豚鼠低温死亡血清生化指标的分析

目的检测低温死亡豚鼠的血清生化指标的变化情况,并分析其变化规律,为利用生化指标推断低温死亡提供一定的参考。方法 20只豚鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组置于-30℃左右环境下至死亡,对照组置于25℃左右环境下,经相应时间后再断颈处死。分别提取右心血血清,使用生化仪对一系列血清生化指标进行检测。结果相较于对照组,低温死亡豚鼠血清中葡萄糖、尿酸、肌酐及尿素氮含量升高(P0.05),总蛋白和白蛋白含量降低(P0.05),而其他指标如血清酶和血清离子等则无明显变化。结论低温死亡下的血清生化指标的变化存在一定的特征性,有望在低温死亡原因推断中起到辅助鉴定作用。     

毛泽东与1961年全党调查研究述论

庐山会议后，以“共产风”为主的“五风”愈演愈烈，给国民经济带来严重困难。在毛泽东看来，信息渠道不畅，全党认识不统一，实事求是的思想作风没有得到大力倡导，是导致国民经济困难的深层原因。他认为全党只有大兴调查研究之风才能解决这些问题。在他的倡导下，1961年全党很快掀起调查研究的热潮。此次调查研究给我们留下许多宝贵的经验。做好调查研究工作，必须充分发扬党内外民主，切实贯彻群众路线，抓住调查研究的重点。     

浅议信用证诈骗罪

当今金融全球化趋势下的信用证,在贸易支付中占有至关重要的地位,受到贸易当事人的青睐,但同时也被不法分子所觊觎.信用证诈骗犯罪使得世界各国深受其害.本文从刑法学的角度,对信用证诈骗罪的要件、类型和处罚进行了深入分析,并试图寻求一些防范对策,以期减少风险,增强法律保障.     

Corrupt reciprocity - Experimental evidence on a men's game

Why are women regarded to be more resistant towards corruption? We address this question by letting students allotted the role of public servants receive a bribe and choose between reporting (whistleblowing), opportunism and reciprocity (delivery of a contract to the briber). Those acting as businesspersons choose whether or not to publicize at the end of the game. Male businesspersons more often depart from maximizing payoffs and allocate resources to punishing opportunistic public servants. Instead of acting opportunistically, some public servants tend to reciprocate or report. We find that female public servants are less inclined to reciprocate. Their resistance towards corruption is found to relate less to a willingness to report. Survey data from international households shows that men are more confident that bribes will be reciprocated, supporting our results.     

Recognition of Early Myocardial Infarction by Immunohistochemical Staining with Cardiac Troponin‐I and Complement C9*

Abstract: The diagnosis of early myocardial infarction (MI) after death, especially in the first few hours (c. 6 h) after the onset of MI, poses a challenge to the forensic pathologists. During this time, the damaged myocardium does not show grossly identifiable morphological changes and may not be recognized even with routine histological microscopic examination. However, the infarcted cardiac tissue releases certain chemicals that can be detected microscopically, two of these being cardiac troponin‐I (CT‐I) and complement C9 (C9). This study utilizes the importance of these two biomarkers immunohistochemically in an attempt to identify this early phase of MI. This study reveals that the early phase of MI of <6 h duration may be detected through immunohistochemical staining with CT‐I and C9. The ischemic/infarcted cardiac myofibers in the <6 h group display reduced/absent CT‐I staining as well as positive C9 staining.     

人血浆Fn的纯化、抗体制备及法医学应用的研究

本文用Gelatin－Senharose4B亲合层析法提纯人血浆Fn抗原，免疫家兔，收集抗血清，经过去Fn血浆制成的免疫固相吸附剂处理后，制备特异性抗人Fn血清。此抗血清1：200稀释，用于免疫组化PAP、DAB染色法，观察人头皮枪弹创、头皮挫裂创、腹部皮肤切创各4例创缘区Fn含量、分布变化的研究，能反映创线区Fn变化的规律，为法医学创伤的研究，进一步开展定量分析和定量测定，作了抗体准备。

中国汉族群体人类补体C8A多态性

采用免疫沉淀、SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (SDS- PAGE)、被动转印及酶免分析 ,研究了人类补体 C8A等位基因频率在成都地区汉族群体中的分布。 12 1份样本被分为 3种常见型 ,即 C8A- A、C8A- B及 C8A- AB,由两个等位共显性基因 C8A * A及 C8A* B控制 ;同时发现了 2个稀有亚型 ,即 A3亚型及新发现的 Ax亚型。等位基因频率为 C8A* A=0 .5 0 83,C8A* B=0 .4835 ,C8A*稀有型 =0 ,0 0 83。说明 C8A多态性在中国群体中具有良好的分布 ,个人识别率(DP)达到 6 1.14% ,可用于法医学个人识别及亲子鉴定     

Urea,Uric Acid,and Creatinine in Postmortem Blood,Vitreous Humor,and Synovial Fluid: A Comparative and Correlation Study,

Urea, uric acid, and creatinine have been demonstrated to be relatively stable in postmortem blood (BL), thus being useful for diagnostic purposes. However, no studies have explored their levels in BL, vitreous humor (VH), and synovial fluid (SF) concurrently. Therefore, we measured and compared their levels in these fluids. We also determined the effects of various factors on their levels. The results indicated that BL urea, uric acid, and creatinine levels were significantly higher than VH and SF levels. VH and SF urea levels and SF creatinine levels had a strong correlation with BL urea and creatinine levels, respectively. BL creatinine levels were higher in men than in women. BL and SF creatinine levels were negatively correlated with age. SF uric acid and BL, VH, and SF creatinine levels exhibited a positive correlation with weight. Only VH creatinine levels were positively correlated with body mass index. None of urea, uric acid, and creatinine levels were correlated with postmortem interval.     

Results of the 2018 Rapid DNA Maturity Assessment

Three commercially available integrated rapid DNA instruments were tested as a part of a rapid DNA maturity assessment in July of 2018. The assessment was conducted with sets of blinded single-source reference samples provided to participants for testing on the individual rapid platforms within their laboratories. The data were returned to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for review and analysis. Both FBI-defined automated review (Rapid DNA Analysis) and manual review (Modified Rapid DNA Analysis) of the datasets were conducted to assess the success of genotyping the 20 Combined DNA Index System (CODIS) core STR loci and full profiles generated by the instruments. Genotype results from the multiple platforms, participating laboratories, and STR typing chemistries were combined into a single analysis. The Rapid DNA Analysis resulted in a success rate of 80% for full profiles (85% for the 20 CODIS core loci) with automated analysis. Modified Rapid DNA Analysis resulted in a success rate of 90% for both the CODIS 20 core loci and full profiles (all attempted loci per chemistry). An analysis of the peak height ratios demonstrated that 95% of all heterozygous alleles were above 59% heterozygote balance. For base-pair sizing precision, the precision was below the standard 0.5 bp deviation for both the ANDE 6C System and the RapidHIT 200.
