绿色经济已成为世界经济的发展趋势,“绿色壁垒”也相伴而生。我们必须站在可持续发展战略的高度,选择以可持续发展为主导的工业化模式,提升我国的产品质量。要联合发展中国家,反对发达国家苛刻的环境壁垒要求,保护我国的合法权益。积极争取国际组织的环保技术与资金支持,发展我国“绿色产业”。     

Towards a critical realist perspective on African conflicts

With various attempts being made to address religious, ethnic and political conflicts in Africa, one question which continues to feature in public discourses concerns the contributions which the African academic community could make towards the understanding and resolution of conflict. This article demonstrates that ontological issues need to be critical in any attempts at effectively analysing conflicts. The merit of the critical realist philosophy of Roy Bhaskar, with its ontological concerns, is presented as an important analytical and resolution model which the African academic community can fall back on, to look for effective solutions to conflict on the continent. The thrust in this article is that the properties of the critical realist approach to social research make it practically adequate for analysing conflicts.

安徽庐江县资源丰富,但至今仍属于欠发达地区。该县产业结构层次较低,农业还处于传统阶段,工业规模小,技术落后。从可持续发展的眼光看,这是一种畸形的经济。根据庐江县经济发展现状及自身资源条件,庐江县经济应依托资源优势,以旅游业为龙头,以农业特色产业经营、采矿业和流通业为主导,促使农林及其它产业得到可持续协调发展。     

中新天津生态城规划建设中面临的主要生态问题与对策

该文对中新天津生态城规划建设过程中面临的生态环境现状、主要的生态问题进行了分析。在对自然原生态保护、生态系统结构和功能改变以及生物多样性问题分析的基础上,对中新生态城总体规划中涉及到的区域生态网络完整性、生态廊道结构与合理性和绿地结构的合理性进行了分析,最后对中新生态城规划建设中的生态建设与保护提出了建议。     

中国循环农业:特征与发展趋势

与一般农业发展模式相比,循环农业具有资源投入少、能量效率高、物质产出多、环境污染少、系统功能强等诸多优点。我国政府十分重视发展循环农业,2014年中央一号文件明确提出了"建立农业可持续发展长效机制"、"促进生态友好型农业发展"等循环农业的相关内容。作者在对我国循环农业进行考察的基础上,分析了我国循环农业的若干特征,提出了未来我国循环农业的发展趋势,对当前及今后我国循环农业的发展具有参考价值。

增加投入促进福利养殖是中国畜牧业可持续发展的根本出路

中国畜牧业可持续发展面临动物疫病多发复发、动物生产性能和产品质量安全性下降、人畜共患病的传染造成人员伤亡和社会的恐慌、大量减少畜禽产品消费并严重降低产品价格等问题的制约。这些制约问题发生的原因为：不当低价政策压缩养殖生产的赢利度,加上落后的动物福利观念,使农民只能低水平生产,长期忽视养殖硬件、环境和环保建设。该文认为,通过加强硬件投入和开展福利养殖,可阻止动物疫病流行、提高动物生产性能和产品质量安全性、最终提高社会消费信心。并就促进中国畜牧业可持续发展的经济政策、人文观念和养殖生产条件方式等方面提出系列措施和建议。

An Assessment of Collaborative Governance in a Network for Sustainable Tourism: The Case of RedeTuris

This article presents a case study of a cross-sectoral organizational network created to promote sustainable tourism in Rio de Janeiro. We briefly introduce the topics of collaborative governance and sustainable tourism, and then describe the focal network and the methods used for the research. Findings are discussed in terms of three themes: 1) key elements of collaborative governance; 2) aspects of the network formation and development process; and 3) features of the Brazilian context that may influence the network's likelihood of success. We conclude with a comment on the role of public managers in a network such as this.
