Transcending Culture and Structure:Theoretical Paradigms of Cultural Sociology and Its Integration

Sociological theory which is dominated by structuralism paradigm faced with a series of crisis and predicament, and has given rise to a turn of cultural. It reviews and reflects critically the concept, development context and theoretical paradigms change of cultural sociology about domestic and foreign helps to gain insight into concerns and explanatory power of cultural sociology responding China’s current social issues. This article summarizes theoretical context of cultural sociology and its three leading research paradigms (culture-structuralism paradigm, stratification-class perspective, and strong-weak cultural program), and find that although the three paradigms have their own critically advantages, but faced with the common problem that is hard to jump out of the duality between culture and structure. Besides, this article tries to put forward an integrated research paradigm of cultural sociology, and in order to respond to the China’s indigenization of sociology and current social real issues.     

论教师的教育观念

教师的教育观念会支配或影响教师的行为。它影响着教师教学方法的选择，影响着师生关系的类型，影响着教师对学生的态度以及教师职业道德的形成等。教师的教育思想、教育观念正确与否，直接关系到教育改革实践的成败。现代教育的发展，要求教师必须树立正确的教育目的观、学生观和教学过程观。     

发展社会学的时空视角

对现代性的深刻反思，导致发展社会学的理论框架必须重新建构。时间和空间是把握现代性的一个网结，时空关系的重大转变是传统社会过渡到现代社会的重要标志。因此，社会时空对于发展社会学具有构成性意义。而现代性的时空维度，其实是自经典社会学以来一直延续的重要学术传统。本文基于对这一学术脉络的梳理，提出以“时空压缩”与“时空伸延”作为基本概念，建立能够解释全球化背景下新的发展过程，特别是发展中国家新的发展历程的发展社会学理论视角和基本结构。     

独生子女恋爱观及其行为调查与分析

调查数据显示独生子女在适当恋爱年龄、适当结婚年龄等方面的认知观念上与非独生子女并无显著差异,但在恋爱行为上却比非独生子女更早进入恋爱,这既与独生子女群体报告的父母准许的恋爱年龄较晚相悖,更与独生子女群体自身判断的适当恋爱年龄相悖——提前了2-3年。本研究提出并运用"同辈亲密关系补偿理论"对这一悖论给予了相关解释,并分析了这种同辈亲密关系在量、质、功能上的特征,最后对如何预防独生子女青少年过早恋爱提出了若干意见。     

改革开放以来中国社会价值观的变迁——以主导价值观及主流价值观为视角

中国社会价值观的变迁，虽然社会主导价值观并未发生什么变化，但其主流价值观却发生了一定的变化。这种变化的总趋势表现为主导价值观与主流价值观不断地由矛盾状态向两者的一致趋近。而实现主导价值观与主流价值观的一致，防止主导价值观与主流价值观的冲突和对抗，正是构建和谐社会的重要目标之一。     

“Knowledge” and “Faith”: Ecological Self in Flight Behavior

The contemporary American writer Barbara Kingsolver's latest novel Flight Behavior articulates personal account with the subject of climate change. In the process of helping save King Billies in southern Appalachia, USA, Dellarobia, the female protagonist, internalizes knowledge with faith and achieves a reconstruction of feminine subject from ego to ecological self. Moreover, the writing of scientific theme through fiction reveals an interdisciplinary perspective to approach the belief in feminine autonomy.     

拓宽培训思路提高培训质量的探讨

本文就如何提高培训质量进行了探讨,从拓宽培训思路和改变培训方式入手,提出培训项目的设计要贴近实际需求,通过由求全变求实、由备讲变备学、由灌注变互动和由知识变行为四种方式改变施教方式,积极研究工作方法,确实解决实际问题,从而提升幼儿教师培训质量。     

High‐Conflict Divorce: A form of Child Neglect

In high‐conflict divorce cases, the emotional toll on the family unit is unquestionably destructive. While the physical and mental health of the children should be the primary focus, the emotional turmoil of a high‐conflict divorce often moves the focus away from the children as parents struggle emotionally and financially. Although the best interests of the children are always in the judicial purview, the repeated, lengthy, and hostile litigation process often associated with high‐conflict dissolution has lasting effects on the physical and mental health of children, similar to those associated with physical abuse and neglect. Child Protective Services (CPS) must step in and protect the emotional well‐being of children during high‐conflict divorce cases.     

公民参与政府决策的逻辑必然与现实对接——以广州番禺垃圾焚烧发电厂建设项目为视角

番禺垃圾焚烧发电厂建设项目引发的争论凸显出公民对政府决策参与的缺失。公共选择理论从经济人的逻辑起点出发,为公民参与政府决策提供了理论基础;现代决策环境的变化使公民参与决策变得非常必要;公民参与意识的兴起对政府决策提出了新要求。即公民参与到政府决策的全过程和每一个环节并有相应的制度保障,是实现政府决策与民意有效对接的重要途径。     

视频侦查视域下的刑事技术工作思考

在视频侦查新技术和新思维的视域下,刑事技术工作应从转变思维方式,树立深度应用理念。在宏观层面,推进刑事技术工作在视频侦查条件下的发展,需要抓好以下工作：一是修改《公安机关刑事案件现场勘验检查规则》,为勘查技术工作向视频侦查拓展提供制度支撑。二是构建＂四侦合一＂勘查工作模式,注重对现有信息资源的充分应用。三是加强天网工程和视频侦查数据库的基础建设。四是大力开展人才培训、引进和岗位技术比武。在微观层面,要切实打好＂合成战＂,要配合视频侦查人员做好视频图像的获取、视频图像的侦查价值的挖掘和痕迹物证与视频图像的碰撞等工作。
