大鼠急性心肌缺血早期内皮素的免疫组化染色观察

目的　探讨实验性大鼠心肌缺血后内皮素在心肌组织内的表达变化。方法　运用免疫组化技术 (SABC法 ) ,对分别经过单纯缝线结扎、药物、脂质饮食预处理后结扎及假结扎处理的 5组 60只实验大鼠 ,在冠脉左前降支结扎后的不同时间点 ,观察心肌组织的内皮素表达情况。结果　阳性组各个分组的大鼠在心肌缺血早期均出现了内皮素的阳性表达 ,且经过预处理、存在慢性心肌缺血倾向的大鼠在更短的时间内出现了阳性染色 ;而假结扎对照组未见明显的阳性染色。结论　内皮素免疫组化检测可作为早期心肌缺血的病理诊断指标之一 ,并可为心性猝死 (SCD)的诊断提供形态学依据。     

高效薄层色谱法检测尿中硝西泮的代谢物7-氨基硝西泮

目的 建立用高效薄层色谱法定性及半定量测定人尿中硝西泮的代谢物7-氨基硝西泮(7ANIZ)含量的方法。方法 人口服治疗量10 mg硝西泮后,在pH 9条件下用乙醚进行提取,分析物斑点用氟罗里丝进行荧光显色,紫外灯下(366nm)观察荧光斑点;根据斑点荧光显色情况及强度进行7ANIZ定性及半定量检测。结果 尿中硝西泮代谢物7ANIZ检出限为5 ng/ml,测量限为15 ng/ml。结论 人口服治疗量10 mg硝西泮,用高效薄层色谱法可定性及半定量测定48 h内排泄尿中的7ANIZ。     

中国5个群体D20S85基因座的遗传多态性

目的 了解中国5个群体D20S85基因座的群体遗传学数据,比较它们之间的遗传学差异,探讨其在法医学应用中的意义。方法 分别收集5个群体622名无关个体的血样,Chelex-100快速抽提法或饱和酚/氯仿法抽提DNA;扩增后经PAGE垂直板电泳、银染,进行D20S85基因座分型。结果 在5个群体622名无关个体中,共检出9个等位基因,并首次在广东汉族和广西壮族群体中检出等位基因14;每个群体基因频率大于0.05的均为6个,D20S85*6为最常见等位基因。5个群体共观察到35种基因型,群体内基因型频率分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg氏平衡,各群体间基因型构成比无显著性差异。观察140次减数分裂未发现突变。各群体的期望杂合度为0.7720～0.7912;非父排除率,在三联体为0.7538～0.7594,二联体为0.3988～0.4297;个人识别率为0.9175～0,9272;多态信息含量为0.7442～0.7656。应用于亲子鉴定和个人识别案例,效果满意。结论 D20S85基因座是法医学应用价值较高的遗传标记系统。     

心脏神经病

目的 研究心源性猝死的病理形态学。方法 用本组建立的CCS检查法对179例心源性猝死者作常规CCS组织学检查。结果 发现8例心脏神经或神经节内有出血、炎症或肿瘤浸润,伴神经组织水肿、变性、坏死,而其他病变不足以解释猝死。结论 一切原发或继发性心脏神经病均可致猝死。     

Verfassungsvergleichung durch das Bundesverfassungsgericht

Die Zurückhaltung von Verfassungsgerichten beim Heranziehen von verfassungsvergleichenden Argumenten ist nicht unbegründet. Sie beruht auf der Legitimationsproblematik, weiterhin darauf, dass eine auf Verfassungsvergleichung beruhende Auslegungsmethode nicht entwickelt ist, und auf den funktionalen Grenzen von (Verfassungs-)Rechtsprechung.     

小鼠骨骼肌细胞核DNA降解与死亡时间的关系

目的　监测小鼠死后骨骼肌核内DNA降解的情况 ,探讨死后细胞核DNA降解的一般规律。方法　建立小鼠死亡模型 ,在死后 72h内 ,以 12h的间隔取骨骼肌样本进行单细胞凝胶电泳 ,在荧光显微镜下测量彗星图像 ,并作统计学分析。结果　机体死后 ,骨骼肌细胞在电泳图像上出现了明显的彗星形拖尾 ,L/W比值随死亡时间而逐渐增大 ,二者呈一定的线性关系。结论　单细胞凝胶电泳技术可以应用于早期死亡时间推断。     

Cheap Hawks, Cheap Doves, and the Pursuit of Strategy

The post-9/11 threats to American security require a complete revision of American national strategy. For too long, presidents have had to favor quick, cheap solutions to crises, unable to count on support from the “homebody” public for long, drawn-out conflicts. “Cheap hawks” among them have hoped that apocalyptic rhetoric will suffice when resources fall short; “cheap doves” hope that by ignoring the threat, it will go away. But with the war on terror, the revival of geopolitics, and ever-accelerating globalization, the U.S. tradition of bellicose rhetoric backed by underwhelming force is a recipe for failure. To effectively manage its threats, America needs a new catechism and to make sure its economic, energy, and military policies support this.     

On the waves: a new kind of surf in Rio de Janeiro

Surfmen are thus called young daredevils who climb to the roof of suburban trains in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and vie with each other in agility and prowess, some of them often falling on the railway tracks and being killed. The practice started as a need to hang on anything outside the crowded train and became a sport of sorts. Even though repressed by the railway authorities and punished by fines and imprisonment, the practice has been going on since the eighties and developed into a competition with rules, code of honour, grading of achievement. It became a means of improving self-esteem as well as securing leadership and social prestige by people who otherwise carry on lives devoid of any charm or ludic stimulus. A substitute behavior, it results from processes of cultural elaboration at work in the youth culture of our cities.
