论古田会议精神在中国革命中的实践与弘扬

古田会议精神的核心内容是党的建设、军队建设、根据地建设纲领的确立和对中国革命成功之路的根本确定。古田会议精神是井冈山精神的延续,这一精神在中国革命战争的各个历史阶段中得到了实践和进一步弘扬,相继形成了苏区精神、长征精神、抗战精神、延安精神和西柏坡精神等精神系列,从而成为中国共产党、人民军队和革命人民夺取中国革命胜利的坚强精神支柱。     

应用枕骨大孔面积判定性别的研究进展

性别是个体识别的主要生物学指标之一,是法医学鉴定不明骨骼残骸的重要初始步骤。枕骨大孔因其解剖学位置的隐匿性、形态学的稳定性、性别与种族的差异性成为法医学性别判定的研究热点,其中枕骨大孔面积是枕骨大孔区域中进行性别判定准确率较高的指标之一。本文以枕骨大孔面积为主要研究对象,就国外学者通过干颅骨样本、CT影像、CBCT影像测量枕骨大孔面积判定性别的方法进行总结,对国内应用枕骨大孔面积进行性别判定研究提供参考。     

TRAGIC CONSCIOUSNESS,NATURAL LANGUAGE AND MODERN SPIRIT OF THE RULE OF LAW

Tragic consciousness, which originated in childhood, is complex compassion based on strong self-consciousness. After being moralized, tragic consciousness presents the dichotomy of good and evil, which has not only profoundly affected the formation of natural language, but also cradled the theory of natural law and religious spirit. Modern jurisprudence attempts to get rid of the shackles of classics and Christian humanism, to shape the autonomous and self-consistent image of law with the de lege lata as center. However, it is difficult for modern jurisprudence to surpass the natural language which rooted in tragic consciousness, and impossible to neglect or deny the independent value of the human. The inherent conflict within the rule of law makes ironically a tragedy, especially in the context of contemporary China.     

干部学院学风建设的机制构建与实践

良好学风是干部教育培训质量的保证。加强学风建设,倡导优良学风,历来是我们党高度重视并着力解决的重要问题。2013年2月,中组部针对学员管理中存在的突出问题,下发了《关于在干部教育培训中进一步加强学员管理的规定》,意在通过强化学员管理带动学风建设。中国延安干部学院结合培训管理工作实际,从今年3月份开始,对所有培训班次在入学动员会上都发出＂弘扬延安精神,树立优良学风＂的倡议书。     

Advocacy Coalition for Historic Preservation in the U.S.: Changes in Motivations

As the policy discussions of historic preservation have become complicated in recent years, the advocacy for the use of heritage is now even more important, and the number of coalitions for promoting the economic value of heritage has been on the rise. This research provides a historical view of the development of advocacy coalition networks that actively pursue the benefits of heritage resources. Through this context, the article then examines a case study of the Wheeling National Heritage Area. The case exemplifies the framework of how coalition networks can provide the structure necessary to push preservation policy in government.     

论循证视角下的证据科学

循证以“遵循证据”进行实践的时代精神成为多个学科实践领域共同关注的方法论.我国的证据科学在循证视角下观之,存在重结果轻视证据使用的过程.循证入证据科学可以提供一种整合多元化方法论的有效途径,提高证据使用的高质高效;可以架起证据理论与实践沟通的桥梁,发挥各自的优势;可以增加一种对权力行使的制约与监督,减少权力的随意性、无序化、封闭性;循证也体现了协作、高效、透明、民主等时代精神.     

雷锋精神的当代传播——以丽水职业技术学院为例

丽水职业技术学院以“爱的教育”为载体,探讨怎样用学雷锋常态化培育和实践社会主义核心价值观,将学习雷锋精神与校园文化建设相融合,实现学雷锋活动“校为基地,四化联动,五方助力”的常态化机制化,取得精神文明和物质文明,立德育人和服务社会的“双丰收”。     

民族地区农村文化建设中女村官的作用及实现途径——基于广西少数民族聚居地区的调查

女村官是民族地区农村文化建设的一支重要力量。她们是党的农村文化政策和民族文化政策的重要宣传者和实施者,是民族文化传播和民族文化产业开发的重要推动者,是乡风文明、和谐农村的示范者和引领者。由于受多种因素的制约,女村官在农村文化建设中的主导作用并没有得到充分发挥,为此,需要通过健全农村文化建设的投入机制,建设民族地区农村女性人才库,构建先进性别文化,分层次、多渠道培训女村官等多种途径,推动女村官在民族地区农村文化建设中发挥主导作用。     

高校思想政治理论课教学方法改革初探

十八大报告指出：＂全面实施素质教育,深化教育领域综合改革,着力提高教育质量,培养学生社会责任感、创新精神、实践能力。＂这是对我国教育部门提出的新要求。理论与实践表明,在教学活动中,教学方式方法是影响人才培养质量和创新人才培养至关重要的因素之一。因此,结合我国高校思想政治理论课教学方法改革的历史实践,对我国思想政治理论课教学方法改革的趋势进行探讨,这在十八大大力倡导培养学生＂创新精神＂的大背景下显得十分必要。     

The Role of Safe Havens in Islamist Terrorism

This article will develop an explanatory theory on terrorist safe havens. Focusing on Islamist Terrorist networks, this article argues that four specific conditions are necessary for the establishment of a safe haven for Islamist terrorist networks: geographic features, weak governance, history of corruption and violence, and poverty. At the conclusion of the article, the developed theory is applied to the Tri-Border Area of South America (TBA), where the frontiers of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay meet, an area overlooked by the 9/11 National Commission Report's list of Islamist terrorists' safe havens.
