科技特派员制度和农村科技体制创新

向欠发达农村地区派遣科技特派员,依靠科技加快欠发达农村地区经济社会发展,是新时期解决"三农"问题的重要途径和新举措.本文从技术创新理论、可持续发展理论、人力资本投资理论等方面对这一制度进行了深入分析,以促其不断完善.     

The Outer Limits of Copyright Law – Where Law Meets Philosophy and Culture

This article engages in a cultural critique of copyright law. The point is to explain how and why this body of law is culturally exclusive, notwithstanding the claims made by judges and others that the law is culturally open and inclusive. This involves a discussion of the relationship between philosophy and law, and of how this nexus has been misrepresented by the courts and in recent writings on the subject. Analysis centres on a discussion of Australian case law involving indigenous claims of communal ownership of copyright and the treatment of technology when it comes to attributing authorship.     

Mapping Utopias: A Voyage to Placelessness

I have a map which indicates clearly and beyond any doubt the way to Utopia. I start the journey with a survival kit of paradigmatic egalities, noumenal legalities, and nervous ideals. However, the more I move into the uncartographied space, the more I realise that my survival kit is changing, to the point of becoming porous and permeable. The journey to Utopia is condensed to a log of phenomenological bracketing, where the immersion to the Lebenswelt equals the loss of oneself, and where the descent from the Transcendental to the Natural proves to be as meaningful as the escalating bracketing from the Natural to the Transcendental. The negation of Utopia (ou-topos) displaces not only my Utopia but also my egocentric quest for identity: the ‘I’ becomes ‘me’ before it vanishes, space becomes place, intentionality turns back to itself and retraces its path. The more I approach my destination, the more negation devours distance. When I finally arrive to the designated point, where, according to the map, lies Utopia, the only thing I discover is a map, identical to the one I hold, that indicates, clearly and beyond any doubt, the way to Utopia. Assessing the regulatory challenges of emerging disruptive technologies

The past decade has witnessed the emergence of many technologies that have the potential to fundamentally alter our economic, social, and indeed personal lives. The problems they pose are in many ways unprecedented, posing serious challenges for policymakers. How should governments respond to the challenges given that the technologies are still evolving with unclear trajectories? Are there general principles that can be developed to design governance arrangements for these technologies? These are questions confronting policymakers around the world and it is the objective of this special issue to offer insights into answering them both in general and with respect to specific emerging disruptive technologies. Our objectives are to help better understand the regulatory challenges posed by disruptive technologies and to develop generalizable propositions for governments' responses to them.

20世纪50～60年代的技术革新运动是一场开展广泛、影响深远的群众性运动，妇女作为重要的劳动力参与到这场运动并发挥了不可忽视的作用。妇女参与技术革新不仅为满足生产需要、推进工业化进程作出了重大贡献，而且通过技术革新也向社会展示了自身的独立性和创造性，提升了妇女作为社会主义建设者的自豪感和自信心，对妇女解放有着极为重要的意义。

东盟从其成立之初就具有一种强烈的地理整体意识和利益整体意识.正是由于其具有强烈的地理整体意识,东盟才能够克服内部的分歧和排除外部的各种阻力,吸收越南、缅甸、老挝和柬埔寨加入东盟,使其成为一个包括所有东南亚国家的国际组织.正是由于其具有强烈的利益整体意识,东盟才能够争取到其单个成员所无法得到的利益,而且在面对西方大国的压力时,能够采取一种强硬的立场,很好地维护其成员或准成员的利益和尊严.     

技术社会学研究的兴起与现状

早期的技术史家以及科学社会学家从技术的外部宽泛地讨论技术与社会的关系，强调把技术作为一种社会现象，从社会的角度来解释人类的技术活动，其研究成果为技术社会学的形成奠定了必要的基础。20世纪80年代，在S偈研究出现“技术转向”的背景下，一批研究突破了技术与社会的边界，将“技术一社会”视为一个整体化型式，从技术的内部考察技术的社会特征，从而形成技术社会学的三种主要经验研究纲领。进入90年代以后，原有的研究纲领继续得到发展，同时，由于人类学家、化研究等介入技术的社会研究，技术社会学开始演变成一个多元化的跨学科研究领域。     

犯罪分类的观念与形态

刑法学注重事后合理的定罪量刑,表现在犯罪分类上,主要以行为性质展开,关注的是行为的法益侵害属性,竭力表述不同性质的行为在具体犯罪构成上的区别;犯罪学注重揭示犯罪原因、强调事前犯罪预防,表现在犯罪分类上,主要展示犯罪原因与犯罪预防个别特征的犯罪人的类型;同时关注说明犯罪人人格特征的行为类型。在法律规范的框架内,刑事近代学派的思想只是一种观念的引导,它的刑法学意义必须通过刑法规范的形式,转化成具体的技术方法;尽管思想为根、为本,但是技术为体、为形;并且,若是缺乏了技术操作,则无所谓刑法。
