强制戒毒人员心理咨询工作解析

在强制戒毒场所对有心理问题或疾患的戒毒人员做心理咨询，与在社会上对求助者做心理咨询具有不同的角色冲突，需要具有心理咨询师身份的管教民警紧紧围绕监管场所的特点，扮演好管教民警和心理咨询师的双重角色，即不断创新心理咨询工作，做足做好心理咨询的事前工作，把处在监管状态下，有心理问题或疾患的戒毒人员转化为“类求助者”。监管民警适时扮演心理咨询师角色，运用心理咨询的程序和具体技术，对该“类求助者”做心理咨询工作，并取得良好的心理咨询效果。     

An Examination of Officer Stress: Should Police Departments Implement Mandatory Counseling?

This study suggests that police departments who promote counseling benefit from officer stress reduction. Officers from sixteen municipal police departments (n = 1,114) across the state of Alabama possessed moderate stress, but were influenced significantly by organizational demographics (including counseling opportunities). A majority of officers believed that stress signs were not predictive of police suitability but remained reluctant to share fears and anxieties with fellow colleagues, suggesting that officers feared the stigma associated with the need for stress counseling. Officers working in supportive counseling climates had significantly less stress, a reduced need for counseling, and a greater willingness to use counseling. Officers who engaged in counseling (at least occasionally) also reported more stress, indicating an awareness of their need for counseling. The authors concluded that police departments should consider requiring mandatory and periodic counseling for all officers, a procedural tactic that camouflages counseling need while concurrently treating the source of officer stress.     

Chapter 9. Counseling South American Immigrants

Abstract

The Hispanic population in the United States is growing exponentially. There are a total of 1,506,654 South Americans in the United States who have come from Spanish-speaking countries. Most immigrants, if not all, experience difficulties triggered by migration, discrimination, acculturation, and second language acquisition. In this chapter, we briefly discuss major issues associated with migration and present literature and research on the construct of social support. We propose that integrating and utilizing social support during treatment will facilitate the adjustment process for the individual. We present interventions that allow the therapist to provide support while encouraging the client to seek support within him/herself and from other sources in the environment.     

Family Relationships and Family Justice in Europe: Changes and Challenges

The huge diversity in family life and living arrangements across the globe has far‐reaching implications for the ways in which families are supported and family justice is administered. Given the serious concerns about the number of relationships that break down and the potentially detrimental impacts on children and their parents, it is essential to understand the triggers threatening the stability of couple relationships, including the financial stresses caused by the recent global recession and accompanying fiscal austerity. Since family relationships are central to the psychological, emotional, social, and economic well‐being of adults and children everywhere, policy makers and practitioners should collaborate across international boundaries to develop interventions that promote family well‐being, secure the best interests of children, and ensure the conditions and systems in which families can thrive.     

高校哲学社会科学研究咨政服务能力提升研究

咨政服务是哲学社会科学研究价值的重要体现,也是高等学校哲学社会科学健康发展的重要途径。咨政服务既要为经济和社会发展提供理论引导和理论创新,通过思想库的建设为部门决策提供专业技术支持,还要国计民生的政策制定提供咨询服务。目前需要建立起专业的咨政服务平台,加强决策咨询专业智库的建设,建立面向现实问题的快速决策咨询反应机制,还要完善现有评价体系等途径提高咨政服务能力。     

心理咨询技术在侦查讯问中的应用

口供有其存在的价值,但在强调法治和人权的今天,传统侦查讯问模式存在一些弊端。在此背景下,根据犯罪嫌疑人的心理特点,将心理咨询技术引入到侦查讯问中,就具有很大的必要性和可行性。侦查讯问中的这些应用方法有心理咨询技术中良好关系的建立、倾听、共情、面质和具体化技术。     

哲学咨询的实质及其在中国发展的障碍

哲学咨询是咨询师用哲学理论改善来访者心境的活动。哲学咨询的主要局限体现在只用哲学理论改变来访者的认知。哲学咨询实践者声称哲学咨询是对苏格拉底传统的回归,但苏格拉底所行之事是证伪某些片面之见而非证实某种观念,他也没有像哲学咨询师那样利用智慧谋取金钱。哲学咨询只是一条从象牙塔通向菜市场的新建通道,并无丰富的实践历史经验可以借鉴。虽然当前欧美哲学咨询运动声势浩大,然而哲学咨询行业本身受到许多质疑,其在中国的发展还有不少障碍。     

大学辅导员参与心理健康教育工作刍议

当前大学生心理问题较为突出，但是高校现有的具有心理咨询资质的专业人员的培养规模和速度远远不能满足当前形势的需要。而大学辅导员在大学生教育管理工作中有着其得天独厚的优势，因此，有必要充分挖掘辅导员的潜力，通过各种方式提高其解决心理问题的能力，使其参与到大学生心理辅导工作中并发挥巨大的能量，为学生的健康成长以及社会的和谐稳定发展作出贡献。
