当代文学转型中的赛伯批评空间——兼谈网络文学的若干特性

上世纪末，以启蒙理性为主导的20世纪中国学，宏观上正经历着向以狂欢精神为主导的新学时期的转型。在这一过程中，网络及网络学的流行具有重要意义。一方面，作为新兴媒体的网络有可能继报纸之后为日益民间化、边缘化的知识分子提供新的“批评空间”；另一方面，网络学既深受狂欢化的当代学影响，同时由于自身的特性，又强化了这种狂欢化倾向。网络及网络学、狂欢化的当代学以及日益民间化了的知识分子，三将会互为表里，互相推动，形成狂欢化学时代的第一个里程碑，从而对未来学创作的形式、内容、格局都将产生深远影响。

虱类对家畜的危害是众所周知的,经调查,陕西省家畜的虱类隶属于 5科8属17种:①驴血虱Haematopinus asini;②猪血虱H.suis;③阔胸血 虱H.eurysternus;④瘤突血虱H.tuberculatus;⑤非洲颚虱Linognathus africanus;⑥牛颚虱L.vituli;⑦狭颚虱L.stenopsis;⑧毛管虱Solenopsescapillatus;⑨鸡短角羽虱Menopon gallinae;⑩草黄短角羽虱M.stramineus;⑾异形长羽虱Eipeurus heterographus;⑿阉鸡长羽虱L.caponis; ⒀鸡圆羽虱Goniocotes gallinae;⒁不同角羽虱Goniodes dissimilis; ⒂牛毛虱Damalinia bovis; ⒃马毛虱D.egui;⒄山羊毛虱D.caprae。文内附有以上17种畜虱的检索表。文内采用了近年来欧洲学者趋向于作为一个虱目Pht-hiraptera的分类意见,并对各种畜虱的中文译名提出了初步修订意见。     

Prosecuting Domestic Violence without Victim Participation

This article explores the evidential challenges victim withdrawal presents in domestic violence cases. More specifically it examines innovative measures taken in the United States to overcome problems of proof typically associated with domestic violence prosecutions. These evidentiary initiatives have facilitated a shift towards so–called 'victimless' prosecution in the context of domestic violence which dispenses with victim participation. Drawing upon a 'freedom model' of criminal justice, this article examines whether recent developments in the United States might be emulated as a means of addressing the high rate of attrition in domestic violence cases in England and Wales.

“入世”对我国价格和价格宏观调控的影响及其对策

加入WTO以后，我国的关税将大幅度降低，非关税贸易保护措施削弱，贸易自由化程度提高，国内市场的各类商品将进一步放开，国内外市场的商品将进行公开的、无扭曲的公平竞争，这就为我国的国内市场价格与国际市场价格的对接，为价格的宏观调控的改革提供了前所未有的机遇。“入世”后，国际市场价格对国内市场价格的冲击主要集中在国内的第三产业价格及收费和第一产业的农产品价格。面对“入世”的新情况，为了维护我国的产业安全，我们必须加大市场价格体系的改革力度，形成新的价格体系和价格管理制度。     

Toward a Feminist State: What Does ‘Effective’ Prosecution of Domestic Violence Mean?

This article examines domestic violence criminal prosecutions and addresses what 'effective' prosecutorial action means in such cases. The argument elaborates on a point recently articulated by the UN Special Rapporteur on Violence against Women, which links effective prosecution of violence against women to the creation of a less patriarchal society. The article concludes that 'effective' prosecution of domestic violence means prosecution which constitutes the State as less patriarchal ceteris paribus .     

The decision to leave an abusive relationship: The testing of an alternative methodological approach

Most studies that consider the factors influencing the decision to leave an abusive relationship rely on retrospective, self-report data. In addition to the biased samples that are frequently obtained in such investigations, the methodological shortcomings of survey research limit its explanatory power, particularly when applied to such sensitive topics as family violence. This report introduces an alternative method for studying the decision to leave an abusive relationship. Forty-five men and 68 women were studied using an experimental computer game of an abuse-like relationship. The tendency to leave this relationship was measured under four differing conditions of severity and frequency of abuse. A logit analysis revealed that the frequency of abuse was more consequential to women's decisions to leave, while severity of abuse was more salient for men. In addition, the hypothesized model, including frequency of abuse, severity of abuse, and locus of control, fits well for women but not for men. The implications of these findings, as well as the validity and future application of experimental games, are discussed.     

对暗示的心理学分析

暗示是一种社会心理现象,外来影响空间的存在以及易受暗示的机会,还有受暗示者的自卑综合在一起,暗示就容易成功。暗示在日常生活中发挥着巨大的作用,不但能影响人的心理与行为,还能影响到人体的生理机能,科学分析和合理利用暗示具有非常重要的意义。     

Age Adjustment and Recall Bias in the Analysis of Domestic Violence Data: Methodological Improvements Through the Application of Survival Analysis Methods

This methodological paper presents the utility of survival analysis methods to provide age adjustment in the analysis of domestic violence data. These methods improve the estimation of lifetime probability of domestic violence, improve identification of patterns of first victimization over the lifespan, and provide methods of testing risk factors for first victimization while adjusting for the respondents' age. Most importantly, these methods allow a new investigation of recall bias. Results suggest that lifetime probability of abuse may have been substantially underestimated in previous studies because of problems in recall/disclosure encountered by middle-aged women.     

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN SAME‐GENDER RELATIONSHIPS

Physical violence occurs in 11–12% of same‐gender couples, which suggests that domestic violence is an abuse of power that can happen in any type of intimate relationship, regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Although incidents of violence occur at the same rate in same‐gender couples and cross‐gender couples, the violence appears to be milder in same‐gender couples and it is unclear what percentage of same‐gender violence should be characterized as abuse or intimate terrorism. Same‐gender victims also suffer from the additional stress of severe isolation and the abuser's threats to expose the victim's sexual orientation in a hostile manner.
