WU Hao is a rising star in the mainstream arts world. His works are among those most sought by both overseas and domestic art dealer, among the latter China Guardian Auctions, Poly Auctions and the Beijing Hanhai Auction Co., Ltd. Wu Hao was born in 1973. His family's artistic traditions are eminent in his father, Wu Jiankun, who designed the landmark souvenir sheet of stamp, Stage Art of Mei Lanfang. Wu Hao has been immersed in his own art since childhood. "Nothing ever interrupted the flow of my art studies, which is probably why my work always got the top marks in exams and competitions," he says, candidly. He graduated with the DNSAP, one of the highest degrees in plastic arts that France awards.     

The Paradox of the Moral Irrelevance of the Government and the Law: A Critique of Carlos Nino's Approach

Some authors have speculated about the fact that if the law were connected to morality, then it would not be relevant, because morality would be enough to regulate social life. A study of this objection to the connection thesis will be outlined in this paper. In other words, the possible answers to the question about the practical difference that law gives to morality will be analyzed. The work of the Argentine philosopher Carlos Nino will be taken as the starting point for this task.

On The Reasonable in Law

Abstract. In practical reasoning, reasonableness - as opposed to rationality - is an important concept. This paper explores the notion of reasonableness as applied exclusively to legal decisions. Conflicting values or legal requirements can make rationally deduced solutions unattainable, and may call for criteria of reasonableness, Conflicting values must be weighed, and weighed against each other, in search of a point of equilibrium between them. Legal cases are more or less difficult to solve, depending on the difficulty of finding a unique optimal equilibrium. The relevance of factual and ideal consensus for the determination of a reasonable legal decision is underlined. Finally, a definition of "reasonable legal decision" is proposed.
