需要心理干预与社会支持.美沙酮维持治疗门诊要有效提高维持率,保证维持治疗效果,对受治者进行综合干预是必不可少的.加强在治疗初期对戒毒者的心理干预力度,戒毒者才能长期坚持治疗,达到美沙酮维持治疗效果.     

Evaluation of the NITV CVSA

The purpose of this study was to evaluate a commonly used voice stress analyzer, the National Institute of Truth Verification's (NITV) Computer Voice Stress Analyzer (CVSA), using a speech database containing materials recorded (i) in the laboratory, while highly controlled deceptive and shock-induced stress levels were systematically varied, and (ii) during a field procedure. Subjects were 24 each males/females (age range 18-63 years) drawn from a representative population. All held strong views on an issue and were required to make sharply derogatory statements about it. The CVSA system was then evaluated in a double-blind study using three sets of examiners: (i) two UF scientists trained/certified by NITV in CVSA operation, (ii) three experienced NITV operators provided by the manufacturer and (iii) five experimental phoneticians. The results showed that the "true positive" (or hit) rates for all examiners ranged from chance to somewhat higher levels (c. 50-65%) for all conditions and types of materials (e.g., stress vs. unstressed, truth vs. deception). However, the false-positive rate was just as high - often higher. Sensitivity statistics demonstrated that the CVSA system operated at about chance level.     

论警察心理支持系统的构建

在社会变迁的过程中,基于职业特点,警察心理压力不断增加,心理应激越来越多。警察心理健康状况不断恶化的问题亟待关注和解决,警察心理支持系统的构建刻不容缓。警察心理支持系统包括政府支持、组织支持、家庭支持、朋辈支持、环境支持。     

谈人民警察心理压力的个体调适

人民警察,由于职业的特殊性,作为高风险、高负荷、高强度的＂三高＂群体,在所有应激职业中,心理压力高居首位,其心理压力指数高于常人很多倍。心理学家认为,当过大的心理压力不能得到及时有效的调节和缓解时,不仅会对人民警察的身心健康造成危害,还会影响工作效率,甚至导致自杀或激情犯罪。因此,关注人民警察心理压力问题,重视缓解人民警察的心理压力,寻求有效的心理压力的调适方法,对于进一步提高人民警察的综合素质,增强警察队伍的凝聚力、战斗力,具有极其重要的意义。     

Local administration of community psychological servicest

The paper examines the necessity of delivering community psychological services and outlines the role of local government. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative techniques, primarily surveys, questionnaires and interviews. There are increasing psychological problems in China, in particular in first-tier cities such as Shanghai. Municipal administration of said services is discussed in terms of location, community awareness and attitude. Moreover, the extensive use of civilian volunteers, managed by the local government, is analyzed since it is integral to the effective delivering of community psychological services. The case of Liangcheng Community presents positive results achieved in delivering psychological services. It describes the experience of local administrators as well as their focus. Furthermore, the study looks at the consciousness of staff, the involvement of civilian volunteers, the available funding and the support of professional institutes. This paper also discusses the main reasons of the shortage of delivering these services in most communities in China. They are to be a lack of supervision from the central government, poor awareness of local administration, a severe lack of relevant skills and experiences in this field, and ineffective implementation by local administration. Finally, the paper attempts to make clear the daunting challenges faced by the local administration in dealing with this serious social issue in China. Besides the huge number and the types of mental illness, there is also a shortage of professional people. Public perception needs to be changed and more funding should be redirected into the necessary services.

刑警心理控制能力的现状与分析

刑事警察职业要求刑警有适合的心理控制类型和心理控制能力。目前刑警心理控制类型属中度外控,心理控制能力较强偏低,两者都不理想。究其原因有:刑警职业的高风险、高压力容易导致刑警心理疲惫;刑事案件的频频发生与刑侦力量的相对不足,使刑警不停地奔波、劳顿,身体健康状况下降;社会现实中的不正之风使少数刑警产生特权思想等。     

司法警察支队长人格特征调查分析

采用卡特尔16项人格因素问卷(16PF)对202名司法警察支队长作测量,结果显示:司法警察支队长的人格特征较为优良;心理健康的平均得分高于常模均值;专业有成就的平均得分高于常模均值,其中得高分的占10.8%;创造力高分占12.4%;新环境成长能力平均得分略低于常模均值,成长能力高分占6.2%。这些结果表明,司法警察支队长总体的心理素质较为良好。
