第四代管理中的质量管理

当今企业在激烈的市场竞争中,共同面临的一个问题是,如何更快、更好地发展（即不断追求卓越）。第四代管理为解决这一问题提供了思路,其核心要素有：质量、科学的方法和所有人的团队。本文重点讨论第一个要素一质量。首先介绍了第四代管理中关于质量管理的基本思想：质量是管理的第一要素;解决工作中的问题关键在于改进系统。介绍了第四代管理对顾客的理解,特别介绍了“顾客对质量的定义”的四个方面的内容。最后讨论了第四代管理的质量战略——以顾客为焦点。     

建设马克思主义学习型政党的四项要求

党的十七届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》中提出了“建设马克思主义学习型政党”。怎么建设马克思主义学习型政党？《决定》又明确提出了“科学理论武装”“具有世界眼光”“善于把握规律”与“富有创新精神”四项基本要求。     

可持续发展与产业结构创新

本文认为,人类文明的演替与社会进步从来都是与产业结构的创新密切相连与互动的.传统产业结构(三次产业)是在强调对自然的索取以增加经济总量的历史条件下形成的,这种产业结构一方面推动着人类文明(农业文明与工业文明)的发展,另一方面又给人类的生存与发展带来诸多的如资源与环境等发展危机.可持续发展概念的提出源于对过去传统发展模式的反思,因此它要求重新审视传统的产业结构.作者认为,面向可持续发展,应补充以维护与改善环境为目的的第零产业,和以减少废物排放为目的的第四产业,并在此基础上构建新的产业结构体系.与传统产业的形成比较,现阶段第零产业与第四产业的培育更需要观念创新与制度创新.

Calling on Jefferson: the ‘custodiary’ as the fourth estate in the Democratic Project

Aimed at reinforcing the democratic values of freedom of speech and increased diversity in civic access to the means of communication, this paper examines the concept of democracy within an information and communication technology-mediated context. Discussion proceeds with an analysis of orthodox views adopted by Jefferson and the architects of the American Constitution. Building on the Jeffersonian tradition, a critique is presented of present-day, non-transparent constraints on the democratic values of freedom of speech, information access and the structural constrains mitigating unfettered public access to critical information and debate on fundamental social and political issues of the day. The proposed ‘custodiary’ model for the new Democratic Project is premised on the development of a constitutional framework which encourages information diversity and freedom of access and expression as a way of bringing back ‘discourse’ into democratic praxis.     

在网络化环境中提高图书分类质量的几个问题

在新世纪网络化环境中, 做好图书分类工作直接决定和影响着图书馆整体工作的水平。要切实提高图书分类质量, 图书馆就要关注和把握几个重要问题 (1) 提高分类质量的基础和前提是熟悉和掌握分类法;(2) 提高分类质量的有效途径是制定与完善本馆的分类细则; (3) 提高分类质量的保证是严格遵循图书分类工作程序; (4) 提高分类质量的关键是不断提高分类人员的综合素质和能力。     

从社会认同的视角看“五四”知识分子的认同危机

“五四”知识分子对中国与西方、传统与现代的认同危机非常突出,主要表现为身份认同危机、文化认同危机与思想认同危机。社会认同理论是群体关系研究中最具影响力的理论之一,针对社会认同的威胁,它提出了几种化解认同危机的有效策略。从社会认同理论的视角看,“五四”知识分子主要采取了脱离群体与改变群体状态这两种策略,这两种策略基本是成功的。     

Discrete Traits of the Sternum and Ribs: A Useful Contribution to Identification in Forensic Anthropology and Medicine

During forensic anthropological investigation, biological profile is determined by age, sex, ancestry, and stature. However, several individuals may share the same profile. Observation of discrete traits can yield useful information and contribute to identification. This research establishes the frequency of discrete traits of the sternum and ribs in a modern population in southern France, using 500 computer tomography (CT) scans of individuals aged 15–60 years. Only discrete traits with a frequency lower than 10% according to the literature were considered, a total of eight traits. All scans examined were three‐dimensional (3D) volume renderings from DICOM images. In our population, the frequency of all the discrete traits was lower than 5%. None were associated with sex or age, with the exception of a single trait, the end of the xiphoid process. Our findings can usefully be applied for identification purposes in forensic anthropology and medicine.
