越南百年电影事业回顾(19世纪末—21世纪初)

越南电影事业已走过一个多世纪的历程。它于19世纪末在法属殖民地背景下发端,在抗法抗美战争中艰难成长,此间纪录片和故事片成就突出,获得了较高的国际影响。进入革新建设时期,文化环境宽松,越南电影秉持鲜明的民族特色向市场化、多元化、国际化迈进。21世纪前后,一批海外越裔导演的崛起为越南电影赢得了空前的国际声誉。

会计的改革与发展始终依赖于经济环境的变化.中国与越南部是由计划经济转向市场经济的发展中国家,然而,两国的会计改革既存在许多共同点,也在国际化策略、整体规划等方面存在差异.通过总结和比较两国会计改革的历程,可得到以下有益启示:会计改革既要向国际化趋同,积极参与国际会计准则的制定,又要结合本国国情进行会计改革,同时加强新会计准则的执行监督机制.     

Some issues on the Internationalization of Chinese Economics Periodicals

The internationalization of Chinese economics periodicals is a process of being well known, accepted and applied worldwide. It is affected by many factors, such as the Chinese scientific development level, the difficult extent of cultural communication, transmission methods, self-quality, the extent of openness, and the size of international targets. In particular, transmission methods and self-quality are two controllable variables. Digitization can accelerate the internationalization process of Chinese economics periodicals in form. The essence of internationalization of Chinese economics periodicals is to make it an international periodical that can be possessed, shared and applied together all over the world. Only when the Chinese national features are integrated with the international community can the Chinese economics periodicals really reach a higher level in its internationalization.

Expert systems and the law

ABSTRACT

The project discussed here involved an online debating activity between intellectual property (IP) law students in Egypt and the UK, using a closed group on Facebook. The aim was to harness freely available online social media technology to create a space in which valuable discussions and learning could take place. We showed that Facebook can be a powerful educational tool to encourage active learning and usefully connect learners across continents. In enabling the exchange of views between students in different jurisdictions, Facebook provides exposure to different cultures and different perspectives as well as different legal cultures and different legal systems, while also, importantly, enabling participants to identify commonalities. This debate focused on IP law, which is of increasing international importance, and specifically on the topic of access to medicines, which is highly contentious. Through the activity, students learned that they need not only to learn the law, but also to appreciate the socio-cultural and political complexity underlying policy issues in different jurisdictions. On reflection, the Facebook debate definitely enhanced the study of IP law through an interesting and enjoyable international, intercultural activity, led by staff and students, which successfully extended the classroom experience.     

Internationalization and democratization interconnected: the Swedish and Finnish parliaments debating membership in the League of Nations in 1920

In the aftermath of the First World War, constitutions of European states were widely democratized and parliamentarized, and similar turns were expected in international relations as a consequence of the creation of the League of Nations. This comparative analysis of Swedish and Finnish parliamentary debates on the League membership focusing on conceptualizations of the national versus international demonstrates how democratization and internationalization merged discursively. This happened to a greater extent than in the British parliament or the First Assembly of the League. Such entanglements followed from the interconnectedness of constitutional and foreign policy questions during preceding disputes on constitutional reform when Britain and Germany had provided competing models, the determination of the ministries to reconfirm national constitutional compromises by joining an international organization of democratic nations, an exceptional possibility for parliamentarians to debate foreign policy and willingness among the leftist oppositions to extend the democratization and parliamentarization of the constitutions to the field of foreign policy. After a turn from German to British political models and under a Bolshevik threat, British internationalist arguments found a positive reception among the Swedish Liberal–Social Democratic coalition and the Finnish bourgeois coalition as well as half of the redefined Finnish Social Democratic Party. Rightist and far-leftist opponents of the League were left to the margins as the membership was used to redefine the polities as internationally oriented democracies.     

从美、日、英跨国并购看会计的国际化障碍

采用案例分析法,对美国DAL跨国公司出售子公司RCD时,美、日、英 3国企业在收购价格一定的情况下,谁能获得更大的获利空间,进行多指标计算的结果表明,由于这 3个国家的会计制度和税收制度的差异,使得英国有最大的收购优势,其次是日本,再次是美国。这说明在参与国际经济竞争时,每个国家都是理性的“经济人”, 在考虑了本国的政治、经济和文化等因素后,他们都会对外制定出使自身利益最大化的政策,从而阻碍了会计国际化的进程。中国的会计国际化进程在加速,通过本案例我们不能不思考,国际化后的中国企业在国际竞争中的优势。     

人才国际化是率先发展的重要推动力

人才国际化是江苏实现两个率先的重要动力机制,实施人才国际化战略是新一轮发展的一项政策选择。江苏人才效能在国内具有一定的领先性,但在国际上的水平还比较低。这表现为人才培训国际化水平不断上升,人才交往国际化初具规模,但人才创新国际化水平较低,国际制造业基地人才紧缺。实施人才国际化战略需要从三个层次进行深化与推进:一是价值层次,明确人才国际化的科学内涵;二是技术层次,建立人才国际化评价与考核指标体系;三是制度层次,加快本土人才国际化进程,营造国外人才的生态栖息地,拓宽国际化人才的服务平台。     

中国外汇储备:困境与出路

经常项目下的贸易项目顺差与资本和金融项目下的外商直接投资导致的国际收支双顺差使得中国的外汇储备急速增长,并产生诸多负面影响,而且这种趋势仍将继续。扩大内部消费需求,发展亚洲债券,推行人民币国际化,才能缓解外汇储备的高速增长。目前,则应采取多种措施,管理好高额外汇储备。     

The study of post-communist Slovenian firms and their internationalization

Understanding the evolution and growing importance of firms in post-communist countries is a critical new research direction for the study of communist and post-communist economies. In light of this, the primary purpose of this study is to identify the conditions necessary for the internationalization of enterprises from post-communist Slovenia, based on the responses of 298 firms currently engaged in the export of Slovenian products. The study supports the idea that many of the conditions necessary for international expansion of the firms are also applicable to firms from the post-communist economy, that is Slovenia. Environmental factors, including economic stability and cultural similarity, firm size and experience, stable markets, management strategies and other country-specific factors, were found to have significant influences on the participation of post-communist firms in the global economy. Environmental factors, including economic stability and cultural similarity, were found to be the most important in the factor analysis. Firm size and experience also exerted an influence on the internationalization of post-communist Slovenian firms. However, stable markets were found to be more important than firm size or management strategies at this point in time. Slovenia’s small size, its former command economy, and other country-specific factors, were also found to have significant influences for the firms involved in this study.
