Some Features of Cultural Policies Applied in Belgium,Particularly in the French-Speaking Community

The training of arts and cultural administrators in Taiwan is related to the development of Taiwan's cultural sector and the centralized system of its government. In this top-down system, the government has long played a leading role in the development of the arts, cultural policies, and industries. The purpose of this article is to examine elements of historical events and factors causing change in the environment to discover the characteristics of arts/cultural administrators, the skills needed for arts/cultural administrators, and the development of curriculum. The researcher divided the historical development of Taiwanese arts administration into three waves. The first wave is from 1949 to 1980, the second wave is from 1981 to 1990, and the third wave is 1991 through the present. Through a discussion of various historical events, factors concerning arts administration and its training system are discovered. In conclusion, after reviewing Taiwan's development in the area of arts administration, one finds that viewing arts administration as a profession is a relatively recent phenomenon. The training of arts administrators and curators in the visual arts was the first area to develop. Training for performing arts administrators was not emphasized until the 1980s. Graduate programs of arts administration in universities have been promoted only since the middle of the 1990s.     

上海监狱民警单警装备使用现状之分析与对策研究

规范的单警装备使用技能是监狱人民警察执法理念的重要体现,然而在调查中发现,部分中老年民警对单警装备佩戴和使用在思想上不够重视;部分民警虽然按规定佩带了单警装备,然而碰到罪犯打群架等狱内突发事件时却不敢使用,担心在使用时把握不了尺度而因此被追究责任;很多监狱民警在伸缩警棍、催泪喷射器的使用技巧和相关理论知识方面很欠缺,在培训中缺乏直观的模拟使用和实践操作训练。如何将单警装备与日常警务工作有机结合,在上海监狱系统的民警队伍建设、实战理论、教育训练和体系建设等方面均有着重要意义。通过调查研究,以期对促进上海监狱民警更好的掌握单警装备使用技能提供一定的理论依据,切实有效的提高监狱民警的执勤执法战斗力。     

《国际贸易实务》课程实践教学改革初探--以职业技能竞赛为推手

目前,我国对外贸易形势日益严峻,企业对优秀外贸人才的需求也更加迫切。对于高职院校国际贸易实务专业而言,核心课程《国际贸易实务》实践教学改革的效果将直接影响到人才的培养质量。职业技能竞赛,以提高学生的职业岗位实际操作能力水平为目标,对该课程的实践教学改革有着积极的促进作用。     

边境地区群体性事件中警察自我防范技术研究

我国边境地区群体性事件具有自身的特征,针对这些特征,由生物、电子和物理三类技术构成的防范技术体系,适用于警察在应对和处置边境群体性事件过程中对人、物和环境的自我防范,在技术体系的具体应用过程中要重视＂理念体系＂的作用,在技术培养训练过程中要明确影响警察自我防范技术水平层次提高的因素类型,着力提高应对和处置边境地区群体性事件中警察自我防范技术和水平。     

Coping Alone: Examining the Prospects of Adolescent Victims of Child Abuse Placed in Foster Care

The ability of a young person to cope effectively with stressful life events appears to be associated with their previous experiences and relationships. Young people in foster care who have histories of child abuse, therefore, may find they cannot cope effectively with the situation they find themselves in. This paper attempts to highlight the problems they face. A group of 21 young people were interviewed and were asked to complete the Frydenberg and Lewis Adolescent Coping Scales. Their social workers provided information on their past history both in care and prior to coming in to care. It emerged that the young people who had experienced physical and/or sexual abuse were significantly (p < 0.02) more likely to be/have been involved in problem, or Crisis, foster placements. Additionally these young people displayed less adaptive coping strategies than the young people who had not been abused. The most significant differences indicated that the victims of abuse were more likely to try and cope with stressful situations by themselves, while the other foster adolescents were significantly (p < 0.004) more likely to find support from their friends. Case studies, with reference to the teenager's own accounts, help to illustrate how a history of abuse can complicate the already difficult fostering processes, and can also affect the long-term coping abilities of the victims. The consequences of these issues are discussed.

采用文献资料法、调查访问法、比较法、数理统计法、教学训练实践等方法 ,对我国警务技能进行了深入研究 ,提出了新型的警务技能教学训练内容新体系 ,对公安民警教育培训具有指导作用。     

刑释人员就业技能培训探析——以回归社会为视角

在贯彻落实“首要标准”视野下,围绕刑释人员顺利回归社会这一目标,研究构思技能语训重点。建立相应的就业服务机制,是监狱提高改造质量的一个重要课题。通过技能培训让即将刑释人员掌握一定的职业技能,对其返回社会后的成功就业、防止重新违法犯罪具有重大意义。因此,应当努力提高监狱技能培训的针对性和实效性,着力解决其就业期盼与社会用工岗位需求相一致,所学技能与社会劳动需求相一致,就业服务方式与促进顺利回归相一致。     

Using Blogs as a Teaching Tool in Negotiation

This article reports on the experimental use of blogs as a teaching tool in a course on negotiation and mediation. The blogs were of two kinds: individual "journal" blogs accessible only by the student author and the course instructor, and a class or collective blog, accessible by all members of the course. The use of blogs builds on the familiar use of journals as a tool for reflection and personal review and adopts the technology of online communication with which the student body is increasingly familiar and comfortable. The article reports on the student response to this development and the perceived impact on extended peer-to-peer communication, cooperation, and skills development. This note also briefly places this experiment in the wider context of the widespread use of blogging, online social networking, and — more ambitiously — the promotion of critical and deliberative skills through the use of information communications technology.
