集资犯罪探析

非法吸收公众存款、集资诈骗、擅自设立金融机构 ,擅自发行股票、公司、企业债券等金融违法犯罪屡屡发生 ,给社会公众的财产造成了重大损失 ,并引发了许多群体性治安事件 ,严重地影响了正常金融秩序 ,危及社会稳定和经济秩序有序运行。为加强对此类违法犯罪的打击和防范工作 ,遏制其发展蔓延势头 ,本文拟就此类犯罪的现状、特点、趋势和得逞的原因进行分析 ,并提出遏制此类犯罪的对策。     

侦查目的探析

侦查目的就是以观念形态表达的,国家进行侦查活动所期望达到的目标或结果。侦查目的是整个侦查活动的灵魂、任何侦查行为的开展必然受到侦查目的的影响。本文从分析侦查目的的概念及特征入手,对侦查目的的立论依据进行了阐述,并提出我国侦查目的的内容。     

图形推理研究

对于人类的智能而言,抽象推理和形象推理缺一不可,而图形推理是形象推理非常重要的形式。积极、深入地开展图形推理规律的研究,对于揭示人类智能的本质、进一步开发人类的智力潜能具有非常重要的理论意义。图形推理是以推理为主、其他思维方式为辅的综合性思维过程;图形推理的有效性既考虑图形在空间形式结构上的联系,又考虑图形与图形之间内容上的联系;图形推理的结论有些是确定的,有些是不确定的,图形推理培养的是发散型思维。图形推理可以分为必然型和或然型、确定型和不确定型、直指型和意谓型、平面型和立体型等多种不同的推理形式。图形推理具有重要的创新功能。     

Aesthetic Negativity and Aisthetic Traits

Abstract

This article concerns the notion of aesthetic negativity, and related ideas regarding the autonomy of art. After giving some initial definitions and a brief historical sketch of these concepts, we will examine the definition proposed by arguably the greatest thinker of aesthetic negativity, Theodor Adorno, and its recent semiotic reconstruction in the work of Christoph Menke. This reconstruction configures aesthetic negativity and autonomy jointly as the capacity of artworks, and the experiences that they occasion; to processurally negate “automatic” modes of understanding. This account is then critiqued, and contrasted with views on aesthetic experience that stress its nonconceptual and asemiotic aspects, and the close affinity of this modality of experience with perceptual presence and affective intensity, with a clear reference to the phenomenological tradition. Some recent ideas about how semiotic and phenomenological theories regarding art can interact are then cited, and an undertheorized aspect of their connection introduced, which is the main original import of the article. This connection, which is furnished by the concept of aisthetic trait, is derived from psychoanalytic metapsychology, and is an example of how the meaning and presence effects of art can act not just in a competing synchronic fashion, but can morph into each other over time. A trait is a signifier-like perceptual remnant of a prior subjective experience of high intensity that provides a kind of ratification of the experience that endures within the life history of an individual. This is then shown to have relevance to the previous topics of aesthetic negativity and autonomy in terms of the way that the trait mechanism may bring to light important diachronic aspects of aesthetic experience that are currently absent in other accounts in the literature.     

Sickle Cell Trait as a Contributory Cause of Death in Natural Disease

Sickle cell trait (SCT) affects 300 million people globally, and awareness is growing that SCT is not an entirely benign condition; however, most reported cases have been non‐natural deaths. Autopsy records from the Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas, Texas, contained seven natural deaths from January 2007 to October 2013 in which micro‐occlusive sickling was identified at autopsy and SCT confirmed by postmortem hemoglobin fractionation. Sickle crisis was never diagnosed clinically. These cases illustrate the importance of red cell morphology in autopsy material. When sickling is suspected, hemoglobin fractionation should be performed. If confirmed, SCT should be listed as an autopsy finding and the severity and distribution of sickling documented. Extensive micro‐occlusive sickling should be considered contributory to death; however, its relative importance depends on all facts of the case. Accurate reporting should facilitate further research and the development of evidence‐based preventative and supportive strategies for these patients.     

Fueling the Fire: Violent Metaphors,Trait Aggression,and Support for Political Violence

The recent concurrence of violent political rhetoric and violence against political targets in the U.S. and abroad has raised public concern about the effects of language on citizens. Building from theoretical foundations in aggression research, I fielded two nationally representative survey experiments and a third local experiment preceding the 2010 midterm elections to investigate support for violence against political authority. Subjects were randomly assigned to view one of two forms of the same political advertisements. Across all three experiments, mild violent metaphors multiply support for political violence among aggressive citizens, especially among young adults. Aggressive personality traits also predict support for political violence in both national studies. This work identifies dynamic roots of violent political orientations and reveals for the first time surprising interactions between this elite discourse and personality traits in citizens.     

白领女性犯罪初探

随着女性在社会生活中地位的提高 ,白领女性的人数大量增加 ,相应的犯罪现象也逐渐增多 ,日益引起人们的关注。白领女性犯罪具有高层次与技术性、隐蔽性和非暴力性、情感性、组织性、极大的危害性的特点。其犯罪的原因有个人原因和社会因素。预防白领女性犯罪是一项宏大的社会系统工程 ,需要全社会力量共同参与。     

专业性练习摹仿签名笔迹鉴定的实验研究

目的本文通过实验对具有一定笔迹鉴定专门知识与不具备笔迹鉴定专门知识的人的练习摹仿签名笔迹进行实验分析研究。方法对两类人在练习的不同阶段形成的练习摹仿签名笔迹特征的一般状态表现,以及对其笔迹特征的形成、变化原因、鉴定价值分别进行了论述,并总结出其变化规律。结果为不同种类的练习摹仿签名笔迹的鉴定提供一定的识别和特征分析、评断的参考依据。
