拓展训练作为一种新颖的、可操作性极强的训练模式已经在警察心理训练中得到应用,由于其可以在户外为参训警察提供一个安全的、充满真诚并富有挑战性的心理实验场,收到较为明显的心理训练效果,另外,拓展训练过程中的心理学理论也使其操作环节有据可循,使其发展有理可依。警察心理训练的内容极为广泛,概括起来说,包括个性心理和社会心理两个方面。但随着拓展训练在警察心理训练中应用比重的增加,也出现了一些现实问题.急需所有致力于警察心理工作长远发展的人认真思考。  相似文献

The instances of human–elephant conflict (HEC) are becoming pervasive in elephant range areas across the globe. One of the primary reasons is the exclusion and under-representation of local communities in the planning and implementation of mitigation strategies. However, engaging with local communities and considering their viewpoints are vital for the success of conflict mitigation and conservation efforts. This qualitative study was undertaken to gain a reasonably comprehensive understanding of the local community's perspectives concerning elephants in the Balasore district of Odisha, a state along the Eastern coast of India. Qualitative data obtained primarily through focus group discussions were analyzed using MAXQDA 2020 to perform thematic analysis of participants' narratives. Six common themes emerged from the study: exposure and experiences with elephants, the efficacy of deterrents, compassionate payment provisions, reasons for tolerance, and expectations. Attempts were made to understand the community viewpoints and offer implementable recommendations to improve human–elephant interactions by adopting more inclusive and participatory conservation practices.  相似文献

This article reports on multimodal practices used by English as a Second Language students as they work to distribute primary speakership within their peer group discussions. Following Goodwin’s participation framework, the focus is on the embodied conducts of the non-talking recipients and their nonvocal displays of emerging speakership in peer discussions. Analyses of the non-primary speakers’ gaze, gestures, touch, and bodily conduct show that the students’ turn allocation practices embody their sensitivity to the spatial and visual field of co-participants, project changing participation frameworks, and achieve incremental coordination of speaker nomination. Explorations of such nonvocal behaviors lead to a detailed understanding of the students’ embodied participation frameworks and the visible processes through which the students claim or avoid speakership during peer group discussions.  相似文献

Does the experience of studying in Taiwan significantly enhance the degree to which Chinese students hold democratic beliefs? What are the factors that cause the change? By adopting a political socialization approach, a panel survey with Chinese students enrolled in short-term studies in Taiwan was conducted. The results indicated that 41.44% of the students showed no change in the degree to which they hold democratic beliefs, whereas the degree of democratic beliefs held reduced among 34.23% of the students and increased among 25.33% of the students. The regression model developed for this study can be used to explain 21.60% of the variance in the degree to which the students hold democratic beliefs. Six of the nine hypotheses tested are confirmed.  相似文献

民事诉讼中的第三人,是我国民事诉讼法规定的一种重要的诉讼主体制度。第三人制度的立法目的主要是将几个有牵连的民事法律关系合并在一个诉讼中审理,便于法院全面查清案件事实、彻底解决纠纷,避免法院对同一或相互牵连的法律问题作出相互矛盾的裁判,同时也可以提高纠纷解决的效率。但,由于民事诉讼立法的不完善,理论上以及司法实践对第三人的认识产生了分歧。本文着重对有独立请求权第三人的参加之诉的提起与审理、参加诉讼的时间,无独立请求权第三人参加诉讼的法律依据及其在诉讼中的地位进行探讨。  相似文献

This study uses pooled NES and state-level turnout data from 1988 through 2004 to assess whether a participation gap is emerging in the United States between the residents of battleground and non-battleground states in presidential elections. The analysis finds that Electoral College (EC) participatory disparities are more likely to occur in voting and meeting attendance than in donating and political discussion. Moreover, it suggests that such disparities are more likely to occur when presidential elections are nationally competitive. The study also demonstrates that when participatory gaps do occur they are the result of a surge in participation among battleground state residents—not of citizen withdrawal in safe states, as many EC critics contend.
