从哲学渊源上以“权”理论取代可能世界作为道义逻辑建构的理论依据,从而可以构造出实用性强的道义逻辑语义理论,因而是一种可以探索的道路。

回顾举办世界博览会的发展历程,从投资、消费、改革开放与市场化角度分析举办世界博览会对经济增长的积极影响,世界博览会能够促进投资、拉动消费,具有增长极效应、开放效应和市场化效应;从政府财政支持、基础设施建设、市场开拓与组织管理、场馆及其配套设施利用角度分析世界博览会亏损产生的原因及其对经济增长产生的消极影响。2010 年上海世界博览会的举办在向世界展示中国改革开放与经济转型的伟大成就的同时,也为中国经济发展带来各种风险和挑战。     

中国现代性法学话语的时空坐标

中国现代性法学话语的时间坐标,应当着眼于“后礼法”这样一个关节点。在“后礼法”时代,既要认真对待“礼法”时代之“礼”在“后礼法”时代的历史遗留物,更要积极应对“后礼法”时代本身对于中国法学提出的挑战。中国现代性法学话语的空间坐标,应当从“中国与西方”这种传统的法学空间图式,转换到“中国与世界”这一新的法学图式中来。在传统的“中国与西方”图式中,现代性的中国法学话语主要是由西方法学来定义的,在“中国与世界”图式中,现代性的中国法学话语主要是由世界法学来定义的。通过建构中国现代性法学话语的时空坐标,有助于中国法学树立起自我意识与自主观念,承担起为世界法学做出“中国贡献”的责任。     

Competitive Liberalization,Competitive Imperialism,and Intellectual Property

Aggressive pursuit of free trade agreements (FTAs) and customs unions (CUs) by major and minor trading powers alike challenges the conventional wisdom in favor of such pursuit – competitive liberalization. An equally plausible explanation for an active bilateral and regional trade agreement policy, one which effectively de-emphasizes multilateralism, may be competitive imperialism. The protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights is one area in which new provisions, going beyond multilateral rules, are being negotiated and written into FTAs and CUs. Such provisions may yield insights into which characterization of bilateralism and regionalism – competitive liberalization or competitive imperialism – is more apt. 我国加入世贸前由于存在金融体系巨额不良资产、投资总体上的低效、财政出现的困境等经济问题 ,入世后将对我国金融体系产生巨大的冲击 ,可能带来结构性失业人数急增 ,城乡差距拉大 ,贫富悬殊继续加大等问题。     

Remortgaging Women's Lives: The World Bank'sLand Agenda in Africa

In recent months, the World Bank has issued a series of draft policy reports on land relations. This is the first time in over two decades that the Bank has sought to review its policy on lending in the land sector. Access to the draft reports and participation in the consultation process has, however, been severely limited. Nonetheless, the World Bank expects to issue the final Report by the end of this year. This paper presents a gender analysis of the two draft documents that have been made available to date. It assesses their implications for gender relations in Africa. It explores the World Bank's promotion of formal rural credit and challenges the assumption of the availability of women's unpaid agricultural labour. The paper argues that, far from being over, the struggle over land relations which has characterised the last decade in Africa, must continue. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.

我国加入世贸组织后,WTO的一系列规则将对我国法制产生深远的影响。我国应进一步加快法律的信息化,推动法律的全球化和促进法律的职业化等。协调国内法与WTO法的不一致,应完善立法工作,推进司法改革和加强法学教育。

从1995年第四次世界妇女大会在北京的筹备和召开,到后来举行的北京 5和北京 10等一系列相关的活动,世妇会的原则和理念得到了不断的强化,这些理念凝结和渗透在妇女理论研究领域,极大地推进了我国妇女/性别理论研究事业的发展。本文回顾了十年来妇女/性别理论研究在研究内容、研究视角及研究机制等方面的变化和进展,以期进一步推动我国的妇女/性别研究在社会科学研究领域的重要影响。
