三个单位点DNA杂交联合应用的研究

本文从一些多态位点中筛选出在中国人群中，对于同一种限制酶HaeⅢ酶解都能检出良好多态性的三个单位点探针（PMLJ14、PYNH24、α－globin－3’HVR）。对这三个位点的等位基因频率进行了调查．用DNA指纹自动识别系统进行了数据处理，各位点的数据如下：PMLJ14、杂合度94％，等位基因频率分布0．002～0．051；PYNH24：杂合度89％，等位基因频率分布0．003～0．152；α－globin-3’HVR：杂合度78％，等位基因频率分布0．003～0．077。分析15个家系，未见到变异发生，符合孟德尔遗传规律。这三个位点个人识别中的累加机率是：1．7×10-5～2．1×10-14。     

Dual-Credit Courses and the Road to College: Experimental Evidence from Tennessee

Dual-credit courses expose high school students to college-level content and provide the opportunity to earn college credits, in part to smooth the transition to college. With the Tennessee Department of Education, we conduct the first randomized controlled trial of the effects of dual-credit math coursework on a range of high school and college outcomes. We find that the dual-credit advanced algebra course alters students’ subsequent high school math course-taking, reducing enrollment in remedial math and boosting enrollment in precalculus and Advanced Placement math courses. We fail to detect an effect of the dual-credit math course on overall rates of college enrollment. However, the course induces some students to choose four-year universities instead of two-year colleges, particularly for those in the middle of the math achievement distribution and those first exposed to the opportunity to take the course in eleventh rather than twelfth grade. We see limited evidence of improvements in early math performance during college.     

Experimental Evidence on the Impacts of Need-Based Financial Aid: Longitudinal Assessment of the Wisconsin Scholars Grant

We conduct the first long-term experimental evaluation of a need-based financial aid program, the privately funded Wisconsin Scholars Grant. Over multiple cohorts, the program failed to increase degree completion and graduate school enrollment up to 10 years after matriculation. The program did reduce time-to-degree for some students and modestly increased the number of STEM degrees earned. The lack of robust effects raises important questions about the conditions necessary for financial aid to benefit students.     

重庆市山羊博尔纳病病毒P24基因的检测

为了解重庆市山羊博尔纳病隐性带毒情况,分析博尔纳病病毒(BDV)的种系来源。采用巢式逆转录酶PCR结合荧光定量PCR(FQ-nRT-PCR)技术对重庆市60只山羊外周血单核细胞 (PBMCs)及脑组织中的BDV P24基因片段进行了检测,将阳性产物测序,并与国外BDV毒株进行了比较。结果,山羊外周血检测阳性率为8．3％(5／60),脑组织检测阳性率为10％(6／60)。该 BDV P24片段核苷酸序列与马源BDV H1766株同源性最高,达96．51％,与标准株Strain V和 He／80同源性为95．35％,并且编码的氨基酸序列也相同。表明,重庆市山羊中存在动物源性博尔纳病隐性带毒。该BDV P24核苷酸序列与Strain V和He／80株具有高度同源性。     

The Cyprus and other EU court rulings on data retention: The Directive as a privacy bomb

This paper discusses the controversy surrounding the Data Retention Directive with an emphasis on the 2011 decision of the Cyprus Supreme Court which has annulled several district court orders that allowed the police access to telecommunications data relating to certain persons relevant to criminal investigations. The annulment has been on the ground that the legal provisions upon which the orders have been issued are unconstitutional. It will suggest that the decision does not entail a direct rejection of the EU Data Retention Directive and that in any event, Cyprus is not a Member State resisting the particular measure. This is because the legal provisions are deemed unconstitutional, though part of the law that has transposed the relevant Directive into national law are provisions that go beyond what the EU legislator intended to regulate through that Directive. Still, the particular Directive sits rather uneasily within the ‘human rights’ regime, in particular the one governing the individual right of privacy.     

