Der gekündigte WE-Verwalter ist verpflichtet, nach beendetem Verwaltungsverh?ltnis der Eigentümergemeinschaft die Original-Verwaltungsunterlagen auch für bereits abgeschlossene Abrechnungsperioden herauszugeben. Der Herausgabeanspruch ist – entgegen der E 5 Ob 115/05f: streitiger Rechtsweg – nach nunmehr gefestigter Rsp auf Grund schlüssiger Verweisung des § 52 Abs 1 Z 6 WEG 2002 im wohnrechtlichen Au?erstreitverfahren geltend zu machen.     

猪丹毒豚鼠系弱毒菌株对猪口服免疫的研究——G370菌株口服免疫区域试验

以G370菌株试制的冻干菌苗,先后在黑龙江省、辽宁省及江苏省的4个地区6个单位不同类型猪只,总共口服95724头猪,反应率为0.07％。证明对猪口服免疫是安全有效的,对各期妊娠母猪口服同样是安全有效,在发生疫情的猪群中也可用于紧急口服免疫。     

猪源隐孢子虫感染小鼠模型的建立

应用不同醋酸地塞米松剂量和不同猪源隐孢子虫sucp株卵囊剂量建立了昆明系小鼠感染模型。结果表明,用DEX免疫抑制的感染小鼠均排出隐孢子虫卵囊,非免疫抑制感染组和空白对照组小鼠均没有排出卵囊。卵囊排出高峰期平均在感染后第5~12 d,高峰期的OPG值为5.53×105~17.97×105。组织切片和扫描电镜观察结果显示,在十二指肠、空肠和回肠都有隐孢子虫虫体寄生,其中回肠黏膜微绒毛上的虫体数量较多。合适的卵囊和DEX剂量为每只17日龄小白鼠感染10×105个猪源隐孢子虫卵囊和灌胃DEX 0.03 mg/d。     

THE INDIAN CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY AND THE MAKING OF HINDUS AND MUSLIMS IN JAMMU AND KASHMIR

Article 370 of the Indian constitution gives the northern province of Jammu and Kashmir special status within the union. Today that provision forms a nucleus of fierce political contention between secularists and religious nationalists in India, despite the manifest whittling down of the article's most significant aspects. This development is counterintuitive: the original intent of the article's introduction had no relation to questions of religion. This essay attempts to understand this unanticipated role, as a marker of the state's secularity or lack thereof, the article has come to play in Indian politics. It contends that the seeds were sown even at the time of shaping the Indian constitution of a perspective that viewed the people of Jammu and Kashmir according to their religious affiliations.     

Brandom on Norms and Objectivity

The aim of this paper is to investigate Brandom’s conception of the objectivity of norms. In Making It Explicit Brandom supports a weak notion of objectivity based on his understanding of the perspectival structure of linguistic practices. In his following works, he resorts to the Hegelian notion of recognition, adding a historical dimension to his account. I contend that this notion of objectivity can be successfully defended against the objections raised by the commentators. In particular, it does not jeopardise the same possibility of communication, as claimed by Habermas and others, unless a strongly objective notion of communication is assumed. However, the paradigm shift from a strong to a weak understanding of objectivity entails a consequent revision of the conception of social criticism.     

How representative are brics?

The five countries known as brics, while not homogeneous in interests, values, and policy preferences, do have a common interest in checking US/Western power and influence through collaboration with non-Western powers. They vary considerably but all are ahead of other developing countries on population, military power, economic weight, geopolitical clout, and global reach and engagement. They are unrepresentative of the typical developing country in terms of interest, capacity, and resources, but they can represent the interests and goals of developing countries as a group on those issues for which the North–South division is salient. The diversity within brics, their differences from other developing countries, and their potential to reflect and represent the global South are explored with respect to climate change, finance, trade, aid, human rights and intervention, and development. It remains unclear whether brics can morph from a countervailing economic grouping to a powerful political alternative.     

The Impact of Timing of Exposure to Violence on Violent Behavior in a High Poverty Sample of Inner City African American Youth

A growing body of research has linked exposure to violence to violent behavior, but few studies have examined the impact of the timing of exposure to violence on violent behavior among inner city, minority youth. Theoretical insights derived from developmental psychology and psychopathology (DPP) and Agnew’s general strain theory (GST) give contrasting accounts of whether exposure to violence has a short term or long term impact on violent behavior. Five waves of data collected from African American youth living in twelve high poverty inner city neighborhoods was used to examine how the timing of exposure to violence over a four year time period impacts year five violent behavior. Multivariate results support GST’s contention that more proximal exposure to violence has a larger impact on violent behavior. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings for adolescent development in high poverty settings are discussed.

应用Amp-RFLP和SSCP技术分析DNaseⅠ基因的C1978G基因座多态性

为研究人类DNaseⅠ基因点突变C1978G多态性,应用Amp－RFLP和SSCP技术对DNaseⅠ基因C1978G基因座分型,调查173例汉族无关个体,获DNaseⅠ*1978C和*1978G基因频率,即分别为0．5058和0．4942。其基因型频率分布与Hardy-Weinberg平衡吻合,基因座杂合度0．5028,Dp值0．6040,PE值0．1875。经对Iida等介绍的方法作了改良,分型结果稳定可靠,电泳分离时间由18h减至6h。研究证实,DNaseⅠ基因C1978G点突变是一个高多态性基因座,可应用于法医材料的分型调查。
