文化因素对顾客评价服务质量影响的实证研究

服务质量水平是由顾客对服务的期望和感知之间的差异决定的.具有不同文化价值取向的顾客对相同的服务产生不同的期望和感知,进而对服务质量水平评价不同.本文借鉴Hofstede的文化维度和SERVQUAL方法,构建文化服务质量指数(CSQI),对某代表性服务行业的顾客进行了实证调研,根据CSQI的统计和顾客对服务质量评价的结果,把服务行业的顾客分为四类.针对同样的服务,具有权力距离大与集体主义相结合的价值倾向的满足型顾客对服务质量水平评价最高,具有权力距离小与个人主义相结合的价值倾向的挑剔型顾客的评价最低,而权力居中与集体主义相结合的价值倾向的响应型顾客和权力居中与个人主义相结合的价值倾向的顾客(疑惑型)的评价水平一般,但后两类顾客占总数的比例很大,说明大部分顾客的文化价值取向都具有这些特点,他们对服务质量的评价具有代表性.     

文化多样性、发展权与知识产权

文化多样性是人类文明发展的源泉。不同文化之间只有在平等的基础上通过沟通和交流,才能够实现人类文明的发展。文化多样性是实现发展权的必然选择。各国在实现发展权的道路上逐渐摆脱单一西方化的发展模式,力图建立一种在吸收本土优秀文化之上的发展模式。在保护和发展文化多样性的制度选择中,知识产权制度将起到不可替代的作用。

文章简述了日本爱国妇人会的创立背景和思想渊源,对该会的宣传教化执行机构和意识形态工作进行了梳理。通过对该会在日俄战争、九一八事变、全面侵华战争(前期)这三场大规模侵略战争中的宣传内容、策略和目的加以分析,进一步从微观上勾勒出日本裹挟妇女走向战争深渊的必然路径。     

浅析韩国凤山假面舞的社会功能

本文以迄今影响力最大的韩国凤山假面舞为研究对象,通过对凤山假面舞的演出形式特征,内容情节,假面的颜色、线条、表情等方面进行考察,运用文化功能理论,分析了凤山假面舞的社会功能和艺术价值。从而,揭示出韩国凤山假面舞具有宗教功能、调控功能、凝聚功能等社会功能和"寓褒贬,别善恶"的艺术特征。结论部分指出:凤山假面舞作为一种传统文化现象,它所具有的社会功能和艺术价值就是其传承发展的文化迫力,而韩国人充分认识到了传统文化的社会功能,这一点值得借鉴。

The shadow block: Female bonding in quilters

In these brief notes, the author's aim is to situate Born in Flames historically, including within the history of feminist theory. His starting point for thinking through this film was the presumption that what it means now differs from what it meant in its own time. While that would be true of almost any text, it has seemed to the author that Born in Flames, as an incendiary text, is extraordinarily provocative in the very ways that make it now seem “dated.” It remains inspiring, however, because it offers a vision of intersectional political coalition more radical than any feature film that we are likely to see now, despite the influence of decades of feminist, queer, and critical race studies. Revisiting the discourses the film generated at the time of its release, the author has come to recognize that, though times and the trends in theory have changed since 1983, the stakes of the revolution in the film have not. It presents a desire to make the world otherwise, economically and culturally.

When national symbols divide: the case of pan-Catalanism and the Països Catalans

Shared symbols are an essential element in nationalist mobilisation. National symbols provide perhaps the strongest, clearest statement of national identity and are socially constructed. The effectiveness of these symbols will determine the success or failure of a political and cultural project. The effectiveness of cultural and political symbols can be seen through examination of the project of pan-Catalanism, the Països Catalans (the Catalan-speaking countries). This political project is rather unusual in the nationalist literature in being unable to advance beyond an embryonic stage. While cultural affinity can be determined within the Catalan-speaking territories, a wider claim to pan-Catalan political identity has foundered. This article argues that the absence of a shared attachment to national symbols in Catalonia, Valencia, the Balearics and other Catalan-speaking areas, provides the principal explanation why successful nation building has not been achieved.     

‘Let's Win this Game Together’: Children's Rights Violations,Macro‐Securitisation and the Transformative Potential of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil

Sport's transformative potential is known to support marginalised children, to deal with traumatic experiences and instil positive values; yet hosting mega sporting events (MSEs) can have negative impacts. Drawing on participatory research with favela‐based children during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, this article argues that MSEs bring a macro‐securitisation of urban life, which causes considerable harm. This paper also suggests that the inclusion of children's voices in advocacy debates can challenge top‐down securitisation and might allow MSEs to foster further positive social transformation. Therefore, juxtaposed with causing harm, macro‐securitisations can open opportunities for children to take action and have their voices heard.
