水苗汉二十八宿比较研究

以二十八宿作为天文观测体系,是中国古代天文学史的一大进步。贵州的水族、苗族也有本民族的二十八宿体系,并且与汉族二十八宿有不少差异,本文就水苗汉二十八宿的异同作一些探索。

先秦两汉文学作品中出现的处于疾病状态的贵族形象,有理智型与迷狂型、反思型与放任型、稳定型与多变型、刚愎自用型和委运乘化型的差异。具体到每位贵族成员,有时又往往兼有多种属性,显示出生命意识的复杂性和人物的多重性格。制约贵族成员疾病状态的有本身的生理因素,也有心理因素,还有外界的影响。

The use of 13C NMR spectroscopy in forensic drug analysis

¹³C NMR spectroscopy has been used for analysis of fourteen compounds which, according to Swedish laws are defined as narcotic drugs or are substances often found in combination with these drugs. The carbon-13 NMR method seems to be well suited for analysis of complex forensic drug mixtures because no preliminary separation of components is required.

In case you happen to be from Germany, how do you live with the memory of national crimes - and the fact that legal academia identified in significant numbers with the Nazi regime? Are there affinities in German legal traditions to anti-liberal ideologies and authoritarian mentalities? How did post-war Germany face its past? The essay does not try to address these questions systematically but through a narrative which seeks to trace the biographical impact of the German history.

     

Diving into the Wreck: Aesthetic Spectatorship at the Fin-de-siècle

Abstract

The popularity of films like Titanic betokens a massive shift in the nature of aesthetic spectatorship in our time. The contemplative, distanced viewer who is able to judge from afar the spectacle before him or her, has been replaced by a more proximate, involved "kinaesthetic" subject whose body is stimulated as much as his or her eye. This is evident not only in mass culture with amusement thrill rides and the return of what has been called the "cinema of attractions"; this new spectator can also be discerned in avant-garde culture, as shown by the Sensation exhibition of Young British Artists which caused such a stir in London and New York. This spectator is especially attracted to simulacral scenes of destruction and catastrophe, in which he or she is virtually immersed. If aesthetic judgement is to be a model for its political counterpart, as has been argued by theorists like Lyotard and Arendt, it cannot do so on the basis of this aesthetics of violent immersion.     

从自由互市到政府控驭:唐、宋、明时期汉藏茶马贸易的功能变异

茶马贸易本属汉藏民族间、农区与牧区间互通有无的经济交流活动,它本应遵循固有的经济规律。其发端的唐朝如此,其发展的宋亦大致如是。但至明朝,统治者希图借经济手段去替代政治、军事所无法完成的统治功能(“以茶驭蕃”),并“联番制虏”,隔绝传统的蒙藏联系,“壮中国之藩篱”。汉藏茶马贸易的原有功能发生变异,纯粹的经济活动被赋予了浓厚的政治内容。     

清代落籍滇东北地区的汉族士兵

文章针对滇东北(今云南昭通、曲靖地区及昆明东川区、寻甸县)不同地区的特点,分析了已有大量汉族定居的曲靖府和刚刚改土归流、所属人民皆为少数民族的昭通、东川府的绿营驻防以及外籍汉族士兵定居的情况。     

Paradigms in South African cinema research: Modernity,the New Africa Movement and beyond

Abstract

The history of theoretical approaches about South African cinema is discussed from the turn of the twentieth century period of the New Africa Movement, through various other theoretical moments, up to the early 1990s. These include conservative cultural theory, liberal humanism, workerist, Althusserian and Gramscian Marxisms. The discussion examines theoretical interventions either promoting or opposing modernity in the work of Thelma Gutsche, Hans Rompel, John Grierson and various Afrikaner cultural organisations during the first half of the twentieth century. Post-1970s cinema theory is critically examined in relation to discursive contestation occurring within both academia and the industry.
