问题及其主义——经济法学研究非传统性之探析

经济法的功能决定了经济法学研究与其他部门法相比的非传统性,经济法学研究群体对此应该充分关注.非传统性要求经济法学研究抛弃思维定势,即不能绝对地以研究民法、刑法、行政法的思路、方法和视角来研究经济法.经济法的问题不应该从民商法等法的影子中去发现并基于这种影子进行解析,我们应该基于对经济法与传统法律的差异认识,从市场经济与经济法的实践中去探寻经济法特有的"问题与主义".     

新课程理念下公安院校普体课程的改革

公安院校普体课教学还存在一些问题。在新课程理念下,其改革应注意课程内容与设置多样化和具有弹性,注重不同水平学习内容的衔接;提高学生上课的自由度,课程评价注重学生的发展,采用多元评价;转变教师观念,完善师资结构,从而把健康第一的目标落实到每一个学生身上。
