建设节约型社会 需要法冶和体制保障

人口众多、资源相对不足、环境承载力较弱,是我国的基本国情。因此,建设节约型社会是我国可持续发展的唯一选择。建设节约型社会,除了领导重视、认识到位、全民动员之外,还需要法治和体制保障。

政府采购是公共财政体制改革的关键环节,对国家经济发展和社会和谐有着重要作用.虽然我国政府采购制度有了较大的进步,大幅提高了政府财政绩效,但还是处于一个不断探索和完善的阶段,面临的问题也很多.所以有必要对政府采购制度的深化进行思考.

研究中国国家安全制度史可以从中国史上有关国家安全的各种制度、制度的运作状况、对历史和现实的影响、各种有关国家安全的思想和学说以及中国传统的政治制度、经济制度、社会活动及文化传统等方面展开。要把握中国国家安全制度史的沿革及特点,坚持正确的历史观和方法论,坚持用发展的观点来研究中国国家安全制度史。     

Scales for perceived risk of student-on-student victimization in grades 7 through 10: A psychometric analysis of the adolescent index on school safety

Although past research has developed scales for the incidence, prevalence, and fear of student-on-student victimization (SSV), little is known about the scaling of perceived risk (i.e., the cognitive appraisal of the chances of experiencing SSV). Hence, this study examined self-report survey data for the perceived risk of SSV as measured in the Adolescent Index for School Safety (AISS). Children in grades 7 through 10 (n=337) in a single Florida public school completed the AISS. Factor analyses using Maximum Likelihood Estimation with Oblimin Rotation identified nine unique factors for perceived risk. Reliability analyses found standardized Cronbach Alphas that ranged from .64 to .91, and seven out of the nine identified scales were above .80, which suggested good to excellent internal consistency. Future research should examine the content validity, construct validity, and predictive validity for the AISS and other self-report surveys of SSV dynamics. "钻石模型"是近年来蒙代尔"不可能三角"理论在二维线性空间拓维基础上发展起来的开放经济模型。本文通过钻石模型的理论演变,阐明该模型如何演绎出一个与金融保险相关的创新空间。这一模型主要是建立在对发展中国家,尤其是新兴市场国家实证分析的基础之上,而其中拉丁美洲又占有重要地位。结合拉美保险市场的现状与未来,本文认为如果拉美国家在后危机时代能够依据钻石模型正确定位金融发展战略,就等于把握住了保险业发展的战略机遇;拉丁美洲国家同中国之间的货币互换诉求恰是可供选择的金融战略方向之一,此举将有利于拉美保险市场的发展。

Positive and Negative Emotions: Differential Associations with Sleep Duration and Quality in Adolescents

Despite positive and negative emotions being equally important predictors of adolescent wellbeing, research examining positive emotions is limited. In 4582 adolescents (69.4% females; age M?±?SD?=?14.55?±?1.74 years), we used structural equation modelling to examine associations between self-reported sleep duration and quality with positive affect, negative affect, and happiness, controlling for age and sex. Overall, sleep quality displayed stronger associations with all measures of emotions compared to sleep duration. Shorter sleep was more specifically associated with lower positive emotions (happiness, followed by positive affect), whereas poorer sleep showed stronger associations with negative affect. Protecting sleep duration may promote positive emotions and enhancing sleep quality may reduce mood disturbances. Future research could incorporate both positive and negative emotions to better understand adolescents’ wellbeing.
