“580”情绪转化站的创业机制研究

着眼于转变大学生的培养模式、提高大学生社会适应能力、增强大学生就业竞争力的大学生创新创业训练计划是国家创新体系建设的重要组成部分。四川省省级创业训练项目"580情绪转化站"以自主研发的www.qxzhz580.icoc.cn网站为创业平台,在对客户负性情绪在线调查后提供咨询、倾诉、疏泄、转化等系列在线问诊的专业服务,最终将客户的负性情绪转化成正能量,提高客户的幸福指数,从而产生良好的社会效益和可观的经济效益,成功实现创业计划。     

台湾的大学生对《两岸服务贸易协议》的看法

2014年3月18日,台湾的学生以及社会团体因为反对两岸服贸协议,进而占领“立法院”,并发起一连串的示威与抗议活动。本研究运用定群追踪数据,以网络民调方式访问台湾地区大三的学生对两岸服贸协议的看法。初步发现：大学生对于服贸协议的态度,受到其政党倾向、统“独”立场以及“台湾人认同”的影响。不过,本研究运用政治情绪的测量也发现：台湾的大学生对于台湾的愤怒与对中国大陆的愤怒,让他们反对两岸服贸协议,但当他们对中国大陆抱持希望时,仍然支持两岸服贸协议。因此,中国大陆的崛起及繁荣与发展,既让台湾的大学生对于台湾的现况感到愤怒,确也对中国大陆充满憧憬。     

论“情商”在青年成才中的作用

目前我国青年情商的现状不容乐观.情商在青年成才中具有重要作用:个体自知能力在青年成才过程中具有定向功能:个体自觉能力在青年成才过程中具有内部免疫功能;个体自励能力是青年成才的内部动力;个体他知能力在青年成才过程中具有外部免疫功能;个体协作能力是青年成才的外部动力.青年情商的育成有以下途径:青年自信力的养成是情商育成的基础;青年移情力与协作力的养成是情商育成的关键;青年自发力与耐受力的养成是情商育成的保障.     

社会工作视阈下青少年情绪问题的归因及其处遇

社会工作作为一门助人自助的专业,发展出了专门的青少年社会工作领域。当前青少年情绪普遍存在精神疾患增多、自我概念低落、缺乏自我控制等问题,究其原因可归纳为个体发展障碍、家庭与社区变迁、朋辈亚文化与学校、大众传媒以及社会转型等多方面的影响。从社会工作的角度开展个案、团体、学校与社区以及社会政策的综合处遇,是解决青少年情绪问题的有效途径。     

Chaos in The Courtroom Reconsidered: Emotional Bias and Juror Nullification

A widespread presumption in the law is that giving jurors nullification instructions would result in "chaos"-jurors guided not by law but by their emotions and personal biases. We propose a model of juror nullification that posits an interaction between the nature of the trial (viz. whether the fairness of the law is at issue), nullification instructions, and emotional biases on juror decision-making. Mock jurors considered a trial online which varied the presence a nullification instructions, whether the trial raised issues of the law's fairness (murder for profit vs. euthanasia), and emotionally biasing information (that affected jurors' liking for the victim). Only when jurors were in receipt of nullification instructions in a nullification-relevant trial were they sensitive to emotionally biasing information. Emotional biases did not affect evidence processing but did affect emotional reactions and verdicts, providing the strongest support to date for the chaos theory.     

High‐Conflict Divorce: A form of Child Neglect

In high‐conflict divorce cases, the emotional toll on the family unit is unquestionably destructive. While the physical and mental health of the children should be the primary focus, the emotional turmoil of a high‐conflict divorce often moves the focus away from the children as parents struggle emotionally and financially. Although the best interests of the children are always in the judicial purview, the repeated, lengthy, and hostile litigation process often associated with high‐conflict dissolution has lasting effects on the physical and mental health of children, similar to those associated with physical abuse and neglect. Child Protective Services (CPS) must step in and protect the emotional well‐being of children during high‐conflict divorce cases.     

The Influence of Emotional Labor and Emotional Intelligence on Job Performance: Does Ownership Type Matter? A Comparison of Public and Private Organizations in China

ABSTRACT

Given the limited knowledge about the effect of contextual factors of organizational ownership types on emotional labor, this research addresses two main questions: (1) whether emotional labor varies among organizations with different ownership types; and (2) whether emotional labor and emotional intelligence relate to job performance in different ways in public and private organizations. This paper examines the research questions with 306 self-report questionnaires from the public sector, domestic privately-owned enterprises and foreign-invested firms in China. Significant differences were found in the emotional labor reported in public and private organizations. Overall, emotional labor was found to have a significant effect on in-role performance, and emotional intelligence moderated the link between emotional labor and job performance in public organizations, but not in private organizations.     

马克思的哲学革命——从抽象思维哲学到感性实践哲学

马克思哲学是"改变世界"的哲学,是因为马克思终结了思辨的独立的哲学即抽象思维哲学,创建了感性实践哲学。马克思哲学的思维方式不是以理论为基础的"抽象理论的思维方式",而是以实践为基础和导向的辩证思维方式,从而揭示马克思哲学革命的本质。     

在情理性传统中实现理性化使命——论中国传统价值观的现代化转型

西方文化以"理性"精神为主导,其率先步入现代化也与这种理性精神的普遍贯彻密不可分。相比之下,中国文化则以"情理"精神尤其是儒家的"血亲情理"为主导。由于两者之间的深度差异和张力冲突,中国社会如何在情理性的文化传统中完成理性化的历史使命,如何在肯定西方理性精神的现代意义的同时发挥中国情理精神的前现代-后现代意义,我们有必要通过"后儒家"的构想,探讨一条把中国传统的情理价值观加以现代化,以达成两种精神内在统一的可行途径。
