许多人都知道贩卖人口的“人贩子”,他们把小孩子和妇女或偷或骗到手后,贩卖到其他偏远地方,以谋取暴利,然而还有另外一种人贩,同样在人身上谋取暴利,却不易被察觉和发现。 近年来,由于农场农业职工的逐渐减少,使得外来劳动力大量涌入农场。在外来打工者中,其中有一部分是由私人介绍或私人招募来的。这个介绍人或招募者就是被一些地方称之为“民工头”的人。