Anforderungen an den Beschlusswortlaut bei der Umlaufabstimmung in einer WE-Anlage

Zum ?u?erungsrecht jedes Wohnungseigentümers – auch bei voraussichtlich chancenloser Gegenposition – als Gültigkeitsvoraussetzung für das Zustandekommen eines Mehrheitsbeschlusses in einer Umlaufabstimmung, zur Stimmrechtsbindung und zur Bekanntgabepflicht des Abstimmungsergebnisses durch den Initiator des Umlaufbeschlussverfahrens. Auch Umlaufbeschlussentwürfe in Form einer vorgelegten Unterschriftenliste sind grunds?tzlich zul?ssig. Der Beschlussentwurf in der Umlaufabstimmung muss keineswegs neutral formuliert sein, damit der Mehrheitsbeschluss rechtswirksam wird. Rechtswirksamkeit ist etwa auch dann gegeben, wenn die Anteilsmehrheit den Beschlusstext vorlegt und die Wohnungseigentümer ohne weiteres durch einen Beisatz (zB "bin nicht einverstanden") unterschriftlich abstimmen k?nnen, obwohl im vorbereiteten Text blo? "bin einverstanden" steht.     

Grundbücherliche Anmerkung der schriftlichen WE-Zusage setzt beglaubigte Unterfertigung durch den WE-Organisator/Liegenschaftseigentümer voraus

An die schriftliche WE-Zusage des WE-Organisators an den WE-Bewerber gem § 2 Abs 6 Satz 1 WEG 2002 sind nach hA "keine allzu strengen Anforderungen" zu stellen. Ebenso wie § 24a Abs 2 WEG 1975 iVm § 53 Abs 3 (analog) GBG verlangt auch § 40 Abs 2 WEG 2002 für den Grundbuchsantrag, gerichtet auf Anmerkung der Zusage der WE-Begründung, die gerichtlich oder notariell beglaubigte Unterschrift des WE-Organisators; falls dieser nicht Liegenschaftseigentümer ist, die beglaubigte Unterfertigung durch Letzteren. Der nach § 37 Abs 1 und § 40 Abs 2, 1. Satz, WEG 2002 verbesserte Interessenausgleich zwischen dem (den) WE-Organisator(en) und den WE-Bewerbern verst?rkt die Begründung des Beglaubigungserfordernisses.     

益气补肾化瘀方治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的 观察益气补肾化瘀方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 将64例早期糖尿病肾病患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例。对照组服用缬沙坦,治疗组服用缬沙坦和益气补肾化瘀方,疗程均为12周。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血糖、血压、尿白蛋白排泄率（urinary albumin excretion rate,UAER）、24h尿蛋白定量(24-hour urine protein, 24hUP)、尿白蛋白与尿肌酐比值（urine albumin to creatinine ratio,UACR）变化情况。结果 治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后中医证候积分显著下降(P＜0.05),治疗组治疗后中医证候积分降低值显著大于对照组(P＜0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后空腹血糖（fasting plasma glucose,FPG）、收缩压、UAER、24hUP、UACR均显著降低(P＜0.05）,治疗组治疗后FPG、UAER、24hUP、UACR降低值显著大于对照组(P＜0.05）。结论 益气补肾化瘀方可提高早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效,减少尿蛋白。     

艾灸干预腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠miR-24/SERT/5-HT通路改善内脏高敏感状态实验观察

目的 观察艾灸干预对腹泻型肠易激综合征(diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome, IBS-D)大鼠微小RNA-24(micro RNA-24,miR-24)/5-羟色胺转运体(serotonin transporter, SERT)/5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT)通路的影响,探究艾灸改善IBS-D大鼠内脏敏感性的作用机制。方法 将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、艾灸组共3组,每组12只。采用母子分离+醋酸刺激+慢性束缚法制备IBS-D大鼠模型。艾灸组给予艾灸双侧“天枢”“上巨虚”20 min,连续7 d。分别于34、45、53 d检测各组大鼠体质量、稀便率和腹部回撤反射(abdominal withdrawal reflex, AWR)的最小容量阈值;苏木精-伊红染色检测结肠组织病理学变化;ELISA法测定大鼠血清、中脑、结肠组织中5-HT、SERT、5-羟色胺受体4(serotonin receptor 4,5-HT4R)、降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene related pepti...
