The results of extraction of 1,2- and 1,4-dihydroxybenzene from water solutions by the hydrophobic and hydrophilic organic solvents are described. The influence of an extragent nature and of a water-phase pH medium on an extraction degree is demonstrated. In this article serologic characteristics of monoclonal antibodies with anti-N specificity is given. Antibodies are directed to homologous sequence of N-form of A glycophorine (group-specific N-antigen) and B glycophorine, expressed both on N- and on M-erythrocytes. Higher titre and avidity of monoclonal antibodies with anti-N specificity in relation to erythrocytes with N-phenotype make it possible to detect N-antigen in material subjected to expert evaluation. 相似文献

Published reports and authors' experience gained in high-performance liquid chromatographic analysis of dynamically modified adsorbents are reviewed. The advantages of this variant of liquid chromatography are shown: the method is economic and more effective for analysis of mixtures of a complex composition, including biological objects. Examples of mycotoxin, morphine, and other toxicologically significant agents are offered. The method is recommended for wide use in forensic medical expert evaluations. 相似文献

A technique of a rapid urine dimedrol assay by gradient microcolon high performance liquid chromatography is proposed. Dimedrol is detected selectively in the presence of large amounts of medicinal and narcotic substances metabolites. Threshold of detectability was 0.005 mcg/ml, optimal range of quantitation -0.02 - 1 mcg/ml, extraction degree in sampling -85%. It was found that concentration of dimedrol in the urine obtained for chemicotoxicological tests ranges from 0.01 to 2.5 mcg/ml. Establishment of dimedrol intake by presence of its metabolites was studied. 相似文献
