我国农村公共产品供给制度改革探讨

改革农村公共产品供给制度,要从供给主体、筹资机制、生产、管理和监督机制等方面入手,保证公平有效地为农村提供足量的农村公共产品.     

废弃电子产品回收处理体系构建及实现路径

废弃电子产品富含许多珍贵的矿产资源和有机物，若处置不当，不仅不能有效回收利用这些资源，还会引发严重的环境问题。当前中国经济发展明显受资源、环境的瓶颈制约，若能充分回收利用废弃电子产品，无疑是缓解资源、环境问题的有效途径。该文对中国加快回收利用废弃电子产品的动因及废弃电子产品回收处理现状进行了分析，梳理了国外废弃电子产品回收处理体系建设的经验。在此基础上，该文尝试构建适于中国的废弃电子产品回收处理体系，并指出实现该体系的具体路径。     

Analysis of alprazolam by DART-TOF mass spectrometry in counterfeit and routine drug identification cases

The high prevalence of alprazolam abuse translates to an increased workload for crime laboratories in characterizing seized tablets. These tablets may originate as diverted pharmaceuticals or counterfeited mimics, so efficient analytical techniques should provide confirmatory data while minimizing destruction of evidence. We offer the first report of a validated forensic method for confirming alprazolam tablets by direct analysis in real time-time of flight (DART-TOF) mass spectrometric analysis. This technique provides rapid identification of target analytes with minimal sample preparation, allowing direct analysis in the atmospheric sample gap. Selectivity is achieved through high resolution and mass accuracy, unique ion fragments, and chlorine isotopic ratios. This method utilizes fragmentation in two separate voltage functions to observe the alprazolam pseudo molecular ion at 309.09070 using 40 V and major ion fragments of 281.07197 and 205.07657 at 120 V. These parameters allow our laboratory to confirm alprazolam tablets efficiently, without compromising quality forensic standards.     

Rethinking and rewriting history

Since 1980s, the writings of a young but promising novelist Su Tong and his generation of fiction‐writers have been considered “vanguard literature” and “new realism” by many critics in contemporary China. Su Tong and the new generation have made a significant difference in historical perspective of contemporary Chinese literature. They destroyed the myths of “revolutionary historical fiction,” and started rethinking and rewriting the history of the 1920s‐1950s in China. This paper tries to examine the important cultural phenomena through analyzing Su Tong's historical fiction.     

A Glance at the Underground Reading Movement during the Cultural Revolution

This paper examines the underground reading movement during the Cultural Revolution, which is a long-overlooked theme of the journey to spiritual awakening of the young generation in the field. It attempts to make the following points: (1) numerous underground reading groups emerged across China from 1966 to 1976; (2) the disastrous consequences of the Revolution drove the young explorers to seek out truth through all kinds of books, especially the writings of the ‘enemies of the revolution’; (3) the sent-down movement further promoted the readings; and (4) despite the limitations, the underground reading movement represented the greatest challenge to Mao and the Party establishment.

1941年延安市第一届参议会的民主实践——基于《解放日报》相关报道的考察分析

革命圣地延安作为陕甘宁边区首府的地缘优势,以及该市参议会在边区、县、乡(市)三级参议会制中承上启下的枢纽地位,使得对其研究颇具意义。通过对《解放日报》相关报道的分析,梳理出延安市第一届参议会在基层民主选举、监督批评政府以及提案工作等方面的基本做法和历史经验。考察这一基层代议机关的日常运作机制,有助于我们更为深入地了解陕甘宁边区县域参议会制度的历史面貌,发扬"延安精神",坚持和完善人民代表大会制度,推进基层社会治理现代化。     

大学生就业成本的调研报告

通过对南京市部分高校大学毕业生进行调查,考察了大学生的就业成本与就业状况之间的关系.调查发现:就业成本的高低与毕业生能否实现就业之间没有明显关系;与起薪水平的高低也不存在明显关系;毕业生在招聘会门票、交通费和简历制作等方面支出的收益相对较高;绝大多数毕业生能够将就业成本的支出控制在合理的范围内,对就业成本的收益情况基本上也是认可的.     

基本制度缺失与转型

转型的发展中国家,如何改变基本制度缺失状况,是转型经济学面对的重大课题。我国选择了非“华盛顿共识”的“局部渐进”方式,使市场经济新制度因素逐步产生与演化,使计划经济制度逐步淘汰与退缩最终被平稳替代。这一实践充实了转型的政治约束原理和渐进模式,为正在发展的演进一制度理论提供了经验知识,同时也提出了一些有待研究的新问题。
